      Unbelievable!!! I am a Uber driver for last 6 years, now this nonsense Checkr came in the picture. Almost month and half I am on hold because they cant able to complete my background check. I am a single mother and Uber income is my childrens bread a better and roof on our head.Looks like this horrible unfair company wants to make us homeless family. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.

      I cannot for the life of me to get ahold of this company for someone to help me fix my background check. I been trying for months and now it says my background check is expired and to create a new one but I cant the website wont let me. I just want to be able to have another income option by doordashing. WTF

      Ive been with my independent contractor company for over 4 years! Checkr flagged a ticket from when I was ******************************** to lose my only source of income! Never once has my background check not cleared all of a sudden they throw in a ticket from years ago! Why should a traffic violation from 6 years ago have anything to do with current can! As I said ticket from 2017, been with company for 4-5 years and now just thrown out over incompetence. Oh did I mention I lost my only source of income over this? Ive been crying for days now and no one even answers emails!

      Amazing this company delayed a said to be 2-3 days into two weeks followed by a false background of a felony assault charge. Ive never been arrested or convicted of any crimes!This company needs to be removed from existence.

      I dont understand why items on my MVR that are 20 years old are being shown as well as dismissed tickets We are 15 days into this year and at least 30 companies turned me down due to to this dumb company and their outdated system. I believe they are using artificial intelligence to perform these checks

      I cant begin to explain the job opportunities that I have lost due to false reports and Checkr not updating my profile all this time I dont understand why companies trust them to do the research on a candidate and they dont look into the person background they just pull up anything and dont read it properly smhI have been going through this for 4 years and I plan to take legal actions if its not corrected this time oh & because of them families have lost jobs that would have help continue their *************** they maybe homeless or lost their family they really need to shut them down or pay ppl for all the pain and suffering they take them through BBB need to investigate them because their are too many of the same complaints #lawsuit

      Hello I been calling and emailing for days trying to rectify the situation.. my background is taking longer than normal because my license information was not included in my background check basically Im missing information on background application thats why it wont process .. I been telling the customer service rep this all of the all sound like (ROBOTS) they dont care to look into your account mfo help you

      Their background checks are unfair and outdated. They literally ruin people adult life based off juvenile records and charges. Its not right and lacks empathy and compassion. Literally has my life on hold.

      Checkr is a joke! I wish I could give them negative stars. No way I applied for the ********** of ***** months after applying to drive for Amazon flex and The *** finished my security clearance and background check in about 4 weeks and Checker has been taking 4 MONTHS! If the government could get the information why cant they!? At this point, I could get things done faster by paying for my own background check and sending it in. This is beyond ridiculous.
