    I have been playing the Merge Dragons game for many years. Two weeks ago a charge of $100 appeared on my bank account from this company. At first I had no idea what it even was because I DID NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE. I have no idea how this happened as I did not consent to this purchase and no one else has access to my phone or my account. I contacted the customer service in the app immediately upon seeing it, within less than 24 hours, to tell them there was an unauthorized charge that was obviously some kind of mistake. They had a protocol in place for this type of situation (conveniently for the company, it seems to happens alot). I got a quick response stating they would resolve the issue. I told them in no uncertain terms that this represents a financial burden for me right now and I need this money back to pay for living expenses. They provided me with a case #****** and said they would respond. It has now been two weeks with no response or even acknowledgement of my further questions.Last week I went to their website to try to find someone else at the company that I could contact. I sent an email to support @ Gram Games. Again, I recieved a quick response saying that the app customer service was no doubt working on it and would eventually respond. They provided me with another case #****** but claim they are unable to give me any time frame for how long it will take to get my money refunded. After several days I sent another email to support @ Gram Games asking for follow-up and what they would do if no one ever responds. Now I am not getting any response from either email or the app now.It is obviously way too easy for these "unexplained" charges to happen. I feel that the company is stalling and has no intention of refunding my money. I don't understand how this is acceptable service for Gram Games and Zynga to just not respond. After seeing all the negative reviews online it seems that this is FRAUD and common practice for this company.

    This response is nonsensical and appears to be a lie.

    This is the first time I have ever seen this claim number. The two claim numbers provided to me by Gram Games are: 470025 and 471531. Neither of which have received ANY action of actual assistance or resolution as of today. 

    I have have ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM ZYNGA OR GRAM GAMES REGARDING THE RESOLUTION OF MY ISSUE. Customer service refuses to provide any time frame for resolution and has not responded to my original request for assistance in almost 3 WEEKS. If action was TRULY taken, provide proof of what is being done because nothing has changed.

    The charge was finally refunded to my account. However the currency has not been removed in the game.

    I feel that this complaint could have been avoided if the "customer support" had successfully communicated with me directly rather than just ignoring my messages and refusing to give any information.

    On July 3, 2023 I made 2 purchases to continue playing a game. The coins did not post onto my account. I got no resonse from zynga when i made a complaint through feedback. I have spent thousands throughout the years with zynga. So when i applied for a refund with ****** play and I received my money back, Zynga wiped out all the cash and oins i had been paying for and playing for years with. They literally wiped out everything and left me with ZERO coins and cash. This is disgusting and spiteful since i got no response from them and my refund was granted. I will be contacting an attorney for this horrible act from such a large company ***** millions to be pety and spiteful.

    The problem, this time, is that the Zynga game CSR2 has a reoccurring event called Showdown. They have these events and claim they pit players against each other based on trophy counts, which is true, and each cars ********* which is not true. ********* means how fast a car can run in either a quarter mile or half mile depending on what tier level (1-5) that the car belongs in. In the photo I included you see each car is a tier 5 car. Each car also has PP points (performance points) of 714 but if you look at the evo points (determined by the tuning of the car and amount of fusion parts each car has) my car has ****+ while the other car has **** or so. That is why they ran the race much faster then I did thus the dyno times are not similar like Zynga claims. Also some time ago they came out with this "elite" cars concept. some new cars and some existing cars. The problem I have with that is some of those existing cars I had were already fully upgraded but now I have to build them back up again. To do that requires elite tokens which either have to be bought or won. The only way to win mass amounts of varies colored tokens is to compete, and win, in the Showdown events. The same Showdown events a player that does not have money to invest to build up cars can't even compete in. These Showdown events favor those that spend money to upgrade their cars because Zynga does NOT ensure fair and equal races as my included photo clearly shows. I feel that if Showdown races are the main source to win elite tokens, a large quantity since each car requires a great deal of tokens to fully upgrade the car, then it should be fair for ALL players not just those that can afford to spend money on cars and upgrades. Also they have gold coins that can be won or purchased and used on upgrades or fuel. I have burned through countless thousands of gold coins on fuel to compete in a rigged event trying to get elite tokens and other prizes. I would like some restitution on that.

