      After placing a mobile order I realized that due to the app not confirming the location or even displaying the location my order was going to I assume it gps based on my location like all other food apps. I had to go 30 mins out of my way to a Jack in box Ive never been to on a side of town i never go to. When I arrive ***** them to remake my order the employer pretends to remake it and hands me a new bag with my same cold burger and the hardest reheated fries. So I go back and ask them to actually remake my order Im told they cannot because its a mobile Oder

      I went to get jack in the box for my family and paid $25 but only got half the order. This is the second time in one week. I highly recommend not going to this place

      Advertised as open 24 hours. False advertisement when I pulled into drive through a little after 4am October 4th to place order only to be turned away saying they were not open at this time. 24 hours is 24 hours. Very bad business. If I could have given no stars I would have. This is the last straw.

      Had a 30 minute lunch break, and ordered a number 1 combo, took em for me to stand and complaint to get me my order after 30 mins of waiting, and then they got the order wrong, i understand if it was a big order or if the place was super busy, but that wasn't the case, place is horribly run for that to happen when they are fully staffed and its not a busy time in the restaurant.

      I recently went to Jack in the Box to place an order for someone else. When I got there, the worker told me they were only accepting online orders. So I placed my order, paid, and then waited 20 minutes PAST the time when the food was supposed to be ready.Then, AFTER I PAID, the worker told me they did not have two of the items I paid for - milkshake and ice coffee. I have now requested a refund 4 times from the Jack in the Box website, and NO ONE will contact me. I did not use my credit card so I cannot submit a chargeback. I just want the money back for the items I did not receive! This business is blatantly STEALING money from customers!

      The male manager or general manager I believe is Native ********. He is a rude very shallow type of individual. He seems to hate his job and is just putting up with it or something. Nobody is forcing you to be there ***. I had 2 in counters with this man and both encounters made me uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth. Once was me getting food and he was very rude at the window, the 2nd was when I had asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge regarding a job application and was told off for no reason where I see Now Hiring signs all around the business. I was confused. He need to run a different place or leave since he is projecting his miserableness on to his customers.

      Jack in the Box needs to update ****** and their store signage that they only accept orders online after hours. I wasted gas trying to find a Jack In The Box that would take my order.

      **** in a Box ************* ** ***** , Right next to *********** The food here is Awesome, had a burger and fries from here Really good Taste amazing.My Worry and Concern is for the Manager who Came and verbally assaulted me thru their Drive Thru. I think whatever was going on Can get handled better than a Manager reaching out into the Drive thru bothering Customers.The time Im speaking on happened June 12,2023 around 9pm *************** asked me to pull my vehicle to the Side and wait for my order , I think they have pulled Vehicle over to side Everytime I purchase which is Weird if its Supposed to be Fast Food. So as Im waiting in there Fast Food Drive Thru Lane like I Normally do. I watched workers come outside and hand people they Food very Rudely like the Customer is there Problem.Waiting on a Rude person dealing with your Food is Terrible, but my Problem was the interaction And how I did not want to spend $11.33 on Someone disrespecting Me.When the Fast Food Worker finally arrived to the Drive thru with Food, Something was telling me to Check my Bag and make sure the order was Okay.And it was Not, Once I looked into the bag noticing a Apple pie that I did not Order and My French fries that I Came for missing I bring to Workers attention I had wrong order and they Unleashed a Verball onslaught Approaching me and my Vehicle very aggressively and unnecessarily, like they are Already fired up about another Order it Mishandled. My Complaint is I feel like the Workers had no business Approaching my Vehicle with those intentions and Angry that they messed my Order up.He did not Touch me, but approached So aggressively and So uncalled for because I was in Drive Thru ***** ************* ** ***** Bald African ******** Manager Short in height Glasses

      my review is for location ************************************************** i received an email from jack in the box for free delivery over the memorial day weekend.i placed an order and paid for it on the mobile app (first time with jib) for delivery.i received an email confirmation that it would be delivered in 30 - 45 mins 15 mins later i received an email that my delivery is cancelled and to call (512) 251 two five seven six to find out why.i called the number dozens of times and each time the phone just rang continuously and was never answered. i never received my order or a reason why and they had charged **** spent more time on their website with the 'contact us' to try and resolve the issue to get my food or to get a refund and i had to fill out a form since i couldn't find a phone number to talk to someone. i filled out the form along with a survey i received from yet another email solicitation.nobody ever contacted me or refunded my money, so now i am going through the dispute process with my credit card company.great scam i must say, solicit people with false claims of free delivery and then just don't deliver and keep the money and when they call or email then ignore them.needless to say, i will NEVER eat at jack in the box again.
