Wish I could leave zero stars. This platform allows its sellers to ship you used and broke materials. Then you can wait ten days or more to get your money back. 3 out of 5 orders either fake or used. Use ****** they have way better customer service and they hold their sellers accountable. Run!!!

eBay constantly claims that they have protections for the customers and their businesses but it seems time and time again that they protect only businesses and have no concern or remorse for the customer base, I have bought multiple products from multiple businesses on eBay and almost all of them have been scams especially if they're from businesses and not personal, or a customer on customer transaction. Whether the problem be an actual scam as they sell a fake product that is completely lying about what it is or a seller will lie about certain features about a working product so that way it sells easier, faster, Or maybe even for more money. And as a consumer when you notice this and report it to eBay they will remove your reviews on baseless lies like "Feedback Extortion" or try to pay you to shut you up, Even though that is against their entire customer protection program, they have boasted time and time again literally written down that sellers cannot pay people off for a good review but yet time and time again I have seen "leave a good review for $10 credits" or the fact that they will pay you because you left a terrible review on their thing hoping and praying that you will delete it, But honestly most of the time eBay will delete it for you because it goes against their terms of services apparently even though their terms of services say exactly the opposite. Not only does eBay just constantly lie It seems they have no morals whatsoever, This is not a corporation you should be doing your business with.

The T5 grow light was NOT delivered to my address. I have looked around my home and have not found it. I have motion detection cameras on my property and there is no recording of a delivery on March 26. And the seller says the delivery was a 12:03 pm. If it was a *** delivery, *** always delivers here at 3pm to 5pm. I have asked the *** driver that delivers to my home and he said he does not remember delivering anything on March 26. EBay says it has a money back guarantee. How do I get my money back? Seller ID: *******

Used ebay to see if I could sell some Baseball Cards. Posted two for auction, paid the $22.50 ebay fee. Auction ended with only one offer on one card that was not accepted. Next email I received telling me my account has been suspended. This is a fraudulent online selling source that is only interested in receiving their fees and then s******* people over. I asked for evidence for their reason for suspending my account and was told they didn't have to provide any. I demanded a refund and was ignored. Do not use this business!

Ebay has very poor seller protections and will allow the buyer to make unfair negative feedback. I provided a full refund to the buyer and yet they were still allowed to make a long spiteful review that isn't appropriate considering I gave the full refund without Ebay stepping in before the review was made. The rating system they have is very biased and one sided considering sellers can't give buyers negative feedback even if they've been fully refunded which makes the transaction non-existant. Ebay also has very poor support as communication with a real human being is difficult and in many cases outsourced to the *********** where cheap labor is even though ebays a multi billion dollar corporation that couldn't care less about hiring americans.

The seller shipped my item to a different address in my same town. Despite many attempts, I could not get eBay support to understand the distinction between a seller sending an item to the wrong address and the post office delivering it to the wrong address. The support people are completely incompetent. eBay's own policies state that the seller needs to be able to prove they sent the item to the correct address but eBay support are content that the item was shipped to the same town. I do wonder if someone could take legal action against a company that violates its own policies. In any case, I eventually got a refund through my credit card company.
