      I was completing a profile for an employer and was told after the fact that I didn't need to initiate the background check. I contacted checkr, and they had no way to cancel the background check.

      I am in disbelieve at the unprofessionalism this company has shown me as a customer in the past few weeks. I have been very patient and understanding, however both have now run completely out. The continuous cycle I have endured is ridiculous, I have been ask to submit my Drivers License and my MVR multiple times for them to only suspend the report and have me start all over again. I have only spoken to one person a few weeks ago and I can not seem to get anyone now no matter how hard I try. I have calling for a week straight and have been on hold an have waited for 2 and 3 hours only for the system to disconnects the call. I have also had days when I gave my phone number to the system and waited for a call back only to have the system call back and tell me they could not take my call. I just find this to be a very terrible thing to do to your customers who maybe waiting for their Checkr background to clear in order to start working. I would just say this one thing, do better with taking care of the most important reason the company exist , THE COSUMER.

      THEY SHOULD NOT LIST MISAMENER CHARGES THAT ARE UNDER ADVISEMENT WHICH NO CHARGES WHERE FILED

      Inaccurate information on my background report. After disputing and providing proof that the information being reported was inaccurate, it still has not been fixed. Sat on the phone for over an hour. No answer. Still trying to get the issue fixed and still nothing.

      *** tried to get in contact with them via email and no one answered. I called them and was on the phone with them for an hour before someone just hangs up the phone. My background check says clear but is still under consider so I need it re ran and cleared. This is unprofessional and Im about to get it shut down. I need a response back before this month ends or Im taking legal action to this company. Checkr feel free to respond to me via email eriank***gmail.com

      I have been quite impressed with Checkr! They have been quick to respond to any concerns and seem to listen to customers well, as I have seen changes come quickly after some complaints. I would recommend Checkr to other businesses!

      I tried for two days to dispute with them about my records. I waited all day for them to call me back, I finally got recording at the end of the day that all operators are no longer in service.

      Worst discrimination I have experienced. I have contacted for help. I have been trying to update my background check for the past month and I keep going back and forth with them because they cant do this. How is it that they were able to do it for my Uber account but not doordash. I am trying to reach a supervisor and they sent me an automatic email saying I need to contact doordash. They have huge communication issues between doordash and checkr. So now I am stuck with no doordash account because they wont listen or do what I would like.

      Their automations are easy enough to work with - good API with Fountain ATS. At a higher level, their open API is easy enough to build custom work arounds with a large applicant base.
