      They approved me for an account, next day get a email saying they closed it, day after that get another email saying welcome to wells Fargo, received my debit card, card activated, went to deposit money into the account and the atm returned my deposit and said to call customer service, I've had nothing but issues with wells fargo, they can keep their account I don't want it now, I'll bank else where.

      Review from ************ 1 star 08/28/2022 got a loan my payments was ****** I made ****** payments a month for the last year and half called to get the pay off had to email it with in 24 to 48 hours. I get the pay off, they only put the ****** on to the loan and set the rest aside my money with was over ******** interest free.. (THERE ARE THIEF'S) WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER Wells Fargo bank.

      I went to Wells Fargo bank on sept ****************** (the ******************************* ) location .. after finishing my transaction ( I supplied the teller with my card ,photos Id and account number ) i asked for a few extra withdraw slips for next time I return . The ************************* informed me (I have the actually footage with audio because I have cameras in my car due to me doing Lyft ) due to withdrawal slips considered to be checks she could not supply me with additional withdraw slips . I went into the branch to speak with a branch manager ************* and he informed me the same thing .I stated is it policy or just something that you cause are doing .he did state that it was not policy . So I proceed to again ask if I can have a withdraw slip . I was informed they dont give additional slips out .. I asked for corporate or someone number because . I go to a location on ****** st and I ask for additional slips withdraw n get them all the time . I also lived in ********* and always for the 8 years I been banking with Wells Fargo got additional withdraw slips (most times they are in the lobby for the public this location they werent ). I later called there call center number n was informed over the phone that you are allowed to get additional slips of withdraw n deposit it just the branch can have a *** or limit the can give out if they choose to . I then went to my other bank PNC and see if I experienced the same treatment . I did not .. I was able to walk in ask for withdraw slips at not only another location but at my other bank PNC they gave me additional slips as well .. Makes you feel your being discriminated against .. if I have an account , have proven who I am .. why wouldnt I be able to access an additional slip for me to be able to have ..and the teller stated withdraw slips are like checks .. but thats inaccurate because there is no preprinted account information or confidential information listed on a withdraw slip until the customer write it.

      I experienced the absolute worst customer service with ********************** I kept getting hung up on and disconnected the worst experience Ive ever had with the bank just trying to get a resolution and some answers

      I opened an account online I added my bank information for the initial deposit be done of $25 and they did initiate the transfer and it did clear with my bank. I received an email that the account was being closed but the initial deposit was never returned to me and I did call customer service but even though they initiated the transfer they state that they didn't get the funds even though I provided my bank statement where that transfer shows as cleared they state that they can't do anything about my money. The funds did clear with my bank because like I told them that why if they were closing my account why initiate the initial deposit and now they don't want to return it. I would not recommend Wellsfargo to anyone.

      This is for ***** from Claims on August 30 530 pm PDT and how he was so condescending and uncompassionate when I called in to follow-up on my claim. I have been a loyal banker for years. Didnt have too much problems besides the constant overdraft fees... anyways. For the first time, I needed to dispute and reverse a transaction that was made in error because I was misinformed by the other company I was paying to. I was previously assisted last week and was advised that I need to wait until the transaction posted (at the time, it was pending) until I could receive a temporary credit. I explained this to ***** and he was so condescending and didnt understand my situation- said that since the payment posted, the other company has my money, cant do anything about it now. I asked, so the previous agent advised me incorrectly? It seemed like he didnt care enough and just wanted to close my claim. F****** a****** Im done doing business with Wells Fargo.

      This is the worst bank on the planet. Been a customer for years. All of their branches are horrible and when I called over the phone to dispute hundreds of dollars worth of fees when I signed up for overdraft protection years ago, the representative over the phone was rude and told me that after reviewing my relationship with them, that I didnt qualify to have them reimbursed. Was told that I didnt have overdraft protection when I always did. Robbed me for hundreds of dollars. Beware of this bank!

      I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I called in these hard times to get my credit card paid off. After being transferred 3 times, I was told they have a policy and procedure to no longer assist a borrower on paying off their debt as a lump sum payment. I was lectured on how I can pay it off over 3 years by doubling the already ridiculous monthly payments, and I should understand that their high interest charges every month is part of the credit card game. I thought with everything going on financially in the world lately and my loyal customer experience with them would matter but obviously it doesnt. If this is handled how my phone call with the supervisor I spoke to today, I will make sure I let everyone know to never bank with Wells Fargo, and my loyal customer service and money will be joining a bank that cares about the people they are supposed to service. I just cant imagine a bank not willing to help out a customer to pay off a high interest ********************** card, just shows the greed that we face from these big banks. This needs to be made right immediately.

      This bank age-profiled and closed my mother's bank account because she "didn't provide them with some missing data for their files such as verification of her SS#, occupation/job title and no photo identification on file." My mother has been utilizing Wells Fargo (and its previous bank names for over 53 years). After receiving her first letter of closing her account on July 21, she visited a local branch and the employee from Wells Fargo said "not to worry, just apply for a non-driver's license ID. My mother is 85 years old, has never driven and is semi-ambulatory. It took a huge effort to get her to go to the bank and speak to someone. On 8/1/22, she receives another letter from *****************************, ******** ************************* indicating that her account would be closed if she did NOT COMPLY WITHIN 10 DAYS. My mom spoke to someone within the ************************** who acknowledged the fact that she has been a customer of ********************** for over 53 years!!!! After this phone conversation, my sister was able to schedule her for a DMV non-driver license ID for 8/29/22. Unfortunately, this was too late as *****************************, decided to close her account without giving her ample time to schedule her appointment at the **** My mom's accounts were closed and she received checks for the balance of money in her accounts. It should be noted that she also has a linked credit card account which she uses to pay for her medications. Her SS check is actually directly deposited into one of the accounts (part of the so-called missing data and does not work) and now she won't receive her sole source of income due to the "stroke of a computer key, that ***************************** decided to use to close her account." This is completely ridiculous and shameful treatment for anyone, let alone a customer of ********************** for over 53 years. After hours on the phone with WF and no resolution, she and the rest of our family with be taking our business elsewhere!!!
