The PayPal platform blocked my account for reasons unknown to me, I do not agree with this. I think that this is completely illegal. At the beginning of using this platform, I read all the rules, all their rules were observed. Therefore, I believe that nothing was violated on my part. Please help me solve this problem. Hello, I am asking for help in restoring my PayPal account. I am a *********, but now my eyesight leaves much to be desired, so I decided to sell some of the tools with which I can no longer do the job on **** and indicated my PayPal account as the method of receiving payment, after selling the jigsaw on May 6, I received payment to my PayPal account and immediately got my account blocked, despite the fact that I provided all the evidence that this was not a scam, but honestly earned money, my account was still blocked on May 12, with a balance of $ 100. Hello, Help me regain access to my honest earnings. I am a college student paying my way through freelancing as a graphic designer. I used PayPal for all my payments. On June 17th, I was told that my account was permanently limited - no reason, no warning. Now I can't get paid from the freelancing site because the only way to withdraw my earnings was through a PayPal account. I worked hard to earn this money. I don't know how I will be able to afford books or rent next semester. This is no way for a company to treat its users. I am not asking for favors - just for fairness and a chance to be heard. My small business has been destroyed! I run a small handmade jewelry business. I use PayPal as my primary method of receiving payments from customers. And paying my suppliers for manufacturing materials. After a sudden surge in holiday orders, PayPal permanently limited my account - no warning, no appeal, no apparent violation. I explained to customer service that this was seasonal volume, not a scam. But no one listened. I have dozens of regular customers waiting for their orders, and now there is no way to ship them or refund them properly. This sudden closure has destroyed the reputation of my business and seriously impacted my income. All I want is a second chance - or at least a decent human conversation.Business Response

Hello, I am a SINGLE MOTHER of two and have lost access to my funds since PayPal suspended my account on June 19th this year.I use PayPal to get paid for babysitting and online tutoring. On May 19th I suddenly received an email saying my account was closed due to "risk". I had just received payment for a week's work - now the money is frozen, a large sum for me - $500!I have contacted customer support several times, explaining that this is my only income, but I only get cold, automated responses. I paid off my balance in full 11 days ago. My payment is not showing. When I call I dont get through. When I talk to their customer service I am told they cannot help me. This is an additional complaint on top of the complaint i previously filed. one employee reversed an incorrect decision and stopped the withholding of my funds in the amount of ******* I then tried to collect this money and every subsequent employee started to treat me like trash, like a criminal, as if i was stealing money from their pockets. I finally got approval to get my money on the weekend and now Tuesday morning has come and still my money is missing. They refunded a 1.50 fee to me but not the grand total and instead keep submitting tickets to the "back office" and telling me that there is nothing i can do or they can do. For a company whos sole purpose is to facilitate financial transactions they are pretty clueless which doesnt breed trust in the average consumer. One employee in the global office of customer complaints and advocacy finally helped me to unlock my money and now all these entry level representatives are making a game out of keeping it from me still! ** tired of the disrespect and the opposing answers from various reps. ** tired of being laughed at and mocked about MY MONEY by people i have to strain my ear very hard to understand because the English they speak is not very clear. And they continue to just get away with it why? My U.S.-based PayPal account was permanently limited on October 4, 2023, with a balance of $1,058.24.PayPal's own policy states that funds in limited accounts should become available for withdrawal after 180 days. As of today, more than 8 months have passed, and I still cannot access or withdraw my funds.I have not received any notification or explanation from PayPal regarding this delay. I contacted support several times but received no useful response.I am requesting that PayPal either allow me to withdraw the remaining funds or provide a written explanation for withholding them.
