      My account got permanently suspended and I havent even made a purchase or sold anything yet. I literally created my account about a month ago

      Long **** ****** ( 9 years ) with a 100 percent rating, all good reviews. Finally had my one bad buyer who falsely claimed an item was counterfeit, with no proof whatsoever, to circumvent the no return policy. Ebay sided with them, no questions asked. I had all my proof and receipt as the item was previously purchased by me from a long time, well know verified seller on Ebay. Ebay did not care. They punished me without hesitation and even made me pay for the buyers return label. I ended up reselling the same item, and the new buyer left a positive review. Ebay decided to punish me as a long **** ******, even with the proof and facts on my side. I do not recommended selling on Ebay.

      25+ years as a customer. Only asked for a refund once or twice because I didnt receive what I bought. Said their Money Back Guarantee was only if I filed a police report. My local police didnt have a place to file for an item I didnt receive from Ebay. I tried but it wouldnt go through. I let the over seas customer service agent know several times they were asking for something I couldnt do. So they denied my $60 refund, and I deleted my account. Might as well just but from **** etc since Ebay isnt any better.

      They add the shipping and the tax into your total before they calculate their commission by percentage. Then they take the shipping and the tax dollars back with their commission and the seller gets what is left. This is often as much as 20% of what you actually sold the item for. This equates to a FEE/Commission that is double and triple what they say it is. And- they Now charge extra to "promote" your item when that was always part of the deal and why they got any commission at all in the first place. What good is an add that no one sees? I started with them in 2002 But Now Ebay has become one of the worst places to sell/buy on the internet. Fraudulent and arrogant about it. Zero customer service..

      Total scam! Their company will give you a whole run around, take your money, freeze your account, wont have explanation I sold items on their platform, after I got three items to finally ship, my account was suspended due to customer safety with NO EXPLANATION!!! I attempted to speak to someone until I finally got ahold of the phone *** after going in circles on their application. The *** could not tell me what the issue was, could not provide me a reason why. Gave me some bogus name **** clearly wasnt his name. Then I noticed an issue with the shipment, that it was on delay, my buyer is clearly upset because I noticed he submitted some type of case, he messaged me and I couldnt respond to him. So inconvenient. On top of all that, when asked the *** about the issue, he refused to answer me and all kept ***eating that the funds are available and will be available to me after ****** days, what!!!! Your gonna hold my funds, delay my shipment and not give me explanation to why my account is suspended I swear if I dont receive funds available to me, or items shipped to my buyer I will raise h*** and pursue legal action. It is so unfair, and unbelievable that talking to their support team is like talking to a robot. I knew I shouldnt of used their platform.. they are a total scam. Total fraud of a company and their business structure.

      Ebay makes a seller refund a buyer who may just want to return item. Meaning Buyer has no choice,has to pay the buyer to ship item back and or course pay to have sent the item originally. Also, Ebay when item is sold takes out a fee for themselves.... they do not refund this fee so a seller pays for all the shipping,refund to buyer for full amount AND losses the Fees that Ebay keeps for NOT selling the item... If that is not a scam I do not know what is...PLUS to top things off.... Seller NEVER gets to leave (not even an option) Negative feedback on buyer but they can leave one on you!!!

      I had activated an account to use for price research. I had never listed and item, placed a bid, made a purchase, or contacted a seller/buyer. My account was terminated as a "risk to Ebay and its community". Further inquiries led to excuses of not being able to tell me why I was terminated.

      Put a bid for $4K on eBay something like $4K Corsair i5200 desktop broke at on off power button and who knows where else. Threw away package it came in. Bought it off ******* website with credit from Klarna. 60 day warranty and refund policy isnt good to me. 5080rtx version PNY, ultra 9 285K, 32ram, z890 motherboard. The website has the details and it disappeared. Dont know if it was trashed by website moderator or similar but got confirmation email. The idea of selling a new desktop thats broken is absurd other than for unusual and artistic reasons so thats why I want to know what happened to the bid.

      The worst business I've ever dealt with. Bought a pair of shoes for mother's day and they never sent them and didn't give me my money back. Give me my money back now , you nothing but a thief. So sick of dealing with this it's unreal. This time they didn't send me my shoes I paid for and haven't refunded my money. Last time they sent me fake shoes. I'm done ever buying anything from them. It's a joke and you don't receive your item or if you do it's fake.

      They are incompetent and do not take any accountability. I have called them numerous times for the same issue and Ive been told to call again and I have yet to get a resolution and now Im out money and I dont have the item I originally purchased.
