      I have recently created a PayPal account and it was immediately permanently limited seconds after creating. There should be a way I should be able to restore my account and no information was given to me about why this was done to my account. I would like to be helped with this situation

      On Friday July 29. 2022 I received three separate emails from three different Pay Pal employees that contain receipt. I called the number*************** two times because I have questions concerning the invoices. After a period of time was hung up on.

      I have also contacted my financial institution concerning this matter.

      Someone breeched PayPal security via 3rd party site, stole money from my bank via PayPal. I filed a fraud report and was awarded a refund, however PayPal issues a fake receipt for a "refund" that never came, then when questioned PayPal lied and gave me a reference number to give to the bank.

      Bank came back saying the number was fake.

      PayPal then gave me a second reference number.

      Bank told me that number was also fake and never existed in the system.

      PayPal has continued the lie that they gave the money back even though the bank has stated no such transaction has ever occurred.

      I've included pictures of the bank telling PayPal the reference numbers are fake.
      I've also included a copy of the bank statement proving they stole the money and never returned it, statement covers 4 months prior to the theft and a few months after they claimed to have returned the money.

      In short this is all the evidence to prove their numbers were fake and evidence from the bank proving no return of the money ever happened.

      In one of their lies they claimed the money was returned on May 24th, I've taken the liberty of highlighting that section, showing again it was a lie.

      Business is lying to my face, the evidence from the bank shows you're lying, the written testimony from the bank, the statements, the bank shows that everything you've said is an outright lie.

      Reference number: Bank wrote a letter explaining it is FAKE

      Date you claimed the refund: Bank statement refutes that by clearly showing that since you stole the money it has never been seen coming back into the account

      You can lie all you want but the evidence exposes every lie.

      Non-answer and a lie, copy paste email reply with no resolution.

      Stop dodging the complaint. You stole $400 ***************************** helping children in impoverished countries around the world.

      I've shown you the letter from the bank. One letter says your reference number provided is F-A-K-E- and the other letter a sworn statement shows that you did N-O-T refund the money as you so claim. You can lie all you want but the evidence is black and white.

      On 02/04/22 PayPal permanently limited my account under my email ************************** They claimed I violated their terms but when I called they could not tell me what the issue was. I have currently have $500 in the account I cannot access.

      Purchased a vacuum through a seller which required payment through PayPal; I did so with my ******** Card.

      The merchandise was never sent so I filed a dispute with PayPal, but they refuse to honor their Claim Guarantee for the $99 price.

      My PayPal was permanently limited by the PayPal board, Kindly help me get resolve this as I resolved all the instruction they had asked. The money I withdrawal from PayPal are from the services which I offer online to the clients. Thank you

      I had a business PayPal account which I used thousands of times annually to process my business transactions. I have been a loyal PayPal customer for years and have paid them several thousands of dollars in transaction fees. I even was granted a loan by PayPal and paid it back in months. On 7/18/2022 PayPal permanently restricted my account with out warning. I had over $600.00 in my account which they refuse to return to me. More importantly they refuse to provide a reason as to why my account was terminated. Years of loyalty to them and this is how I'm treated. They refuse to return my money. I want to know why they would do this to a loyal customer of there's. I want my money back. I want to know why they terminated my account.

      I just created my account and was asked to upload a photo ID. I uploaded my passport and at the very same moment my account was permanently limited.

      Hello. Approximately 2 years ago I deposited the balance via cash app to a paypal account, but paypal soon closed my account without any reason, I left all my money in the account and I still can't withdraw it. I wrote a letter to the caller on the phone, but I did not receive a response from them, I am ready to go to court and sue them if they do not return my money to me. I still have error when a try withdraw my funds via check or via bank.
