      If I could give them a zero rating I would. They let people steal your money and then do nothing about it.

      I have been using PayPal for my business for the past 6 months with zero issues and worked perfectly until now. I review was triggered for my business account and now keeps dragging on past reasonable times to be fixed. I turned in all information needed immediately and have spoken with customer service everyday to get this resolved. They explain to me different information every time. We go from 3 days to review to 5-7 days and now were going on three weeks with no genuine date of being fixed. We have have processed 200k in the last 6 months and now are having 20k held for these three weeks. I understand a review but to drag this long is not reasonable. We were unable to make our recent payroll because PayPal did not meet the completion dates like we were told several times. We now have a great employee leaving our business because our hard earned money is being held ****** at this point. We also cannot fulfill the hard working orders we received and now will cause a chain reaction for us not delivering and losing great credibility to our customers. With this money being held we see this also causing customers to be upset and starting disputes and causing a terrible chain reaction. We trusted PayPal with our business dealing and now are destroying our company. We have spoken with several legal representatives and looks to have legal recourse for the actions PayPal have taken. If they would have just followed the timelines were were told the entire time things would be working like normal and everyone wins but with PayPal and the customer service run around everyday we have lost their trust to take care of our business dealings.

      I have had so many issues with **** and Paypal double billing me; they will charge Paypal and my Bank account. My ********************** balance has been paid in full and when I went to close out the account they are basically refusing stating I have possible pending charges which is not true.

      They lock your account with all of your earnings, money or invest money, I had identity to happen to me with PayPal and reimburse and put my account on restriction did not even investigate. Any of my claims did not do and misled how to file dispute.

      I just found out my PayPal account was permanently limited after some kind of review. I messaged their support through the app to ask why, but they didnt give me any answer. Ive been using PayPal for a couple years now, always doing the same kind of transactions, and never had any problems before. This came out of nowhere. I actually like using PayPal and would really just like my account to go back to normal. If theres a reason this happened, Id at least like to know what it is.

      Terrible customer service, rude, bad accents, wouldnt let me speak to a manager. Paid off and closed my account with a customer service *** but they still charged me interest after the fact. I kept getting the runaround from two different departments that kept referring me to each other, wouldnt let me speak to a manager.

      I have had paypal for 15 years almost, and Paypal out of the blue froze my account. They wont tell me why or how to get it back. They just said we are closing it. I didnt owe any money and I used it weekly. So my experience is its dogshit now.

      PayPal cancelled my account with only explanation they could not tell me why. Used Pay Pal for many years never had a problem. I have no idea why and they refused to give me any information.

      In October 2024 PayPal closed my account without clear explanation and is currently holding of my funds, claiming it is for potential chargebacks. However, I was not selling products I was doing ****** product reviews and being paid for that service. I did not engage in any activity that would warrant a chargeback.I tried resolving this through customer support and uploaded a copy of my drivers license as requested, but the representative never returned and I was unable to reconnect with anyone after that.I am requesting the release of my funds and a written explanation for the account closure.
