  This company is horrible. No on answers the phone and my 2 background checks is still pending after a month. I dont need it now. I can walk to the courthouse on my knees and still get all the information before checkr completes their background check.

  my account has not had any up updates on my background check for a company I trying to work for again because and I cant remember my password. I have called and emailed several times in the past 3 weeks and I get no response and if I leave my phone number it calls me back only to tell me that no one can talk to me right now because of high call volume. I have emailed repeatedly just so they can help me resolve me dispute. I have already sent the proper paperwork showing I have insurance and my license unsuspended and Ive gotten nowhere with it. It is very frustrating and it is a bad business in my opinion. Im not sure what I can do at this point to get a response. All I need is to have my dispute cleared and get a clear decision but I can even get that Very unprofessional!

  Their site is easy to use. I have not gotten onto trouble my question is why does it have to take 3 to 7 days. Their chat robot is useless. I wish it would say something more than pending.

  I cant get into my account to initiate a background check for a company I work for because it is locked and I cant remember my password. I have called and emailed several times in the past 2 weeks and I get no response and if I leave my phone number it calls me back only to tell me that no one can talk to me right now because of high call volume. I have emailed repeatedly just so they can help me reset my password. I have gotten nowhere with it. It is very frustrating and it is a bad business in my opinion. Im not sure what I can do at this point to get a response. All I need is to have a password reset but it wont even let me do that if I enter my email and hit reset password it doesnt send me a password reset at all. Very unprofessional!

  I have been requesting for over a year status of my candidate background check for Uber.No response. The third request today says its been over a year contact support. Also statesyou can surpass entering your social security # but you cannot if you want to proceed for information on your background check.

  I have been waiting on a background check for weeks now and can't get any response from them I don't even have a criminal record and don't understand why it's taking so long it's going to end up costing me my job worst background check company out there

  Their *********** hone number does not work as of this morning, fast busy or "Cannot be completed" message indicating they may be out of business. I paid for background checks that have not been completed, they say there is missing information, but the portal does not work to upload documents, and their email is sparse and not helpful. I can only chat online with a chatbot and never a human being.These folks are pathetic.

  The have their options recourse or correction set up to boot you off ie crash when you start filling out the spot the also send stuff that has been dismissed so so much for innocent till proven guilty I think the also instruct clients how to set the prossess up to violate your rights without you being **** to preserve your rights

  My employer uses Checkr for screening employees and volunteers. We have always received ******************* screens in a timely manner. We have never had a problem with their services! Would recommend!
