Bravo, Wells Fargo. Really. Applause all around.Because nothing says top-tier fraud protection like letting a 19-year-olds ATM card get cloned, used to withdraw $142.50 three times in a row at the exact same ********, ******** ATM, inside a liquor store no less, and then letting the thief wipe out her savings all without so much as a peep from your so-called security ********* ******* ******** ******* red flags.Just vibes, apparently.Never mind that her ENTIRE transaction history is in ****** and **********, ***** you know, where she actually lives. But sure, I guess you figured she just teleported to ******** for a spontaneous 3-minute ATM joyride? And then heres the real masterpiece you DENY her fraud claim. No fraud detected, you say. Just three identical ATM withdrawals and a cleaned-out savings account in a city shes never been to. Totally normal.Your advice? Oh, its rich.Go file a police report in *********Maybe theyll pull security footage. Then you can sue in civil court.Ah yes because what every teenager wants to do when their money is stolen is become a cross-state private investigator with a law degree. What a lovely customer service model: Good luck, kid!Honestly, if Wells Fargo spent half as much time protecting accounts as they do writing denial letters and passing the ***** maybe just maybe this kind of disgrace wouldnt happen.Wells Fargo: where your money is safe, unless someone wants it. Then its your ***************** the way, i covered her. Now you owe me $600and change

Took out a loan for a mattress original cost $1,200 I had paid it down to 400 and then lost my job. Because I didn't pay off by end date the next day they added 400$ to what I owed and additional 70$ interest fees!!! It spiraled out of control and every 30 days they have been reporting me to all 3 credit agencies!!!!!! They have destroyed my credit and continue to threaten me and charge evil amounts of interest making it impossible to catch up. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and stated that they would sue me if I didnt pay it. They have charged me double what I owe and I will never take out another loan with them again!!!! F*** you Wells Fargo and evil **********************. Do not ever get a loan with them unless you want to get ******

I had this card for years. Never late and was paid in full two years ago. Now I received a letter telling me that they close my credit card account, an account not even being used in last two years. The reasons they gave me, none of them apply to me, the credit score on the letter is not even my credit score, and they told me they can't reopen my card. This will lower my credit score, which is what really bothers me. so, be careful with them.I marked one star because you have to mark at least one, but I give them cero stars.

Wells Fargo is horrible. My son who is in college had debit card fraud the first week of March we reported it the same day. I saw it on his account. They put in an investigation told us it would take 10 days to get his money back, which is ridiculous. But thats not all I thought everything was resolved because we had gotten all the money back and then out of the blue they reversed one of the charges $49.02. Ive called them four times they told me that they have up to 45 days to investigate and that hes just out of luck for that money until they resolve it and I dont even know if it will get resolved. Im thankful that it wasnt more money but what do people do this cant be legal for banks to like keep your money that gets taken out of your checking account for months if someones a lawyer out there, please help.

I accidentally blundered into a scam artist's web: I had lost $6,000. So I called Wells Fargo Corporate and explained to them the entire situation. They took careful heed and requested from me evidence of the scam and proof that the people were indeed scammers. So they informed me of the process, I followed every step and got back my stolen six-thousand dollars! Thanks Wells Fargo!!
