      1st rv chord didnt work now a new chord and no product because *** says they delivered but did NOT deliver it so I am stuck returning 1 and case closed on the 2nd item I didnt get and there is nothing I can do except kiss my cash goodbye and never ever use eBay again. No product no dice period f*** eBay

      eBay is a terrible company. Do not do business with them. They cheat you out of money you never even make on a sale when they decide to do a return on an item you listed as no returns accepted and automatically deduct money from your checking account.

      I have been using eBay for years and felt confident in their buyer guarantee but they have let me down. I purchased a $200 trading card and I received the package empty with nothing included. The seller could have shipped an empty box to pocket the money. eBay made me go through the process of filing a police report. I attempted to do so but my local police station directed me to ****, the shipper. I told eBay this was the case and they continue to insist the only way for me to get a refund will be to file a police report. Absolutely ridiculous, I have a vast history of successful purchases while the seller has a recent negative feedback from another buyer that never received their item. The eBay buyer guarantee is a bunch of garbage clearly. Literally been using it for 20+ years but never again if its that easy for a seller to defraud buyers.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would.Threaten to turn me over to collection if I did not pay $237.00 for listing one item. Why would a company allow you to list the same item to sell 3 times in 15 minutes, and charge you 3 times. Talked with several people over 45 days, and assured me that the item and the charges were deleted. Now it is past there policy to file a dispute, I owe and paid the $237.00 to aviod problems with my credit. Beware of this technique. They allowed me to list the same item, which was a motorcycle 3 time in 15 minutes. I was under the understanding that the first 2 did not list, because they had no payment information. They told me they just did what the costumer wanted, allowing the same motorcycle to be listed 3 times, with the same info and pictures in 15 minutes. What do you think ?????

      Just an awful experience. The company witheld payment on my first sale but insisted I ship my property to a buyer. It's like theft. I tried to cancel the whole thing and couldn't. If I could give negative stars I would. Never use them again. What a rip off of a company

      I am very upset and outraged by the actions of the Ebay management. They openly mock deaf people because they do not provide them with customer support. To solve the issues, they offer them a PHONE CALL from agent only!No online chat with agent anymore.Going to stop with eBay! This is an unacceptable violation of the rights of people with disabilities.

      I purchased a book from a seller on May 6th that has not arrived yet. I attempted to contact the seller on multiple occasions and received no response or update. Ebay states to report under the "Items not received section", on the page, it displays "you are not covered by Ebay money back guarantee". It is impossible to reach an agent with Ebay, and the seller who refuses to ship item, provide update, or provide a refund.

      I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife. I was charged and the money was taken out of my account but they never shipped. I try to cancel the order 2 weeks later and it was denied. Its been 3 weeks and I have to wait another week and a half before ebay will step in.

      Complaint Against eBay Partner Network (EPN)Filed by: Abdeljabar Morocco Im filing this complaint due to unfair and contradictory actions by the eBay Partner Network (EPN), which terminated my account and withheld my earnings despite meeting all performance requirements.I promoted eBay offers via Amazon Fire tablets using the Amazon app. *** later claimed this violated policy, though no clear warning was issued prior. Then I was told my country (*******) is not supported, although I was allowed to register, promote offers, and generate traffic without restriction.On March 20, 2025, I was informed that my account would be terminated, and links must be removed. However, another email confirmed I would still receive pending commissions (February 2025) if tax and payment info were complete.Later, they refused to process the payment due to a missing W9 form, despite me explaining multiple times that Im not a U.S. resident and legally cannot submit a W9. They offered no alternative like W8-BEN, which is standard for international affiliates.They reactivated my account temporarily to allow submission of the W9, which again, I could not provide. In their final message, they confirmed that my account met the payout threshold, but refused to process my earnings and said they would no longer respond.This is clearly unjust: They accepted my traffic and efforts for months. They allowed registration from *******, only to later use it as a reason for termination. They made a legally impossible demand (W9 from a Moroccan resident). Their communication was inconsistent and unprofessional.Resolution Requested:That eBay Partner Network honors the payment for commissions I rightfully earned and addresses the mishandling of international affiliate policies.Sincerely,Abdeljabar Morocco
