      My Paypal account was hacked by someone who hacked my ******** page. Paypal immediately refunded the amount to my bank account and then promptly asked me to pay them back. There is no help if you are stolen from. They also could not understand me. Very unprofessional and zero customer service.

      I received an email from PayPal that I had a $17 refund due to me. I tried to log into their website. Wrong password. Went to reset it. Finally got that done. Message pops up that they need to use other methods to confirm my identity. So, round and around in circle I go. Stupid Bots messing things up. I try calling customer service and they want the last four of my SS#! Not gonna happen. Then I find out the only way to email PP customer service is by logging in which I cannot due. Thanks for making life so ********** can keep the $17 And you can guess what I would like to have you do with it.

      The worst experience Ive ever had! They allowing scams to use their services! Instead of investigating they will just deny the cases because thats easier and thats how they keep making more money. Its about the money not their customers!

      PayPal is in cahoots with the scam face *****. Stuff is c*** Company has ghosted me and PayPal sided with them. I thought PayPal was supposed to protect our purchases? The company guarantees refund within 90 days. Where are they? Where is PayPal?

      PayPal is great until you have a question or problem. Then the nightmare begins. I spent almost two days trying to get help over the simplest problem - being forced to talk to an AI voice who had no idea what I was talking about. Finally got a human (I think) on their messaging site and it still too almost 24 hours to resolve. I wont be using PP again, and would like to close my account but apparently my credit rating will be affected. Really?

      I wish I could give PayPal an infinite amount of negative stars. They permanently limited account and I have no idea why. Then, I was worried about my account being hacked so I tried to close it. They told me it was (1) impossible to know why my account was limited and (2) impossible to close it. The person I spoke to refused to connect me to a manager or anyone else. They told me a manager would "call me back" so I guess time will tell if that is a lie or not. This is a completely unacceptable way for a company that literally deals with banks to act. I have never written a review for a company, because I have never had as strong feeling as I do for PayPal.

      Paypal does not care about the person spending money. They only care about the sellers they can get a piece of the selling price from. They do not have customer service. You can not speak to anyone who understands. They make promises to call you about your complaint and do not. I am recommending to any client or business owner to stop paying contractors via Paypal.

      PayPal loves to absolutaly F*** my small business. Since these f****** whores only care about volume, they will constantly allow my client's to receive fraudulent chargebacks and make me suffer through being robbed out of THOUSANDS of dollars for over 80 dyas, because these C**** don't give a s*** about small business and let us bleed dry. If I win, I'm closing my PayPal account and if I lose Im closing my PayPal acount and suing my client. I hate PayPal. Nothing will ever change my mind. If you are a small business and are planning on signing up to this FUCKHOLE of a payment processor, please buy lube ahead of time as you are in for a PayPal brand ASS-FUCKING.

      Based on the information we have today, there was information used to create this account that we cannot verify.Your account has been permanently deactivated.
