My last purchase made through E-Bay was made about two years ago, their customer support team has to verified this. In each of the months of ****** *** and June of 2025 they sucked $125.00 from my checking account. In April and *** their customer support team said that the mistake was noted and a refund would be made. On June 16, 2025 they sucked out another $125.00 for a total of $375.00. Again, today , I had verbal confirmation that I have no outstanding account with them. This time, however, I received no confirmation that a refund would be issued. BUYERS BEWARE the -E-Bay speaketh through both sides of their very large retailer mouth.

On June 17, 2025, I completed a legitimate purchase on eBay for a total of $320.07. The payment was immediately withdrawn from my account. Within minutes, I received two emails from eBay: the first with the subject MC999 SUSPENSION: Safety and Security username, and the second stating that my account was permanently suspended for being classified as high-risk. No warning was given, and no appeals process was provided.Following this suspension, I was locked out of my account and lost access to order management functions, including messaging the seller or tracking shipment status. The only option presented was to cancel the order, which may forfeit eligibility for a refund under eBay policy.I spent two days attempting to resolve the issue through eBays help center, chatbot, and community forums, but received no response. I eventually reached a customer service representative by phone, who confirmed that the suspension occurred after payment had cleared. She acknowledged the account was flagged by an internal system and recommended I seek resolution outside of eBay. At my request, the issue was escalated, and I was given a case number, but no confirmation was sent by email and no follow-up has occurred ******** of this letter, the item has not shipped. The seller is listed as:Shipcycle (***************)************************************************************************************************* I currently have no way to resolve the transaction through eBay due to the account lockout and am seeking recovery through my financial institution or legal means. This situation reflects a breakdown in platform safeguards, where a user can be suspended immediately after a transaction with no recourse, while funds are retained and the buyer is left unprotected.

Bought iPhone 14 Pro Max for son December untracked with money back guarantee I am frequent eBay customer ******* percent good reviews no bad seller 3 good reviews no comments but thank. It had money back guarantee when purchased now they are saying I waited too long have documentation it said please be patient Canada strike on purchase area so I did even though I reported not receiving and contacted numerous authorities still they backed up seller who not only scammed me but stole from my son it was his Christmas gift he to this day never got. That was all the money I had. I am very disappointed in eBay I think my reviews from purchasing 661 items would be enough to trust my word but they refused to honor their promise on purchase. I have not and will not buy from them anymore they completely lost my trust in them and I loved shopping on eBay but refuse to purchase from a company that does not back up a great customer all I have left is to contact news channel so disappointed in eBay Thought I could trust them but they took criminals side. ******

I have always had a great experience with eBay until a product didn't arrive, and their customer service has been awful. **** confirmed that someone changed the address and the recipient on my package, and I confirmed via my doorbell camera that my package never arrived. Despite this, eBay refuses to help me, so I am out $800. I am now counting on my credit card company to help me because eBay's purchase protections are useless.

I'm having an real issue with receiving my payouts as a seller on eBay. They are still holding onto my funds for over 60 days now even without telling me why my account was suspended in the 1st place. Their customer service representatives are very rude and not very knowledgeable and not very professional either. I'm fed up with eBay period.

For the second time in a row, Ebay keeps notifying sellers to ship items to an address I haven't lived in for 11 years. Obviously, the item did not arrive at my home. To make sure, I double checked my current address listed with Ebay. There it is: my present address. This procedure is unprofessional, frustrating--especially in trying to contact Ebay. They expect customers to sort through and read tons of articles. Then the articles fail to address the problem. This is the last time I will ever purchase an item from Ebay.

Awful experience they did not refund my money which was ***** for a bag of 50 Tootsie pops. eBay said it checked with the seller who did not contact me and they said it was delivered well I never received it. You can't trust this company.

Paid for a pair of sneakers through their authenticity program. Specifically messaged the seller and ask if the pair included all original laces (4 pairs). They confirmed they did. Received the package to find 2/4 laces missing. Filed a dispute, however, they settled with the seller as they didnt make a specific mention of laces in their description. They also removed my neutral feedback (3/5) on the sellers profile. This is the 2nd time eBay has silenced a review, despite following all their guidelines and being free of accusations and harassment. Absolute scam business supporting sellers that are purposely deceptive, and will silence any critique you have

Their money back guarantee is worthless. I purchased a part from one of their highest rated sellers and when it arrived it didn't fit my car. So I contacted the seller to return it and the seller told me to take it to any shipper I wanted to and get a tracking number and receipt for the cost of shipping it back to them and they would refund me the cost of the part and the shipping when they received the part at their facility. The part cost $44 and the shipping cost $102 so I thought it was kind of stupid of them to have me ship it back to them rather than just throwing it away.Well I found out why they had me pay for the shipping it's because they had no intention of refunding me the shipping costs. And when I asked eBay to step in and help me they told me it was my fault for listening to the seller and following his instructions instead of reading all the policies that eBay has. But they could put the policy that buyers should "NEVER" pay for shipping in big letters everywhere, instead of telling the buyers to contact the obviously sneaky dishonest buyers for returns so they can take advantage of us. eBay claims you don't have to worry about getting taken advantage of that they guarantee your money is protected, well I'm calling a big BS on that. The seller that ripped me off is still doing business like usual ( lying and cheating his buyers) and eBay is still making money off of the dishonest sneaky sellers they rate so high.

They are a complete scam with fees. They say they charge 13.6% in fees which is already high but then when I looked after the sale it shows 15%. Not only did they charge 15% they charge that fee on the total of what the customer paid with tax so if the item was 100$ and the customer paid 110$ with tax then they would charge 15% on that . So not only are they making me pay 15% they are making me pay it on the tax amount not sale amount
