      I have been an eBay user for 9 years and due to believing their customer protection I made a large purchase. eBay shipped the item to an authenticator then shipped it to me with ***** who forged my signature then lost the package. ***** said that they couldnt help me and that eBay would have to use its buyer protection to get me a refund by filing an appeal.Despite being provided proof I did not receive the item, proof the signature was forged, and repeated appeals eBay is refusing to ***** a refund. I have now paid nearly $3000 for an item I did not receive. I provided the steps and did most of the work so eBay could begin the process to get me a refund but they refused.No one should do business with eBay anymore, I certainly wont.

      I sold an item on eBay and *** damaged it. To make matters worse eBay chose to still charge me seller fees of $970.53 as compensation for helping the buyer out. *** is returning the item to me after they pay to fix it and eBay is still getting their money out of me. This company will s**** sellers overdont trust themdont sell with them!

      I sold a snapon xmaxx rc truck to someone who claims it was damaged and insisted I approve a return. He sent it back missing half of the parts. eBay chose to do nothing about it. I have gone round and round with eBay to no avail. This buyer is a f****** there and should rot in h*** Ive got his name and address so Im going to pay him a visit. eBay will be responsible for anything that happens to him. I can let him steal from me like that. Beware!!! Do not sell on eBay

      Absolute worst "customer service". They are liars, condescending and rude. If you want to get frustrated, spoken to as if you were an idiot and repeatedly lied to then contact the customer service department.

      I just bought slimfast on ebay from ianda_88 (880) and was charged $42 twice out of my checking, cant get in touch with anyone, was a guest, ebay wont help me, I am really mad. That us agift for my 90 yo mom for birthday, i dont understand. *********************************.

      My father passed away recently, and he had money in his eBay account from 2021. I have made 7 attempts in the past 5 weeks to get this resolved, each time I am sent to "restrictions" and then billing. Each time, they have said it will be resolved in ***** hours. I have provided all supporting documentation, including identification and even a death certificate. Still nothing. I really could use some help in getting this resolved as our family needs the money and eBay is doing nothing to support this.

      Even after I proved that the buyer lied about not getting an item, eBay still garnished a refund from my account. If you are a buyer and especially a scammer - eBay will love you like a son and will have your back! If you are a seller - run.

      For no reason presented to me, ebay permanently deleted my use of their site despite my stellar reputation as a merchant. They have surrounded themselves by a wall of silence and will provide no information regarding their decision. I feel that I am being completely disregarded because I am an elderly woman. I just don't understand this.

      Ebay and it's vendors are thieves they take you money and you never receive your product or your refund. They hide behind this so called online space. This company f***** *****. At least with Amazon you can speak to someone to help resolve a problem. Ebay will always be last to other good companies that has the customer service #1. Go to h*** **********************.

      I have been a buyer and seller on eBay for years, most of my experiences have been positive. Recently I was in the market for a couple Craftsman **** batteries with a charger and a battery operated weed ******. In searching for the products, I always purchase from *** sellers. Here's what I found, a vast majority, close to 99%, of the listings I reviewed, stated the products are located in *******. What is not noted, is that most of sellers are in either ***** or ********* and are using a *** address (**********, ********** or ********) to drop ship their items. A few, clearly stated they are "*** Sellers". To me, this is a fraudulent and deceptive practice. I complained about this to eBay, who of course has done nothing. Don't assume because the product is physically in *******, the seller also is. Click on the seller's ID, then click "about." This will tell you where the seller is located.
