I've been driving with UberEats for almost 2.5 years since I semi-retired. I love it. Today I suddenly couldn't log onto the ** platform. During a routine background check, Checkr flagged me for what looks like an expired license. Of course, my license isn't expired and even the ********************** report lists the correct expiration date in 2028. I paid a DMV a $2 fee to pull my real time Driver's Record and unlike the Checkr report, my license is shown as valid (supposedly this is where they get their information). Very, very frustrating to suddenly have your weekend of work blocked because a company false flags you. Makes me think a lot less of Uber relying on this system too. Filed a dispute with Checkr because apparently I'm dead to ** after ***** deliveries but it says this can take ***** days to correct. What? How is a person supposed to survive without getting paid for 45 days EVEN IF they fix their error?

1 starI submitted a background check on May 8th. It is now June 21st and my well-being is in jeopardy as a result of CHECKR!!!! I inquired several times about my background check only to be lied to and told that they were waiting for *******, ************* which I havent lived in for 15 years!!!It was only then that I reached out to my employee because my anxiety levels were through the roof! They told me they were waiting on ********. The staff never told me they were waiting on ********!!!! They never once apologize for the misapprehension or acknowledged that a mistake was made! Before I found out, they were waiting on ********. I started to reach out to counties in ******* to verify and they had no idea what I was talking about. It gets worse!!!After learning, we were waiting on ******** I was still puzzled because I havent lived there in over 8 years! The background check only goes up to seven years. So Im convinced that Checkr purposely did this to wreak havoc on my life!!!!!!!!! The tools they are using is not good for business and bad practices!!! As a result, my bills are behind and my since of well-being is wind!!! Meanwhile, they get to go home just fine. This has left a dismal impact on my sense of security overall. I cant express how robbed of joy that I feel, my anxiety is in the clouds, and left under an exponential amount of stress.They keep running me around in circles and NOT providing clear and concise answers! They continue to provide false ETAs every step of the way. At this point, I cant stomach another ETA because I KNOW its not true. Its like a never-ending cycle!!!!!! I dont have any confidence, faith or trust in any ETA provided! . This has been the worst experience of a lifetime!!!!! I hope to never experience this again!!! This has the experience from hell!!!! This company ran the wrong social security number. I never received a response to the two subsequent emails that I sent. They had the gall to send an email asking if I was satisfied with the help I received. What a joke. The first two emails sent back to me were the same response, literally copied and pasted. Nobody works here. I just read the reviews, I'm not surprised. The *** should go after this company as I believe they are a scam. How are you a background check service without real customer service? I am considering a lawsuit.Checkr, Inc.

I have had my report in with this company for an entire month!!! I litterally cannot get a real person via email,text,phone or nothing. I have zero criminal record! Businesses beware do not use this company for anything they are pathetic and apathetic to everyone.Checkr, Inc.

As a ************************** we are not able to guarantee a reports completion date as we do not have the ability to impact the record request process or timeline at any given county court. An update to the estimated completion date is not reflective of a hold being placed on a report.

Please note that paying off fines and tickets or otherwise satisfying a court and/or state ********** of ***** Vehicle (DMV) penalty does not always result in the removal of the associated record. Horrible customer service. Bad ui cut off my dispute unfinished for a charge out of state that doesn'thave an effect in either state to prevent employment. No dispute email confirmation given. Chat doesn't answer questions just talks in circles and drops links into chat. Chat shut down and forced to email only. No contact phone number for support. Very dodgy and unclear with any questions. Taking people's employment and ruined it with bad policies.Checkr, Inc.

1 starThis is the absolute worst company there is. It says a lot about a company when they dont have a phone number for you to call them. The most incompetent people work for checkr. They are basically thieves, all they do is steal money. If your business is worth anything and you believe you are worth something then find another company to do business with. 1 starThis is Scammers and fraudulent. Alot of false advertisement. Misleading statements and inaccurate information. Needs a investigation and immediate shutdown. Possible charges and lawsuit actions.
