      eBay is not there for sellers. ONLY for buyers! They keep mentioning about seller's protection and when you do require their assistance, they basically shut you down or aren't helpful at all!I have shipped and delivered an item within a week the buyer's purchase. Because I required a signature upon delivery to the buyer. The buyer wasn't home that day, so the package went to a post office. Because the package was signed at the post office, the postal code did not match the address of the buyer on eBay's system.eBay was not able to match the delivered postal code with the buyer's postal code. So they're holding my funds for a whole month. Even though the buyer confirmed with a positive feedback that they received their item and is extremally happy with the service i provided. eBay does not want to release my funds due to a postal code that didn't match. After calling an eBay agent about the successful transaction, hoping they would be able to check a box in the system and mention its been delivered. Instead they choose to do nothing about it and insist I wait 30 days for my funds to be released.Never again will I be a seller on eBay. Their services are inconsistent and unreliable. I hope eBay gets replaced by another selling platform. A ********** is much needed as this is ridiculous! However as a buyer, you can rest assure you will be provided with great service and protection.eBay wouldn't exist without sellers and they wouldn't be making any money without buyers. Their fees are ridiculously high and they choose to hold your funds however they please.I no longer trust eBay as a seller.

      Worse than ever customer support for sellers. Buyers intent on scamming you are given better treatment, and shown more respect. There is no way that I will ever sell on eBay again, and if you're smart, you won't either. Buyer disassembled item and damaged it in the process. Ten days later, he demands a refund. EBay gave it to him, and I had to jump through rings of fire to keep them from taking the money back from me. Closed my account, never again...... E-bay, you are dead to me.

      eBay is keeping up a negative review that misrepresents and maligns my reputation. The review is not accurate. eBay can see the truth because they have the documented messages I sent to the seller. Moreover, this is now an overall misrepresentation of the feedback for my seller hub because of how eBay published the information. I have 31 positive reviews and now one negative. But because one positive review and one negative review took place this year, my profile reads 50% positive feedback on my profile because it is only pulling the two reviews. This is now vastly hurting my ability to sell. The buyer gave me a false negative review when she said I did not contact her when I canceled an item. This was not true. I never took her money. Before the transaction, I told her the item was no longer available, so I contacted her. She was upset when the item was unavailable and lashed out at m. eBay wont consider any of these false allegations, and now the data is published about me in a public forum. I have called them ten times. Each time, they tell me they will send it to appeals, but nothing happens.

      Ebay is very discriminatory to sellers. They don't offer any explanation to why they suspend or revoke account. They pick and choose who they do business with. A very un-professional company. Don't sell with this company, there're better places to sell your product without the hassle. Ebay is the worst platform.       Update: Called eBay customer service and they still can't tell me the reason why my account was suspended. I received a letter response from eBay and they said they would give a reason by mail, but never sent a letter to my account or email telling me why. They keep saying they want to part ways, but give no reason what I have done. I have done everything they have asked. How can a company pick and choose who they will do business with when you have done nothing wrong? If I had done something wrong then I would understand the suspension, but I have done nothing wrong. As of now I am not buying from them anymore after years of purchases with them. My family and friends have stopped. I tell everyone at work about this as well. I am using Amazon, I have never had any problems like this with Amazon. A good friend of mine works for the *** and he said to check with ************************ to see if they are violating Monopoly laws. So I am looking into that!

      I am in my 10th year of ************** disease and Im on a face mask reason 8 L of oxygen. Correctly Im using voice text as using my thumbs are quite difficult as both hands are in braces. I have spent the last two hours at great personal physical pain and energy trying to talk to a live agent at Ebay there is no system set up to help people with physical disabilities to contact eBay customer support. To all the disabled people around ***************** who read this complaint should you ever have the ability to contact a live representative of Ebay let them now about how many physically disabled people are in ***************** and have challenges so they cannot use an automated chat machine to resolve an issue but require of the ability to talk to a live person. I could not find a way to email Ebay I found several companies on ****** that pretended to be Ebay and try to get my personal information for their own use and yet ****** does not remove these fraudulent companies from its website. Congratulations ****** Im sure Im not the only person who have complained about websites pretending to be Amazon or eBay and yet you let them exist and continue to take advantage of people

      Browsed items for a few days, bid on 1 item then purchased a similar item. Then minutes later my account is permanently suspended. WTF! We should part waysyour account activity is not safe for our marketplace community. I emailed twice and got basically the same automated reply. Such bullshit! Now Im worried that I wont get my purchased item or if I do and its damaged I wont be able to do anything about it because I can no longer log into my account. They need to be permanently suspended!

      I've been selling on eBay for years, and they are completely s******* their sellers. I had a buyer purchase a car part from me, and then claim it wasn't working. I told the buyer they could return the item, and they sent me back a different defective unit, with different serial numbers and everything. I immediately contacted eBay with photo evidence, and they pretty much said was this is a normal part of business, and that in the future I should offer free returns on all my items to offset the cost of this loss. Seriously eBay? You can't expect me to keep selling on eBay if they will side with a buyer, even with clear evidence that the seller is being scammed.

      As per our eBay Money Back Guarantee, buyers are protected in the event they receive an item that is not as described, or it never arrives. Sellers can choose whether to accept returns in situations of buyers remorse; however, if the item arrives damaged or defective, is missing parts or pieces, is not the correct item, or is not as described in the original listing, buyers may return the item regardless of the sellers return policy.

      eBay is in a unique position as we never have a physical relationship with the items exchanged in transactions, but support both buyers and sellers. Therefore, we arent in a position to make assumptions regarding the condition of an item when its initally shipped or when it arrives to the buyer. If we trust that sellers are listing their items accurately and truthfully then we must pass the same courtesy along to buyers when they report an issue in alignment with our Guarantee. It sounds like your buyer reported the item they received wasnt working as advertised and as such was able to request a return. 

      That said, if the seller receives their item back in a different condition than what was sent, it can leave them at an unfortunate financial disadvantage if they dont meet the necessary criteria for extra protections. Sellers who offer their buyers 30-day free returns or are Top-Rated and offer 30 day returns have the ability to deduct up to 50% of the total refund to compensate for any loss in value.

      HATE THIS SCAM POOL! This should be a violation of code of business ethics. I was totally taken advantage of. The information about selling lies about when you will be paid. Before I sent it they said I would be paid on March 9th. I check online and it is now saying March 26th my payment is still on hold and my account is suspended after a complaint from this customer who bullied the items. I was under the impression that I would receive the payment so that I could feel comfortable sending off the items. The buyer didn't order correctly and I was waiting on him to retract his order and adjust it. I didn't want to send the items ordered because we had communicated about the price and item he wanted. He never changed the price and put in complaint about not receiving the items. I sent out the items and now it is saying my funds will be on hold until march 26th. That puts it at a month to receive payment for a purchase I was selling on Ebay. I would never sell anything on this website again! The only reason why I haven't completely closed my account is because I am waiting on my payment. I tried to call and talk with someone today and its obvious they put my number on some sort of block from speaking with someone in customer service. Before this order was sent as a complaint I called and spoke with someone on the first attempt of calling customer service. How ironic when there is a dispute after the customer has received the items the buyer is automatically put on an additional hold to make sure the buyer is satisfied two weeks after receiving the item.

      eBay started billing me for a store subscription without asking me on my account and has been charging my bank contacted them did not want to do anything about it canceled it had to pay to cancel it and continue to have to pay for it for a year without my permission if you ask me sounds like theft to me nothing but a bunch of money hungry thieves do not recommend go to Amazon or esty
