      Hello, Team. This is ******, and I have been using my Paypal account which is even verified for more than one year. On 11th July, 2022, Paypal sent me an email that they've limited my Paypal Account due potential risk associated with it which they didn't explain and I have never had any problem with it. I first thought it was a glitch within their system but my account doesn't work and I can't receive any payments. Team, if you could help me get my account back I'd appreciate. Thank you!

      Since April of 2021, I have been buying sneakers pre-orders from *************** (Using Paypal as the payment processor) but I haven't received any of the sneakers I ordered. As of May 19, 2022. *************** has voluntarily been dissolved by the owner. The business is also under receivership and being investigated by the federal government. After I heard the news of the dissolvent. I started filing disputes through PayPal (May 25, 2022) on those transactions made to ***************. I had 42 cases opened, in which 26 cases out of 42 are within 180 days policy. The rest was over 180 days policy. I have been waiting for two months for a reply from Paypal regarding my cases. So far only 1 out of the 42 cases was refunded by PAYPAL ($943.00 USD on 7/5/22). As of today(8/1), I received a load of emails from PAYPAL regarding my cases. The emails all had the same message, basically denying my claims and accusing me of being a reseller. I bought those for family & friends. But I have seen cases where PayPal refunded 145k in one transaction to a buyer, if PP can refund them, I need my refunds. Yet if I go on PAYPAL Resolution Center, it stated the case has been Closed In My Favor. But if I check my dispute status through the chat, the system will state the case was closed in the SELLER'S favor. I have been with PP for the longest time. I always abide by Paypal rules yet PayPal won't stand by their customers in time of need side instead they stand with the so-called seller who is a scammer. The seller is currently being charged with money laundering and fraud. ****************** who is the owner of *************** is also being sued ******* and various other loan providers for faking his banking statement. Even after all that PayPal still, stand by him. I want PAYPAL to reach out to me, go back through my claims and refund all the transaction (26) that was under 180 days. I will include screenshots of one of the cases within 180 days and the confusing responses by PAYPAL.

      There were 6 transactions that were made that totaled $11,033.00. The dates of the transactions range from 3-19-22 to 4-12-22. I never received what I paid for and was well WITHIN the Paypal 180 policy and protected by the "Buyers protection" plan. On August 1, 2022, my claims were denied by Paypal because they deemed me to be a "reseller" which in not covered under their buyer protection. This statement is not true at all and I am not given a fair chance to dispute this decision. Paypal is no longer willing to help me.

      My PayPal account was hacked 8/1/22. PayPal allowed the person to change the credit card, phone number, address, and name on the account which is attached to my social security number. I had several payment methods saved in this account. I called PayPal to report this issue. The agent told me the were not able to verify the account because none of my card numbers match what is on the account. My credit card was charged through PayPal so I know the card was on the account. PayPal refused to give me any information. The hacker closed the account when they were done so I cannot login to view any information. I have no idea what information this person has obtained from my account and what cards were charged because they wont give me information.

      Hello PayPal,
      I am writing to request a review for a permanent limitation in my Paypal account. Reference ID: *****************.
      I rely on PayPal as the primary source for payment as a tutor ************** and this limitation is a huge inconvenience to me and my family which is on the verge of collapse.

      I called paypal about an issue with ************ account. She has been frauded out of money. At first they told her they would refund her the money, then when several weeks passed and they hadn't she called back and they said they would not be refunding her. She has been told several different times yes then no on the refund from this company. I called with her today August 1,2022. We were both on speaker and were basically told to***** off, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor about this issue was hung up on. I called back and was put on hold for over 20 minutes and told that I would be speaking to a supervisor. Only to have the person who answered not only not be a supervisor, but had no idea why my call was transferred to him. I was told I would have to be on hold for another 20 minutes to speak to someone. I used more than my lunch break for this, and my boss wanted to send me home because of hoe frustrated I had become. This is mentally and emotionally draining ************************** and I am calling for legal advice if this is not resloved.

      On the 2nd of August 2022, I tried to access PayPal account and all of a sudden, I got a message that my account is temporarily banned and that I should upload my ID which I did but instead of PayPal inc to state what exactly I did they permanently banned my account and locked my fund and claim that I would only have access to my fund after 180 days. They have refused to reply to my mails ever since

      This is really bad because I have been using PayPal for over 12 months now and I have not had any issue. This has been stopping my business access.

      The nature of my business is online tutorial for professionals and I see no reason why my account would be blocked. Please I urgently need help as I am really loosing customers to this .
