      I would actually give it no stars but it doesn't give me that option. The **** and the box on W. Main St in ******** refused to let me use the restroom until I purchased food and my payment went through on my debit card. I had planned to buy food after I used the bathroom, but after the treatment of this mgr. Who down right REFUSED to open door until food was bought is BULLSHIT! How can you do that to people.

      I have not received ANY response when I called and emailed jack in the box about an issue I had with a manager. No response at all and i cant believe it.I have my receipt and information regarding the incident and I want someone to talk to regarding inappriopate behavior on the managers end.

      this is the 4th time i have been here and they charge me a different price than whats on the menu . I asked to speak to a manager but the employee kept telling me he wouldnt be able to help me . After several attempts to speak to him she still kept telling me He said he couldnt help. Is the manager not there to resolve costomer complaints? This one did nothing to try to help. This is false advertising and continue to do this. Be aware!!!!!

      I (23 year old female) went in to use the bathroom and a male employee looked at me licked his lips, then my a** I asked for the restroom key and he licked his lips again. When I brought back the key he licked his lips stared at my *****, his eyes looked over my body then he bit his lip staring at my b**** I was very upset about this because Im more then just my body, and I feel it was very inappropriate and unprofessional for him to do that.

      UTTERLY INCOMPETENT AND AWFUL Staff so called Store Managers here in ********** ************ location. I won't give my dollars to such unbelievably lack of common sense customer courtesy. AVOID , AVOID, AVOID!!

      ******** isn't a strong enough word, for their management, the female manager is very rude and aggressive.If I can give them a negative review with no stars I would. This restaurant has incorrectly provided my meals, and charged my card, even though I explained to the woman who took my order was wrong, instead of being understanding, she wants to argue that my order was right, excuse me Madam, it is my money that helps you and your team provide you with your basic needs, I have emailed the company my concern with my receipt showing them all the items they did not provide. In return, I haven't heard back from them as yet. Zoja

      For the second time is 3 weeks at the same store, I was charged more for combo item than the menu advertised price in the drive-thru. I was contacted by a Jack In The Box representative the first time this happened and was assured the menu was being corrected immediately. Three weeks later and the same thing has happened with a different menu item. Ironically, the same thing happened 2 weeks ago at a different fast food restaurant. Perhaps a pattern many of these places are doing to try to hide their increasing prices? Regardless, it's a deceptive sales tactic and illegal.

      If I can give them a negative review with no stars I would. This restaurant has incorrectly provided my meals, but charged me what I believed I payed for. I have driven back in person with my receipt showing them all the items they did not provide, but charge me for. I paid for full meals and I would miss a whole meal with additional items. In return, they t Literally the a burger at me, rolled their eyes, and closed the window at me.
