Ludicrously bad. Have an Rx in hand from them but all pet pharmacies require fax/phone confirmation and this business will not, ever, return a request, even from Petco itself - where they set up shop. Do not use.Vetco Clinics

We ask clients to please allow a minimum of two business days for review of the pharmacy request from the time that we receive the order within our que or portal.
We do not process orders over weekends or on holidays.
The order request was received on 02-28-23.
As of 03-01-23, we have approved a pharmacy request for ******** ***** lbs 6pk w/ 1 refill for *****.

Vetco in *********** ** was the worst experience. The female vets that were working that day did not care one bit about my cat or his health. They were both rude and the only words they spoke to me was "we have been doing this for 15 years" after I politely suggested they coax my kitten out of the cat carrier. Those were the only words either of those vets spoke to me. Avoid Vetco because the vets do not care about the pets and it shows. The prices are also a joke they are up charging on vaccine prices to offset the so called no vet visit charge.Vetco Clinics

Booked my dog for an appointment and brought him in to get his rabies vaccine. They refused to vaccinate him due to anxiety (he's always been anxious and gotten his vaccines just fine). The assistant was coddling him and encouaging it. So, now my dog has no vaccine which is mandatory by law. Hopefully, he doesn't get busted and I get a fine. Waste of my time.Vetco Clinics

Booked cat vaccine appointments 3 weeks ago, only to have Vetco notify me 2 hours prior to the appointment that it was cancelled. Poned Vetco, no explanation. Taming my busuness elsewhere. Not reliable.Vetco Clinics

We have no control over clinic cancellations.
Clinics can be cancelled for many reasons such as understaffing.
If there is a clinic cancellation, we recommend that pet parent's go to a full-service Veterinarian in order to keep their pet on schedule for vaccinations.

Absolutely the best place to get your pets shots and exams etc. Felt they were so intense with me and my dog Mango. Lady at counter pitched in money because I was short, out of her own pocket! I would put the rating to -5 if I could. My do, a dachshund beagle mix, has gone there for a couple times and each time the service was worse and worse. They’re scheduling is garbage they have no customers (for reasons) yet tight schedules ,which makes no sense, they do their services in a van, which starting to think of it is already a red flag in itself, they’re sneaky especially in their receipts which you have to use to pay at the real cashier. These receipts don’t have any information other than a price. THEYRE PRICES ARE ASS!!!! They overprice everything and it’s obviously not for customer service ,because other than price, their customer service is the worst. The “vets” are literally random people, no doctor name, no card, and worst of all no care for what they do. They look and seem like students or volunteers doing it for the money, which I bet is also a problem. They don’t know what they’re doing and it’s so obvious. They’re times are inconsistent, one person tells me a vaccine lasts 1 year, THE OTHER SAYS 3!!!! They won’t give you a name because they obviously can’t because they aren’t real vets. After sending you countless emails about how your dog is in risk of something new every time, you get told your dog needs multiple new vaccines of something random your pet has never had to get before, adding on and on to the already absurd pricing. Some of the people are decently good though and seem to actually care about animals and want to become better vets, but unfortunately at least for me, my dog is not some practice material to improve. I take back the rating I suggested in the beginning I’d give this place a -50 star review. I honestly feel stupid too for writing this because I should’ve seen all the reviews for this. I wouldn’t have gone to this service for my dog or myself. You shouldn’t either. But that’s just my opinion. Rip my bank account.Vetco Clinics

*********************************** saw our new retired breeder British Short Hair, *********, and both she and her vet tech were just wonderful! The vet check, shot administering, microchipping, and advisement were above and beyond many of the proper veterinary offices quality of care. The up front pricing, ease of appointment making, and stellar bedside manner were greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend!Vetco Clinics

If they had a zero rating I wouldve choose that option,my dog ******* had blood in his stool so I brought him to vetco to get a physical exam and a ***** test,when the dr came in the room she was shocked to see how big my dog was,so they put a leash on my dog and basic dragged him to the back literally ,we got a call 10 mins later they said my dog had anxiety,my dog is 1 so of course hes gonna be scared I advocated for them to try and do the test in the same room with his owners they claimed my dog was to stressed,I mean I felt lik that was an excuse because they couldve done the exam in-the same room.then had to nerve to charge me 68$ because they did a hands-off exam I never heard of that in my life,and they gave me some probiotic powder I put it on my dog food and he spit it out he not even eating his dog food now because of how horrible the medicine is.Overall the first experience I had with my dog at the vet was went horribly wrong and I hope no one has to ever experience what I went thru as a dog parent.I asked for a refund but they claim they cant give refunds because of take home meds which I think is bs.NO ONE COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PET TO BE IN GOOD HANDS !!Vetco Clinics

I took my new puppy in Dec to start the series of vaccines that are required. I was told that I had to come back in exactly 4-6 weeks for the boosters. I told the team that I was away during that time and they gave me such a hard time setting up an appointment. I made the appointment for Jan 19th at 10:07 am, when I arrived at the store they told me they had no vet. The representatives gave me two options, one was to drive 30 mins to another Vetco where they were maybe able to take me in. The other option was to come back at 1pm when the vet might be there. After i refused both options, they suggested that i take my dog to her vet, but due to the nature of the vaccines in which they were a couple days overdue, they weren't sure if her vet would allow it or force her to repeat the series. I am extremely frustrated with Vetco because they gave me such a hard time with the boosters because of my schedule stating that my dog had to get her boosters and when I agreed to take my dog, they told me that they had no vet yet they informed me that my dog desperately needed her boosters. After adhering to their request to have my dog boosted, I was given two incredibly unreasonable options as it was a possibility for my dog to receive her needed boosters. Vetco then left be to figure out how to get my dog the service she needed without putting her through the pain of starting the series of vaccine all over again. The best they offered me was a discount on my future services with Vetco, not understanding that my dog priorities was to be able to receive her vaccine in a timely manner.