    While Zynga and their support staff claim they have assisted me that claim is false. They have repeatedly stated that Showdown races are based on trophy count, which is true, and each cars dyno times which is false. As the picture I sent clearly proves. As well as screenshots I have sent to their support team. If they had assisted me adequately I would not have filed the complain in the first place. They talk in their emails like I'm some new player or somebody that does not know how the game works. I played it for years I know all about upgrades to cars, fusion parts, tuning, and shifting. They also want to make it seem as if it's rare occasions when a player with a car such as mine meets faster cars like the case I showed in the screenshot I sent which is also a false statement. if I do 20 races and 15 of them the opposing car is much faster then mine then that's not a rare occasion. I am not the only one experiencing such things. Perhaps they should have employees that monitor social media because the knowledge that Showdown events, as other events, are nothing more than a money grab is common knowledge. Denying the game has issues does not resolve the issues and talking to a player like they don't know the way the game works doesn't resolve the issues either. Not to mention the other issues I mentioned about how this elite concept has effected my game. That I had several cars already fully upgraded then they roll out with that elite idea and it totally changed my already maxed cars. now I have to build up their rarity levels using elite tokens that I can't get because they refuse to address the issues with the Showdown events. They have offered nothing to compensate me for my time, effort, and money I spent to max out cars that now are no longer maxed. nor the fact that I have wasted countless of thousands of gold coins I purchased to use for fuel to TRY and win tokens in a rigged event. I'm not going to ask for ridiculous things. I'm not asking for a bunch of cars or in game money. That is not the purpose of this complaint. These issues HAVE to be addressed for the benefit of not only me but of everyone that enjoys the game. Not everything is about money. I do feel some restitution is in order though. All I have ever asked or wanted was fairness.

    I am rejecting this response because there are no assurances that the issue is or will be fixed. They say the same line over and over which accomplishes nothing but more doubt to myself and others I have spoken too about the issue to begin with. Instead of listening to my complaint they treat me like I've never played the game before when I have played it for years. Also they have not made any offer of restitution for the time, effort, and money I have already spent just trying to earn Elite tokens during these rigged Showdown events. I'm not going to demand things i didn't earn and I honestly don't know how many green, blue, and red tokens it would take to fully upgrade the cars I had fully upgraded before this elite idea even rolled out. The money I have spent on bronze keys trying to get upgrades and fusion parts, or the money I have spent for gold coins to help with gas towards getting more of the elite tokens which I can't get because their Showdown events are rigged. I know they're a business and business means profits but they have so many events that require actual money that they don't need to try and force players to spend money to compete in Showdown events. By that I mean consistently placing players that are not financially able to buy and max out car against those that are. Hackers and people with modified accounts make the game hard enough already. When they can actually interact without it seeming like pre programmed responses and make a fair offer to resolve this matter I will gladly close the complaint and just play the game. That's the only way I will.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Final resolution? They haven't provided any resolution let alone restitution. They continually claim Showdowns are set up so players of similar trophy counts and dyno times race against each other and I have provided photographic evidence that that is not the case. I am tired, as I know millions of others are, of trying to win needed items that I cannot win because they have rigged the events. I informed them last night that I need **** red elite tokens to fully max out a car, that I already had maxed before they made it into an elite customs car, but for 500 red elite tokens they're charging $65.00. So I would have to spend an additional $260 dollars to fully max out a car AGAIN just to compete in Showdown events. In what universe is that right or fair? In this economy? To fully upgrade these "elite" cars takes a whole lot of green, red, and blue tokens. The only way to gain those tokens is via the Showdown events but unless you buy upgrades, such as massive amounts of red tokens, you can't win enough races to earn massive amounts of red tokens because the event is rigged! They can't tell me that two players with the exact same car but 1 player has **** evo points while the other players have anywhere from **** to **** evo points then those two cars have similar dyno times. It is impossible. Maybe on extremely rare occasions a mishap might happen but not 7 out of 10 races. if I use a maxed out tier 4 car I'm placed against opponents with maxed out tier 5 cars. This happens over and over. Instead of addressing the problems and reaching a suitable resolution they talk down to me like I am new to the game or something. I must not be playing it right. It's not right, it's not fair, and I'm not going to accept some lame excuse and I'm not going to just disappear. Their method of operation is not fair to new players, to honest players, and especially players struggling to make ends meet. They are using events to drain every last little bottom dollar they can possibly get and banking on a humans competitive spirit to do it. That is not right nor fair.

