Stay away from this company. We sent an email in May asking them to cancel our timeshare or get back to ** with some options. They didn't say "NO" but that's because they didn't say anything. They completely ignored **. They only call when money is due or if they're trying to get more money. I am hugely disappointed with ************ Resorts/Hyatt ************* and the way I have been treated as an owner. I have reached a point where I no longer want the timeshare, yet they keep giving me the runaround and continue to provide zero assistance with getting out of it.When I was referred to an exit email address and reached out to the exit department, I was told there weren't any exit options for my situation. This is unacceptable. I feel imprisoned by the ownership of this timeshare. I have tried to sell it with no response, I have even tried to give it to family members and friends, yet there is absolutely no interest. It's disheartening to know that we were lied to by so many people within this company. The timeshare has become a burden on me and the fact that the company is not willing to help me get out of this situation is beyond frustrating.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against **** Resort regarding an utterly disappointing and frustrating booking experience that has left me feeling utterly disheartened and dissatisfied. Despite numerous attempts to secure a reservation for the "stay and play" package, the level of customer service and the company's handling of my inquiries have been shockingly poor.On 5/12/23 , I paid for the "stay and play" package at **** Resort, eagerly anticipating a relaxing vacation on June 23rd. However, since making the payment, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every time I have attempted to call the resort to book my reservation, I have been met with an excruciatingly long wait time and have been left on an extended hold without any resolution. It is completely unacceptable for a company of **** Resort's caliber to treat its customers in such a negligent and disrespectful manner. Not only have I wasted valuable time on hold, enduring mind-numbing hold music, but I have also been frequently disconnected or transferred to unresponsive representatives who have shown no concern for my predicament. This level of service is a direct violation of the trust and confidence I placed in the company when I made my reservation.I implore the Better Business Bureau to take immediate action in addressing this matter. I demand a swift resolution that includes a reservation for the "stay and play" package on the date I initially requested, June 23rd. The failure to provide adequate customer service and to rectify their flawed booking system promptly. This abysmal experience has not only caused me frustration and inconvenience but has also tarnished my perception of **** Resort as a reputable establishment. I firmly believe that it is the responsibility of the Better Business Bureau to hold companies accountable for their actions and to ensure that consumers are protected from such practices.

Was misled into this purchase by skeezy sales tactics. As an active duty military member you just assume that most organizations would operate with integrity. Hyatt does not. To make matters worse, they have a guy (********************) that is the "gate keeper" and is obstinate, unapathetic. He actually told me I was trying to play like ***** was not supportive of troops. Well, they are NOT. Sorry, Hutch. Talked to ***** and emailed him several times in April/May of 23 and he offered ZERO help, assistance, or guidance. So, now when I deploy I have to have my wife deal with babies, bills, and...a timeshare? It shoudn't be like this. ***** should let active duty military out of contracts whenever needed.

Lies. Lies. And, oh yes, more lies. We know that this company can do deed transfers and take back our timeshare but they refuse and they continue to lie about how they can't do it. Hogwash. They are just bad people and the person I talked to (******, ******, ******...) he lies the most. Or he is taught to lie.

Bought the timeshare years ago and can never use it as an owner. If youre not an owner you can use the timeshare anytime you want. We were talked into why we should upgrade, we could travel more, stay at more places etc. this has been the furthest from the truth. Theyre great salesman. Ill give them that. Im highly dissatisfied with how they basically trick you and make you think youre investing into yourself and family vacations

This company continues to be a waste of money and time. I sent a letter Hyatt Consumer Affairs on March 28th asking for help with our issues. Well, the ****************** ********** referred my complaint to a man named *********************. What did Hatch tell me? That he couldn't do anything. So, between the Hyatt consumer affairs ********** and the Director of Consumer Advocacy (Hatch)...no one can help? Sounds like greed, scam, and "checking the block" on their part. They have no real intention of being helpful.

Worst company in the world and they are worse now that Hyatt is running them. They were greedy and obstinate before but now, with Hyatt, they are greed, obstinate, and incompetent. We can't talk to anyone with authority. Low key lackeys who just want money. We spoke to a "customer service" agent on April 3rd and that person had zero answers and even less knowledge about their job. BAD COMPANY. STAY AWAY from **** and *****.

So frustrated with the ********* Services. I set up a payment plan to pay for maintenance fees. I logged on my acct & notice that the payment plan is not correct. I called & spoke to someone in *********** Services & brought to her attention that the payment plan that was set up will result to an overpayment at the end of the term. She gave me two options (a) cancel & set up a new payment plan & (b) leave it and at the end of the payment plan, call financial services and change the amount. But to my surprise, i received a letter from a collection agency. Apparently, my account has no payment plan set up. It was deleted without my consent. I was also charged with late fee & misc charge of $35 (i don't know what's this charge is for). I was told that since it was referred to a collection agency, that no one from Welks ********* Services can help me reverse the charges. I was referred to ************* Services to deal with. I called ************* Services & told me they can't do anything. So at this point, i don't know who to call to resolve my issue. Really sick and tired of this Welks Resort. Total waste of money. I'm paying maintenance fees for timeshare that i can't use on the days that i wanted. I want out. I would like to give a zero star but i can't so i'm giving it 1 star.

My husband and I have been trying to plan our honeymoon since May of last year. We got our contract in Dec of 2019, so literally at the worst possible time. We have been yanked around by the management and can never get a straight answer out of them. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
