On 20th june 2025 I made a withdraw of $1,000+ on my PayPal account merchant id ************** I then got a notice that PayPal is requesting for my verification details I gladly provided the files required and all was fine until on the 21th june ********************************************************************************************************************************* a template text of not telling me what was wrong.. No explanation, Nothing at all, just sent me a text with their link of aggreement and no answer was made at all... and now i had to refund the money i withdrew from to paypal .... I feel this was not fair on my part coz all i did was withdraw my money just the same way i always do.. all of a surden they just banned my account.. I have been using the account for over 2 years and no issues .. all my informations are accurate.. I do not involve myself with scams or anything.. and they just limited my account with no reason... And i made it clear i had business on the hold .. paypal is best for me coz that's where i pay my suppliers from...Business Response

Good evening, I want to file a complaint against PayPal. My boss paid me for the first transaction and they immediately blocked my account. I can't get milk for my baby because of them and they tell me to wait 120 days. Please tell them to take my money out of there. Do something. I live with this money.Business Response

Complaint Against: PayPal, Inc.Case ID ************************: PP-R-EJZ-********* Date of Incident: May 23, 2025 Complaint Description:I am filing this complaint regarding the unjust limitation of my PayPal account, which occurred shortly after receiving a personal repayment from a friend. On May 23, 2025, I was reimbursed by a friend for items I had purchased on her behalf. This was a personal, non-commercial transaction that did not violate PayPals terms of service in any way.Soon after this transaction, my PayPal account was suddenly limited without clear explanation or justification. I immediately contacted PayPal through its available support channels to provide context for the transaction and request that my account be reviewed and reinstated. However, I have received no meaningful response or resolution to date.The lack of transparency, poor communication, and absence of due process in how PayPal handled this issue has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. I am not able to open southwest airline gift card email link bought on *********,these giftcard links are expired, I bought two $100 gift card total of $200 . Both the links are not working. I called paypal helpline many times and they are able to resend giftcard links. Links used to work upto a year and stopped working. I travel alot out of country and couldnot reach earlier. On May 24th, I received $46.99 from my family member through another PayPal account. Shortly after the transaction, I attempted to link my bank account in order to access and withdraw my funds. However, to my surprise, I received a notification that my account had been permanently limited without a clear explanation or prior warning.I believe this action is unfair and unjustified, especially considering the account was in good standing and I was merely trying to access my own money. I have complied with PayPals policies and have not engaged in any prohibited activity. An individual purchased an item from me. I was unable to ship the item due to a problem with it's condition in the time allotted causing the buyer to request a refund of his payment. I tried to refund payment from my secondary bank account on 4/22/2025 but PayPal would not allow it so I had to send it to my main bank account which took 3 days. On 5/1/2025 at approximately 11:am over an extended period I made several attempts to refund the buyers payment with options to withdraw the funds into my PayPal account being inoperative with all attempts. **************** attempted to withdraw the funds from my bank account as well with their tools and we're unsuccessful as well. After 52 minutes on the phone with them they came back from an extended period on hold and claimed they could not hear me and hung up. None of the malfunctions of their system that caused and we're responsible for causing this incident produced any error codes either when I attempted the buyers refund or they tried to refund the payment which is impossible. I tried everything that was humanly possible to accommodate the buyer after he requested a refund. I was in to total agreement with with him and did all I could to refund payment even having PayPal techs attempt it. This would have all been captured on my customer service call over a 52 minute period. This is a problem they caused yet I am the one paying for it. They took my account and permanently disabled it. I have never cheated a buyer in over 20 years on the internet period. I have ****************** sine 1986 and am unemployed and now can't sell on **** as no one want to pay for items unless they can use paypal. This is a seemingly corrupt company employing incompetent workers as far as I can determine.Business Response

I received my Paypal debit card in the mail, activated it. Then I added 15$ to my paypal balance from my personal cashapp account. The info on the paypal account and the cashapp are the same because they are both my accounts. But for no reason at all paypal decided to close my account because of suspicious activity. I literally didnt do anything that breaks their rules or policies. I simply added money to my account and spent it at delis and convince shops in my neighborhood.Business Response

I have been using Paypal (making payments and receiving money) and it has worked so well for me in the past years,On 21st June 2025 I Received money ($75) from a client (***** **) and all of a sudden I got notified to review my account which I did send the required documents that included my passport details to verify my account but shortly after, I got another notification that the money was being held and that my account had been permanently limited.I have tried to contact them but havent gotten any help till now which I feel is so unfair on me as am really loosing out on business,I Want my account back please.Business Response

May 19 of 25 I ordered from this company I never received item. I have checked with the ************** the two tracking numbers they gave me are not **** tracking numbers. My local ************** checked with my carrier and it has not been delivered to any other slots in my mail house.. I have never received the product. I have spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Paypal credit. I have supplied them with documentation repeatedly. I have emailed the seller 26 times multiple times requesting a legitimate **** tracking number with no response when I view these tracking numbers I two different times of delivery to my post office box on June 2 one being 4:40PMthe afternoon, the other one be in 11:16AM. I HAVE A EMAIL FROM **** STATING THESE ARE NOT LEGITIMATE TRACKING NUMBERS AND YET PAYPAL CONTINUES TO GIVE ME THE RUNAROUND AND NOT GIVE ME A REFUND FOR ITEMS IVE NEVER RECEIVED.Business Response