    Some time ago I stopped playing the Zynga game CSR2. It's a car racing game. The reason I stopped is because they advertised a specific car for a Prestige Cup event, I spent 750 Silver keys to win the car, only to find out that wasn't the right car and I already had the correct car. I complained to the "support" team (anything BUT supportive) and they returned 150 silver keys but still they took 600 silver keys for a car they advertised via in game news and it wasn't even the right car. Recently I have had serious health related issues and decided to play the game simply to occupy my mind while I wait for my health issues to be resolved. I began reorganizing my garages and noticed, again (this has happened 2 or 3 times before) that I was missing boss cars. So again I messaged support, but since they only value people that spend mass amounts of cash, I got nothing. I am missing ************* Civic 1.5 VTEC, Shax's Koenigsegg Agera R, and Victors Jaguar Project 7. There are somethings i can accept in regards to this game. Some events you have to either purchase the car to play, and upgrade to win, or enough keys to win them but I will not accept them taking cars, or cars come up missing because they're system is always in disarray. When I do contact support I expect to be treated with the respect and appreciation just like any other customer. To be disregarded or treated like a liar is unacceptable. Why would I waste my time lying to recoup some of the slowest cars in the game? All I want is what is fair. I want the game to be fair as well which it is not. Their Showdown events are anything but fair. They told me they were going to fix their "brackets" to make it fair and that was 2 years ago. It's the exact same now as it was then. Pitiful.

    I am rejecting this response because: Yes I contacted the so called "support" and did not receive an adequate resolution. They said one of the missing cars, *****'s Civic VTEC was in my garage yet I have checked them all numerous times and it is not. I know for a fact i had Victors Jaguar 7 as I seen it several times before I stopped playing due to THEIR mistake. They advertised a car in their news section as that seasons Prestige cup car. I spent 750 silver keys to win the car THEY advertised which was the wrong car. I already had the actual car. All I ask is a fair resolution but their "support" team seems reluctant to simply do what is fair and right. The only resolution I will accept is what is fair and right. I'm not asking for anything more than that and I surely will not accept less either.

    Multiple charges over a 4-5 year period. Random hero pulls. Over $20,000 spent. Zynga is knowingly releasing over powered heros out of their beta server. Waiting a couple of months until people have bought up these over powered heros. Then nerfing them. No ones holding them accountable for their actions and thousands of people if not more are being affected by this. Bait and switch. I am not comfortable posting bank card statements.I'm sure they have a record.

"NON REFUNDABLE"  They "gifted me approximately $20 in items. Not even close to the $20k + I spent to get these heros. Bait and Switch is illegal and this falls under that category.

    I made an in game purchase on May 8th, soon after, my account was suspended and the chips I purchased were deleted. I was not able to contact anyone with the company until May 10th because of the suspension. When I did, I was accused of trading chips with players, yet I haven't. I have repeatedly asked for specifics, as I know that it is untrue, but they keep repeating general information and not answering my question. I would like a refund of the **** and will delete the game.

    As you can see. Zynga had now sent the same verbage for thr third time. This is axactly how they corresponded with me directly.  They have done nothing to "assist" me.  They just pass along the issue to one robo-responder after another to send along vague emails only mildly related to the problem, and ignoring every request for specific answers.

    A refund of $9.99 is requested.  Once again, their response does not make sense to me and could easily be a cut and paste message, due to another complaintant entirely.

    As of early April 2023, my Words with Friends 2 game would not let me log in. I finally got a response the my account had been banned. I did nothing wrong. Had been playing the game for several years. I have filed complaints via game chat, as well as through "contact **". Never get a straight answer. I just want my game back that I've invested so much time in.

    4/16/23 TWO separate $49.99 charges for chips I did NOT request nor receive. They appear to be duplicate charges from legitimate purchases made two days prior. Despite submitting issue complaints, Zynga is not addressing the issue.Additionally, it appears they are punishing me for filing a complaint and restricting my play to one low table limit, despite my having spent a lot of money on trillions of chips. It is no longer any fun. I demand they either open up all levels of play or refund my purchases in full.

    They have NOT addressed any of the issues! Nothing has been resolved. They have not corrected the two fraudulent $49.99 debits and I am STILL restricted to a $200 mil. ********* without options, after spending hundreds of dollars on this game!!!  There us NO resolution to date.
