      I made a purchase on a website through PayPal on July 17th 2022. The moment I placed the order I realized something was not right. I promptly placed a dispute with PayPal. I stated that I did not get a receipt, the payment went through as friends and family which was not correct. I believe the website and vendor is a scam. Can I please be refunded. Their response was very vague it looked to me that I was getting a refund. I contacted them again inquiring about my refund and they said it was a friends and family transaction. They are allowing scammers to use their services to scam people and they are washing their hands of responsibility by allowing scammers to set up purchases on their websites as friends and family payments. I did not send money to a friend or family. I purchased goods on a website. I believe as a payment service they have the responsibility to protect their users. I placed a dispute in time for them to revert the transaction. Accord to their response the payment would not be received until July 23rd giving them plenty of time to cancel the transaction which they did not. I would like to be refunded in full.

      PayPal Parmanetly closed my account and Stops my business running for No reason and they are not willing to help me with getting it back up and Restoring it back again. I am not sure if this is some mistake as I assume it has to be, because all my registration details were correct without violating any of their User policy And I have not been able to get help from them for weeks since it happened.
      But I just remembered I could file a report here as I feel they are not doing their job properly Parmanetly limiting Account for No Reason and it is affecting a great deal as I used PayPal quite frequently. My Email Linked to the my PayPal account is ***************************

      Paypal has banned my account no charge backs i do alot of transaction and now they holding my fund for 180 days with no excuse!

      My PayPal account was solely used for the use of receiving funds sent to my business. At the end of May i got a email stating that my PayPal account was permanently limited with zero explanation at all. I decided to call and email customer support to resolve my issue and they were giving me the same response "this decision is final". Everything on my PayPal was verified which leads me to the suspicion that my PayPal was limited because of the funds i was receiving. I have supporting documents for my sales including screenshots and drop off receipts I had no problems showing PayPal, however they didn't ask for any of this and went ahead and permanently limited my account. I've went ahead and read the 'PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy' and found that i haven't violated any of their terms of service. I'm hoping to get this issue resolved as this took a huge financial toll on me and effected my buisness. My PayPal Reference ID:******************

      After submitting my very sensitive information to Paypal such as proof of insurance and date of birth, as per their request (so I can get access to my account) they immediately permanently limited my account and include a possibility that I pay them. They determined my account was unsafe even though I submitted all of my sensitive information and explained my business selling my clothing on Depop. Paypal is not letting me remove my sensitive information which is very devious.

      Paypal told me that they refused to remove my information and closed my account. They want to hold my very sensitive information for 10 YEARS. I am very angry and concerned. Paypal refuses to overturn my limited access AND refuses to remove my sensitive information.

      I created a business account with paypal on 28th of July 2022. Upon registration paypal sent me a mail indicating that permanent limitation has been placed on my business account that same day, restricting me from sending and receiving funds. This email was sent without warning or reasons why permanent limitation was placed on my account.

      My self im an entrepreneur and im doing lot of online business around worldwide.I do have ********************************************************Most of my customers use paypal as their payment method so because of that mostly my payments was received through paypal. On 25 July 2022 at 4.42pm one of my friend send me 100$ for me **************** for him i have attached the transaction proof. Suddenly within the next second the same time i received a email informing my account was temporary limited and requesting some details. Then after today i gathered every single informations they requested from me and i submitted the details which all they requested to paypal.after the successfully submission I received a email from paypal 30 july 2022 by 11.45am which is informing that my information is being reviewed by 3 business days. I have attached the email below. suddenly within the next second i received another email informed that my paypal account is permanently limited and i can no longer use paypal and also the funds in my paypal account cannot be withdrawn. Im really amazed how did they reviewed my documents within a second and freeze my hard earned money like that. I have attached the emails which they sent to me and the emails does include time also please check the time durations as i mentioned im so shocked about their service because this is totally wrong. They have requested me the documents and i have provided each details as they wanted and they didn't even reviewed my details. Im here to say that im willing to provide any kind of documents which they wants i need my hard earned money back because it's not necessary to do these kind of things to their trusted customer. Also i do heard that this happened to lot of their customer and they don't even reply for our questions.       Paypal permanently limited my account for "suspicious activity".

      I manage MMA fighters and asked a fighter to send me 1 cent to test if PayPal works in his country (*****). It worked and I sent him 1 cent back. I am not permanently limited for "suspicious activity".

      I cant use my PayPal account because PayPal decided to permanently limit my account after review. They noticed activity in my account that's inconsistent with User Agreement.
      I was trying to contact them but only robot was on the line and i don't understand why this is happen. i didn't do anything wrong.
      Also i have money on PayPal account and i cannot transfer them to my bank.

      On 30july.my paypal account ban .i get notified that my account has been parmanent limited.
      I immediately connected to execute office and was told that one of the account i used to make payment to and they linked to me had a limitation hence was also banned
      I fill this was not fair on my part as I can not have cantrol over how other people use their paypal account .i just really want my account back..
