      I have used PayPal for about two years now to make my monthly rent payments directly from my bank (checking) account. All of a sudden, PayPal decided that my bank account was unavailable to use for this purpose, despite the fact that NO payments have ever been denied for "insufficient funds" or any other reason. I have tried calling, chatting to their AI chat, and writing letters, but PayPal simply ignores me. My advice? Stay the h*** away from PayPal. They suck!

      PayPal is accepted in locations such as ********** However, a DIGITAL Debit Card AND linked PayPal account was not working. Called Philippines PayPal support and "******" could not comprehend how I could pay for a meal. When the DIGITAL and PayPal accounts linked to this restaurant failed, she repeatedly went over steps many times. I told her repeating the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is called "insanity," she thought I was calling her insane. I was telling her to stop asking me to do steps and solutions that we did that had not worked. I asked for a supervisor and was on hold 1 hour more. Luckily, I had a friend on PayPal who's card worked. I transferred money to her. PayPal also gave me a refund, but did not put it on my card I used thru PayPal. Note: No "cash back" is even available using PayPal. I have yet to get the blue card in the mail. I DO NOT recommend this company or it's products!

      Generally, I like PayPal. But this last experience put me on such a shock! Im able to do the kind of transactions, I made, at the local bank in my area. But with PayPal, I cant transfer my PayPal money into my local bank account! (I didnt call PayPal customer service, yet.).But for I not being able to access my own money! Bye-bye Paypal!

      I filed a dispute with PayPal after a seller provided a fake shipment that never had my name or address on it. I provided clear proof, including written confirmation from the seller admitting the shipment was not realit was just a signal to their warehouse. Still, PayPal closed the case in favor of the seller.I contacted PayPal support and waited over 40 minutes on hold, only to be told to request an "internet form" from ****** something that doesnt even exist in practical terms. ***** already confirmed that the package wasnt addressed to me and they could not disclose the intended recipient due to privacy ******* is extremely disappointing and frustrating that even with proof directly from the seller, PayPal failed to protect me. This makes a mockery of the so-called Buyer Protection Policy. The support team did not review the evidence properly and just kept sending automated replies.I have now had to close the case myself because there is no faith left in PayPal's system. I trusted PayPal for secure transactions, but this experience has completely destroyed that trust. I am requesting that PayPal review this case again seriously, or I will be forced to take further action.

      I'm not sure why they have a B+ rating when so many ppl r being scammed. Paypal took $232.45 out of my mom's bank acct & refused to release the funds. I believe they were going to take the ************ When we threatened to go to law enforcement they IMMEDIATELY released the funds. uh, shady? yeah. We reported them to the CA Attorney **************

      PayPal offers a "pay in 4 method" I tried to use when I click to but they charged the full amount ,I requested to fix this and they told me to contact the seller which has nothing to do with the payment method PayPal offers,They closed the case in favor to the seller... so why is the reason they offer 4 payment method if you cant use it and you will be charged the full amount ?Terrible costumer service

      PayPal is apparently totally OK with rewarding criminals after illegal activity, including threatening someone's life. Someone lied to PayPal and even after submitting all documentation that I did right I'm still punished. S**** PayPal

      I turned to PayPal to help resolve a purchase issue through **** where the item was falsely advertised to fit my vehicle. The seller misled me with a misleading title, images, and description.When the item didnt fit, I requested a return. The seller ignored their return policy, closed my return request on ****, and demanded I cover the return shippingeven though the mistake was theirs.I reached out to PayPal expecting support. Unfortunately, PayPal sided with the seller, despite clear evidence of a misleading listing. I received no refund and am now stuck with an unusable item and extra return costs.This experience shows that PayPals Buyer Protection is unreliable when you need it most. Im deeply disappointed in how this was handled.
