  Fast turnaround time and easy for our employees to use! We get results in at least half the time that we were waiting with our previous vender. Checkr has been a huge improvement for our productivity.

  I logged into Checkr trying to explore them as an option for a background check. I never received a report, but received an invoice then had my card billed without authorization. When I disputed it they 100% were unwilling to give me a refund for any reason. I disputed it with my credit card and blocked checkr from ever making a charge on my card. A HORRIBLE, predatory company. STAY AWAY.

  I have had a license since **** and working for several companies with no problem . I applied for a job using Checkr background check never had a problem until now for 23 yrs. I was arrested not convicted 25 yrs ago wasnt convicted it was dismissed. Checkr reported it to the job and I did not get hired.I never ever had a problem with background checks until Checkr .

  They will overcharge you with fees you have no idea of!!! They charged me over $60 for one background check, while saying the trial is free and after you only pay $29 for background check.
  The customer service will NOT refund / credit or work with you in any way to compensate.
  STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

  This company keep going past the federal law 7-year rule. This company is keeping a lot of ******* people from working I will be filing a law *** against them so they can stop breaking the law.

  The process is candidate friendly, and the results are available in a timely manner. Since switching to Checkr background checks take between minutes, and hours, a big difference from our previous vendor.

  We use Checkr for background checks for our small company. We haven't had any problems and everything has come back accurate. No complaints from us or employees.

  Its been 3 weeks and my background check is still pending. Nobody at checker will help me and nor will they check into it to see whats taking so long they said it was estimated to be completed on the 11th its now the 31st. Ive never had a background check for any job take this long including government checks to get onto military bases to work. They are rude and lazy and not helpful at all.
