I was charged over four times for the same 90 dollar transfer. PayPal wont even refund one of the payments and claims they only got the money charging me the last time but my bank documents prove they pulled it out several times with sufficient funds. *** was so shallow to tell me Im sorry about this but I cant do anything didnt even call a manager. ****** I am.

I hate PayPal and I am going to bad mouth them and post negatively about them for the rest of my days. They are a greedy corporation that cares nothing about their ************ son has an online gambling addiction. We admit that. He is in counseling for it. PayPal allows online gamblers to spend money they do not have in their bank accounts. My son is in great financial trouble because they allow him to overdraw his bank account, so that he blows through his paycheck and his bank account ends up negative up to $2,000. My son realizes he has a problem and we are doing everything to manage it. We called PayPal and told them about his problem and for them to put a hold on his account to not allow any more gambling. They said they would put a hold on his account so he wouldn't be able to access it for 6 months. (We'd cancel PayPal, be he can just restart it again, so that's not a solution.)Literally days later my son went into PayPal, reactivated his account, and ran up over $1000 in online gambling debts. What assholes! On the phone they acted so sympathetic, like they could help. Liars! I wish we could send these debts to them.We are now in the process of canceling my son's bank account to prevent this kind of nonsense in the future. It's the only way we can prevent companies from PayPal and the online gambling industry from destroying his life.

I had a problem receiving payment on Paypal. I called and they gave me incorrect info about my account, all the while insisting there was nothing they could or would do to help me and that they were forwarding my problem to "Engineering" ***** Naturally, I fixed the problem myself and sent them evidence of the same. You would think that would be the end, wouldn't you?Humans and robots pummeled me with incessant emails and messages repeating how they would do nothing to assist me and asking what "else" they could do to assist me. I told them innumerable times to stop bothering me, because I was in the hospital with a serious illness. Did they stop? Of course not. I am still getting inane, insulting emails from them today. I have heard that the definition of harassment is when someone pursues you for no business reason after you have told them to stop.I detest Paypal. They appear to have no customer service function at all, though they do persecute innocent, sick people.

Filed a report that a company took money from me for an online gaming thing that I did not authorize. The company froze my account and wouldn't let me cash out to get my money back. So I filed a report against them and then I was just given an email that PayPal is in favor of the seller. And I am not protected under the plan. A BUNCH OF BS. The seller will not respond to communications and their customer service doesn't respond either. So I am now apparently out $90. The company that has my money is ********************. And the game/app is called Mystery Treasur Spins. And also goes by bellotechsolutions

Paypal has gone downhill!!! In the past if I ever had a problem they would help me with zero effort as the consumer is protected. Recently I have purchased multiple things from this one company that then decided to change their services which went against what I paid for. And when I made disputes saying this isnt what I originally paid for PayPal simply denied my claim and said we are sorry for your inconvenience with this transaction(s). *** is this BS!! I simply cannot anymore Im done spending thousands of dollars through PayPal I dont care if I have to waste 10 extra minutes to use my credit card details I am going to do that. PayPal gave up on consumers and is only focused on keeping their sellers apparently.

I have been a user since 2006, and out of nowhere, they permanently limited my account, which is a fancy way of saying they are holding all of your personal information hostage, including your money, without any advance notice or recourse of any sort. I'm flabbergasted at their lack of transparency or recourse. Fine if you're going to ban me, delete all of my personal information & tell me what you're going to do with my money.
