      I have been on the phone with this bank for 2 days now about a refund to my account wells Fargo put it as a restricted refund saying due to the merchant not releasing the funds I have spoken to the merchant and yes reputable and they have garunteed it has been released wells Fargo has garunteed me 5 times as to when the funds will be there and still nothing just more excuses and blame game tomorrow me and my family are going to close all our accounts with them I lost 350 worth of groceries due to not having these funds unacceptable too me won't take a risk of happening ever again hope this helps someone else to make a educated decision beforehand

      Ridiculous! I had a free trial that expired on the 6th which is when my card would be charged. I canceled this subscription on the 5th and was still charged $36.03 to my account. Upon calling Wells Fargo to have this unauthorized claim removed from my account they would not do it due to the fact I did not cancel the subscription 3 days before its renewal date. When asked if there was a manager I could speak to I was told they could not help me and there was nothing they could do since I authorized the transaction which is inaccurate. It is a shame they choose a shady business who charges people who they have told they would not over their almost 10 year customer. I have always heard of bad experiences with Wells Fargo and never believed or saw them!!!! Two words, stay away!!!!!

      I had an account at this location years ago and closed it. A few years later it magically reopened and was being used. ***** was acknowledged back then. Then in August 15 2022 I received notice and what looked like a settlement acknowledging fraud again. Today I received phone calls from Wells Fargo regarding this account. I refused to give them personal information to talk about this account as they called me. I hung up and recalled wells Fargo customer care but could not get past the automated part since I dont have the account number from almost ***** ago. So now I'm stilling here in a different state cannot reach anyone because I no longer have my account number but yet someone got my phone number some how to call me. So are we looking at more fraud? I think so! Why can't a closed account just stay closed? perhaps accounts from almost 20 years ago should be purged from their data base. I'm no longer a customer. haven't been for years. There for there should be no reason to have my information available to anyone. Don't worry WELLS FARGO. I will never go back to you or refer even my worst enemy to you for anything.

      I applied for a secured business credit card because I didn't want any of the owners to have it tied to their credit score. You have to apply online and no one in the branch knows anything -they have to call and get transferred around as much as I do. The application wasn't clear and the employee, not me has online access to the credit card. Even when I call in, no one knows what department can help me get it corrected. I applied to add a 2nd card to the account so that I could have access to the majority of the funds. I received a card and when I call in to activate it, is says it's closed. When I call customer service, no one can even see that it's been sent or knows how to help me.

      to whomever this may concern, i have been a customer of ********************** since 2012. recently i have been experiencing some rather odd behavior. at first i noticed that i had a certain account with wells fargo and over time, without any noticed our agreements were changed. i started noticing more ***s. i reached out and had them explain to me that our agreement had changed because of my age and i would no longer receive a free account with the terms we had agreed to, witch were if i swiped my debit card, i would also see a dollar from from that checking account to my savings account and with a total of ten transactions i would not see a ***. well, after being explained that i was no longer in age to receive those privileges, wells fargo continued to charge me a monthly *** and still continue to transfer over a dollar to my saving every time i swiped my card. shouldnt that have changed as well? with the new terms? also i noticed because i live pay check to pay check. that wells fargo has set up their over draft ***s with malicious intent. let me explain. if an account gets charged today and your in the negative, they will cover and not notify you of the overdraft *** until the following morning until its too late for you to take action on the account and they can implement their overdraft ***s. another conflict of interest. is that when i try to make a payment to avoid overdraft ***s by using cash advance from a credit line, those payments, if their made to themselves wont proccess in time to avoid the overdraft ***, wells fargo charged me cash adv. *** and they knew that it wouldnt proccess in time and also implemented overdraft ***s and i will be paying interest on the cash advance.. they are trying to destroy the accounts of people living pay check to pay check. someone please stop this crimminal behavior. Respectfully *****************

      I have been going around and around with them since 10/6/2022 about my account they moved a lot of money out of my checking and I have still not received it back! You can bet as soon as I get my money back I will be closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo and banking somewhere else. There is no sense in a company taking this much time to fix an error they made. I have been on hold 2 hours each day I have called which is about 10 days now, been in the branch 2 different times for 2 hours each day.I can't leave this review without giving a star rating but the one star I am putting Wells Fargo is not even worthy of the one star!

      My complaint with this bank is that I was six days late with my October 1, 2022 monthly payment and is being charged fees in the amount of $40.00s.For my November 1st 2022 monthly payment Im being charged an additional $40.00s fees for being 1 day late with my payment.This is highway robbery.This bank needs to be put out of business.Im filing a consumer complaint at the state and federal level. I refused to pay these loan shark fees to this bank!

      I have been a customer for over 25 years. I have two checking accounts and a savings account. I have often defended Wells Fargo to my friends and family, even though the company has a horrible business practices reputation. I had not personally experienced anything negative until today. I recently opened up a **** card account to help boost my credit score. My initial credit limit was 9k at time of opening the account. I use the card regularly to show that I am keeping it active, in hopes of Wells Fargo raising my limit. Instead, they cut my limit in half, increasing my credit usage percentage! Upon speaking with a customer service agent, I could get no reasonable answer as to why they did this. ALL of my credit reports show a 100% on-time payments. I have NO negative reports. I have a healthy mix of credit history. I can only surmise that a PERSON (or ***** at Wells Fargo has the job of attempting to ruin customer's **********************. This ********************** line decrease was a decision make by someone, not an automation, for absolutely NO logical reason at all. I am shopping other banking institutions for all of my services. I will be leaving this unscrupulous company ASAP! Every Wells Fargo discussion I have moving forward will be to vehemently encourage people to RUN in the opposite direction if you are considering giving this company your business!

      Wells Fargo needs to be shut down. I reluctantly opened an account there recently, because my parents have banked there for as long as I can remember. From day one it has been check holds on IRS issued checks, causing an overdraft to my account because of the monthly fee. Mind you I used the first IRS issued check to open the account because I figured it was a simple straight forward way to make it go smoothly. WRONG! And now they are doing it again with another IRS issued check. And every time I call to talk to them the hold date gets extended. We are at two weeks now. I am so furious, and want to go in there to talk to someone face to face, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to stay calm. Anyone else considering a law suit? I'm very interested in getting one going.

      I have been on the phone for almost an hour trying to get a situation rectified and I just keep getting put on hold and passed from person to person with no resolve for my issue, the poorest customer service I have ever seen. Nobody seems knowledgable about how to help and just passes you along to not deal with the issue. Closing my account immediately, I will never bank with Wells Fargo ever in life !
