      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO!!! Worst experience ever! My car is paid off they will not send a lean release form to the *** so I can do an out of state transfer. No one knows what they are doing the manager lie on recorded lines! She spoke with the *** manager stating that they will not release my title so the Wells Fargo manager stated that on April 28th 2025 she would send my lean release. I call today bc I still have not received it and am told that they are not sending it. Instead sent a ***** return slip to the *** asking for my title waisting more time and its already been recorded that they will not send it. Nothing but headaches and stress. I will NEVER do business with Wells Fargo again. They do not communicate with the customer AT ALL. I would not know anything if I did not call today. What a joke.

      The staff at this ban were so rude, ghetto, disrespectful I had to leave without getting my check cashed and the security encouraged this mistreatment.

      I have banked with them for over 20 years, and for over half that I keep threatening to go to a real bank. There customer service online NEVER CAN HELP YOU, and people in the branch can hardly do their job. My daughter had a minors savings account, and I tried to open a checking account, ive driven to open the account 6 times at 3 different locations and they NEVER have someone skilled enough to do simple data entry to open the account. AND they transfer your calls to some other country instead of using americans! The only thing that has kept me using them is the business account did have good options for paying vendors. but now every bank has those options and there really is no longer any reason in staying.

      I called to unlock my debit card and they locked my credit card. I called to unlock my credit card and they cancelled it. Now I cant get gas to get to work tomorrow. I hate wells fucko.

      They won't accept cash, legal US currency, deposits into personal accounts. Like ***. My bank, ****** allows cash deposits. Just another reason I'll never bank with them and they are the worst bank in existence.

      We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with ****** ******** at Wells Fargo Yorba ***** ******!!! It was by far the worst account opening experience weve ever had. Despite having all the required registration documents and our EINeverything legally needed to open a business accounthe insisted on unnecessary additional paperwork and ultimately canceled our appointment without valid reason. It felt like he deliberately made it difficult for us to open an account. We immediately went to ************************* and opened our business accounts without any issues. ****** ******** at Wells Fargo **************** ****** gave us the worst service weve encountered, and this experience has left a very negative impression of Wells Fargo. I strongly advise others not to open any accounts with him.

      I opened checking account have had for 8 months I never got the 325 checking opening bonus offer .I called got run around 3 times I have direct deposit set up also so I qualify for it ..don't use wells Fargo

      I applied for Built credit card, the bank made me to go to the branch and bring identification and confirmation for my address. After all my movements they approved my application for 1500 limit. It is such a joke. I have a car loan and other credit card with 1o k limit, a very good credit score.

      This company is actually stealing $18,000 dollars from me. My partner deposited a check in the wrong account. They said he had committed fraud even though we gave them all kinds of paperwork. They're refusing to give the check or the money back. It's kind of disgusting considering what a big company they are but I guess they got there by stealing from little guys. We've tried for months to get it back. They've given us the runaround and keep shoving us off to different people. They use the excuse that I wasn't on his account to justify not talking to me and s******* me over. I waited four years for this and now they're stealing it. Shameful.

      I wanted to provide an update on the review I previously submitted. Shortly after posting, I received a call from Wells Fargos corporate officelikely in response to my feedback. I was informed that my account would be reviewed and was given a case number, with a follow-up promised by May ****** their credit, someone did reach out a day early, on May 6th. However, the call was disappointing. The representative simply restated that the fee in question was valid and final. I clarified that I wasnt confused about why the fee was applied. My concern wasnt about policyit was about compassion.I shared that I was unable to visit the bank because I had been at the hospital with my grandmother during her final moments. She passed away with me by her side. Under those circumstances, there was simply no way I could make it to the branch.I also explained that other institutionslike *************** and Navy Federalhave shown understanding in moments like this. Wells Fargo, on the other hand, chose not to. As a result, my account will be officially closed as of May 7th.I choose to bank with people who see me as more than just an account numberpeople who lead with empathy. Sadly, Wells Fargo has shown me that its not a bank for people, but a profit-driven machine.
