I'm extremely disappointed with how PayPal handled my recent dispute involving a seller on *** who scammed me by providing an invalid product code that never worked. I provided clear and detailed evidence showing that the code was not functional in the ** region, along with proof of the seller's evasive and unethical behavior throughout the process.Despite submitting this information including communication logs, screenshots, and even support correspondence from G2A PayPal chose to close the case in the sellers favor, claiming they were unable to determine a resolution due to a "lack of evidence." This is not only frustrating but completely unjust, as all necessary proof was presented by me and supported by the platform involved. This decision has cost me both time and money, and it sends a troubling message that sellers can exploit buyers without consequence. I trusted PayPal to protect buyers from fraudulent transactions, but in this case, they failed to uphold that standard. I sincerely hope PayPal revisits how they handle digital product disputes and takes buyer protection more seriously moving forward.

Paypal is the absolute worst, they limit accounts, suspend accounts and block accounts permanently without any explanation and to request a reason I would have submit it through the courts. There was nothing fraudulent on my account. I did not violate the user agreement. I have had nothing but issues since I started using PayPal.

They stated this was not a fraudulent charge and tried to forward that fraudulent charge to my to bank account. After I cancelled my Paypal account ********************** tried to put another charge thru for $439 they are dishonest company. Do not do business with ******** will regret it.

I have been trying to use a PayPal business account and the system at this point is broken and not working. I called support and they asked me to delete the account and created again. After recreating the account three times I gave up trying to use PayPal. The support persons say the there is a security issue on the system and there's nothing they can do to resolved it. All they can do, they said, was to submit an internal case with their IT department to look into the issue. Their recommendation was to use another payment system instead of PayPal.

I do not have a pay pal account, yet I keep getting messages to continue with my account, either a bill yo do so.Theres a number to call to cancel; when I call the number, its a call that doesnt go thru. Then I get the charges on my card. I have to call the card with the complaint, and then they send me a new card number. This is very inconvenient. I need this to stop.

I made a purchase in February 2025 via PayPal and disputed the purchase transaction mid-March as item was not received. Then I received the purchase one week later and canceled dispute with my bank. PayPal has been alerted as my bank explained. I am trying to return the purchase to the vendor who states that they have to wait until PayPal finalizes the dispute. Six weeks later, six phone calls later, and PayPal continues to state my bank has not notified them. I have a copy of the canceled dispute from my bank and have offered to send it to PayPal who explained theyve emailed me so that I can attach the bank dispute document. I NEVER get the email from PayPal (and yes, I check both spam and inbox email folders). PayPal is intentionally delaying this process as evidenced by an updated date that is included every single day in the Paypal app. If they generally cared about a resolution, they would take my banks canceled dispute letter Ive offered to send on six separate occasions. The purchase return window was 30 days. And because of Paypal. I will be out $50. Absolutely the most incompetent customer service next to *******...

PayPal used to be a great model of a money transfer service, but that was back in 2003 when I opened my PayPal account. Now, ********************** wouldn't get my business if they paid me. I applied for a PayPal ********** last year to only use for online purchases from companies and small storefronts, usually through shop, or even paying for Steam game purchases. However, due to AI-generated flags received from PayPal, ************** reduced my credit line from $1400 to $100, with zero warning or legitimate reason, without notifying me after they withheld a payment I sent them for almost 14 days, through PayPal. This company's reliance on AI and algorithms doesn't serve customers. All it does is reduce choice, reduce quality, and make the customer experience resemble being charged with a crime, the crime of merely wanting to spend your money, legally, without some AI fraud alert determining that it thinks you shouldn't, based on arbitrary code and baseless suspicion. If I could leave Paypal a zero rating, I would.
