      My experience with this department started in April 2021 when I filed a claim for fraudulent activity on my account. The claim itself was originally denied for reasons unknown. Of course I kept pushing Wells Fargo because this yes in fact it was fraudulent and it took four months which was in August 2021 for them to actually do anything about it. At which point I received a partial credit into my account and Wells Fargos reason for a partial credit was due to them only being able to do a partial amount due to a certain timeframe. Since August 2021 I have been pushing Wells Fargo and asking questions to which they did not answer until today. So yes Ill save you from doing the math. Total time from when it started until today is roughly 18 months.I have been passed around to a total of 40+ Case specialist. Yes I put case specialist in quotes because Im not sure if you can even call them case specialists. The reason I say that is because on numerous occasions I was lied to and given incorrect information regarding my case. On one occasion I was told by this case specialist" quote that the reason my claim was denied was because I did not file the paperwork within a certain timeframe. At this point Im confused because I know I did everything that I was told to do by Wells Fargo, so Ive been asked this case specialist what that timeframe was and he told me 60 days. At this point Im fuming because I know for a fact that I filed the correct paperwork within that timeframe and then I explain this to him. At which point his entitled attitude seem to have disappeared and he got quiet.After that he told me that he was going to escalate it and then give me a call back within 10 days. That call never happened. It took me finally getting a hold of what was his supervisor and being told that he was on vacation. Numerous times that I have called and spoken to someone Ill need to be passed around to somebody new again over 40 times and which being provided inaccurate

      I have been a customer for over 35 years. They recently posted a $19,000 charge in error to my account. Have been trying to get this resolved for 4 days. Customer reps a polite and courteous but cannot answer the simplest question such as where the transaction originated. Have been told on three occasions I would be called back by a manager. Four days latter I have received not one returned call.

      Tried to make a wire transfer from my account this morning. I have spent the whole day convincing Wells Fargo Fraud that I am who I say I am. Ive been locked out of all my accounts and Im sitting here in the local branch office waiting for hours while the banker confirms my identity with the Wells Fargo **************** office. There must be an easier way for banks to identify legitimate fraudulent activity. This is totally ridiculous.

      Called every Wells Fargo number available as having trouble logging in re: credit card. Searching for business hours as their automated phone service does not give that information. Others have posted this question and web states WF has 24/7 customer service which appears automated only. Unable to speak to a real person, guess everyone's off on Sunday. Unlike soooo many other businesses. So far, 0, ***** nil customer service.

      I got a credit card from Wells Fargo. We always pay our cards off BEFORE the statement closes. They take the full amount out of my checking account. THEN, they don't release the credit for over two weeks!! So, you can't even use the card. They are horrible. I have 168k in credit from other cards and they always release my credit as soon as I pay.

      I am very disappointed in Wells Fargo!!! I used my debit card to make a telephone transaction with a company out of state. For two weeks I battled with this company to cancel my home security and finally the company agreed to post the payment to Wells Fargo on October 14, 2022; however, a representative at Wells Fargo stated, "The system did not recognize the account." At 3:46 am (Thursday, October 14th) , I received a text message from Wells Fargo asking me to text a, "Y or N," if I recognize the amount rendered to the business. I texted, "Y" at 5 am. The post was then indicated on my statement; however, this evening (Saturday, October 15th 10:00 pm) as I was checking my account statement, I find that the posting is not there!I immediately called Wells Fargo to question the "disappearance" of the transaction only too speak with two representatives at Wells Fargo and both stated, "The merchant will have to run the card through again." For two weeks I battled with this merchant and their poor business practices, and they finally agreed to process the check on Oct. 14th. It was done, but it was Wells Fargo who decided to decline the transaction because "the system" did not recognize the name of the business as a frequent merchant with my account. POOR, POOR, action Wells Fargo decided to make.If Wells Fargo was sincere in there actions in helping to secure the customer from fraud, they could or should have contacted me at 8 am or even 9 am during their business hours; Instead, I had to contact them regarding a posting that is no longer visible. I have been a customer with ********************** since **** and this is one time that I needed them to not take my matters into their own hands. I am very, very DISAPPOINTED in this matter and I hope that this problem does not happen to any other Wells Fargo customer.

      wells fargo are crooked as h*** my ex filed bankruptcy and their holing that against me. they won't talk to me at all. I went into the bank to make a payment and they didn't know where to put it. the bank manager sent in a compliant no response went back into the bank talked to the same manager and he put in another complaint to this day nothing and now they what to take stuff from me. the worst customer service. Like *********************** said we are watching you so why doesn't the government do something, because in ******* you have to be rich to count cos if you're not rich you mean nothing!! no justice for non wealthy people in *******. Wells Fargo deserve no stars they need their bank shut down. *****
