      HORRIBLE. This is a scam!!! Been on hold for 3 hours. I have been out of work for a month due to these incompetent bozos. I had to fix the issue myself. I was back and able to work for a week..and now again same ***

      It seems to be unfair practices here.I have had several people run report on checkr and when I go to review the report it's not on my portal yet these companies are saying checkr gave them my report and checr is saying they didn't

      This company has held up my background check for over 3 weeks. So I am unable to work for Lyft. **** has a response that is more of runnin round than a solution. Just Terrible.

      Checkr provided out of date Information to Uber on background check. I dispute and provided Checkr with up to date info . They do answer phone calls or acknowledge. They deserve to be sued

      No customer service. They have messed up in my background report with inaccurate information. Absolutely incompetents. Been waiting hours at the phone on their customer service line and they never answer. I have filed two reinvestigation quests and uploaded photos of my accurate information and still no answer from this people. How can you create an inaccurate report in minutes but keep somebody waiting for days for you to fix your mistakes? Very unprofessional and archaic. Im talking to a lawyer as Im writing this in anger for your incompetent service.

      I have had a background check getting done for over a moth now going on a month and a week and all customer service is telling me what it says on my portal worat company ever
