      I went and filed a dispute with my bank $420.72, after sending proof of everything I need to retrieve my funds they still have yet to release it. ****** stated they sent the refund on 2/05/2025 and then resent it again on 02/20/2025, SoFi bank is claiming they never got a refund from ****** and have no idea where the money is. Ive sent a them videos,screen shots and the copy of the police report and still nothing is being done about it and they refuse to give me any kind of credit or refund back. They waste my time by calling and telling me there is nothing I can do that I need to wait. Its been over a month now and still nothing. Help me recover my funds from these crooks

      I have had this account for over 4 years. I've verified my identity several times. Now they have locked my account will not let me close my account and are keeping my money. Basically stole my account and money from me. I have expired id , ********************** security card, birth certificate, Bank statements, tax records they won't accept it as id.

      On the morning of 2/27/25, my wallet was stolen without my knowledge, and my debit and credit cards were used for fraudulent transactions. I was first notified at 3 PM when I received a text alert regarding unauthorized charges: three transactions of $207.95 at ******* and one for $156 at Mookie Smoke Shoptwo locations I have not visited recently and where I would never spend that amount.I immediately locked my cards and ***orted the theft. A SoFi ***resentative assured me I would be reimbursed. At Staples, a cashier confirmed the perpetrator used my cards to buy four gift cards using both my ***** credit card and SoFi debit card. I also contacted Philadelphia Sanitation to check trash bins near the businesses but didnt recover my wallet.On March 1, I emailed SoFi to follow up on my dispute, only to be told I had to wait until the transactions posted before I could take action. Frustrated by their inaction, I contacted *******, who were helpful and willing to work with my banks but could not cancel the transactions since they were made in person. Once the charges posted, I filed a dispute. I also asked if a police ***ort would help but was told it wasnt necessary. Still, I obtained one from the ****************************** on 3/2.On March 3, after the Mookie Smoke Shop transaction posted, I submitted another dispute. However, on 3/4, I received multiple emails stating that all my claims were denied due to insufficient information. SoFi refused to specify what additional details were needed. My appeal was closed on 3/5, despite providing a police ***ort number and the officers contact information (which the *** didn't take)On 3/7, I obtained a physical police ***ort and will submit another ********* a SoFi Plus member, I am appalled by how this was handled. SoFi continues promoting a $20K sweepstakes while failing to protect victims of fraud. I seek the immediate reversal of fraudulent charges and a fair review of my case.

      I mailed a check for my February payment to the address on the billing statement. The check has been cleared through my bank account and the amount has not been applied to my loan. The company is showing a delinquent status on my account and I am out the money. I have called several times and they have not been able to help me.

      I refinanced my federal student loans through SoFi. Since the start of the new loan with SoFi, all my payments were made through Mohela (loan service for SoFi). I submitted a final lump sum of $13,700 on February 7, 2025 to payoff the remainder of my account on Mohela. ********************** then transferred my loan to SoFi on Feb 7th to be the new loan servicer. SoFi still shows that I have a balance of over $13k. I have reached out to SoFi multiple times over the past month. I have submitted payment confirmations from ******, and bank statements showing the funds were taken from my account. My credit report even shows the loan was closed. Yet, SoFi still shows a balance, and shows that I will owe a payment at the end of March.

      The letter from Sofi states the payment information from Mohela should transfer within 20 days. It has been over 30 days, and there has not been an update to my account. Furthermore, I have also called Sofi again since posting my complaint, and they have not resolved this issue.

      I filed a dispute on over *********************************************************************************************************** My ex had stolen an ***, which we were pulled over in. They left everything we had in the *** and returned it to the owner. Most of my card were used by someone else I didn't even have ID to have access to the card. Once I replaced my ID ********************** allowed me into my account and filed the dispute they refused to let me transfer money out and restricted my account they then denied my claim without even looking into the charges

      On February 7, 2025, a student loan payment for $1332.75 cleared through ******. At the time, Mohela was changing servicing to Sofi. I was notified that this change was happening but that it wouldn't affect anything on my side in terms of payments. My payments would just be applied to my account.This did not happen. I have been viciously paying off my student loan debt and was attempting to pay my loan off in February. As of today, my payment (that they took from my bank account) has still not be posted on my account. I am accruing interest daily for a payment that was made a month ago. I have called and spoke to sofi on four occassions so far (all of which have been transcribed on their end). The first ****** (I spoke to them Feb. 11) told me it would be posted in 5-7 days. I waited those 7 days. When it still wasn't posted, I called on Feb. 20. That ****** told me I had to wait 10 days. I did. When it still wasn't posted I called again, this time on Feb. 26. This time they said they have filed a complaint on my behalf and if it wasn't handle in the next two days to call back and request to speak to a supervisor. It still didn't clear so I called back and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me sofi is a mess and these payments aren't clearing and that luckily I'm only paying $0.58 a day in interest. I made a payment that day to attempt to bring my balance to $0... but that original $1332.75 still is showing as a balance.I have attempted every avenue to have this taken care of with them. I don't believe I should have to pay interested on an error on their end. I am asking for help in getting them to get this account accurate and up to date. I've had horrible customer service. No one cares about my lost payment of $1332.75.
