      Horrible company that its not providing accurate information to employers and falsely disqualifying honest candidates.They should be audited and investigated thoroughly.

      This company has horrible customer service. I have a CLEAN background history, but for some reason they will not accept my ***, telling me that it is invalid. I called the *** office, and they stated nothing was wrong, and that I have no alerts around my ***. I then contact **** and **** says this is the only company they use and have been receiving the same complain across multiple drivers. There is no number for Checkr, and I can only reach them by email. When I asked Checkr support for help they just said my *** is invalid again with no way to escalate the issue as my *** is not invalid and my background is clean.

      This company is a scam and an underground nuisance . They refuse to give out phone numbers and don't answer complaints about their service. I made the mistake of looking at their site for my company. I turned away and thought that was it. No, they billed my firm $1 , I think to check that they had our correct financial info (dumb me) and are burying me in notices I don't want. I'm afraid mystery charges are going to appear soon. We don't want their service. Can't anybody call them on this?

      I tried to chat and email checkr regarding a background check that was provided with incorrect information. *** sent an email to the email provided on their website but received a message stating this email is not in use and not monitored. Which makes on since. I cant moving with making money for my family until this is resolved. Ive reached out to the company Im applying to work for and the only option I have is to contact Checkr which seems to be impossible. Ive been trying to resolve to for to long. I hoping something can be done about this

      Terrible company tried to do door dash and checkr is saying I have paid citations I literally sent all compliance forms and my mvr from the main department in my state showing that they where paid and disputed it they basically said f hi even with several documents proving that there information was wrong

      So so so frustrating dealing with this company. I have a CLEAN background history but for some reason they will not accept my SSN, telling me that it is invalid...What does that even mean??? I have sent pictures of my passport and SSC to Uber, I have checked with the **** and have run background checks on myself with other companies. But for some reason Checkr is the one place that can't seem to run my report. It's no wonder why they have SO MANY negative reviews.Don't even get me started on their "support" team. I don't know who's support team is worse. Checkr's or Uber's. But they both suuuuucccccckkkkkkkk

      This backround check is a joke I never have waited 3 weeks for a background check to come back idk what they are looking for but there's nothing out there to find, and it shouldn't ever take 3 weeks anyway. I don't trust this company at all

      I wish there was a minus one star because that's what they would get. They are ruining peiples lives because they are not doing their due diligence. People are defaulting on their payments because of them.
