I wanted to suspend my payment options to buy coins on this site...but I ACCIDENTALLY ticked to suspended my account for a year and I explained that I made an error and I am.a VIP player since day 1 ..and I just wanted to suspend my buying coins privelage cause I spent thousands on this game ...but they said Nope I ticked the box and I can't play for a whole year.... so till April ****...how ridiculous is that ...it's a slot game not for real $$$ ...so I guess I can't play because I don't wanna spend more money for coin packages!!! I have played poker on Zynga poker for 5 years. All the sudden on 4/24/2023, Zynga poker suspended my account for violation of selling or buying Chips. I wrote to Zynga customer support that I have never bought or sold Chips from anyone. All I got was sorry if our system said there was a violation, we suspend the user account. I responded to ********************** that I never did what I was accused of but all I got was sorry. My Zynga Poker account is suspended for account violation. This is the second time that this is happening. I contacted Zynga support, and I was told that I sold or bought Chips illegally. I explained that I have never done this, but Zynga denied my request. I contacted BBB on April 25 2023 and BBB forwarded my complain to Zynga. I received email from Zynga support personnel named ********************** explained that my account was inadvertently flagged as a fraudulent account and my account was reinstated. My account again is suspended and I am not able to resolve the issue with Zynga. Below, I am attaching the email that I received from **************** of Zynga support for your review. I appreciate your help to resolve the issue again. Thank you. ****************** April 27, 2023, 20:57 +**** Hi *******, Your correspondence to the Better Business Bureau has been forwarded to our team for review. We received your appeal to reinstate your account in Zynga Poker, this is ******* and I'll personally handle your case. Zynga is dedicated in providing a fair poker environment for all players. In order to keep a secure platform, suspensions are issued by our Security Team when Terms of Service violations are detected. I've checked and found out that your account was inadvertently flagged as a fraudulent account. We strive to provide a safe poker environment and encourage our players to play within the terms of service. As this was done in error, I have reactivated your account with its previous balance of ************** billion chips. Just reload the game for the changes to take effect.
I am rejecting this response because: I have never done anything illegal on Zynga site. if some else has broken in their system using my ID, then this is Zunga security issue. Last time that I had the same problem, Zynga responded that inadvertently my ID was flagged as doing illegal activity. This time without me doing anything wrong, I am being accused of illegal action. On 3/28/2023, I was charged $9.99 for Coin Package 10 for which I did not purchase.On 4/5/2023, I called Customer Support at ************. I was informed that in order to receive the refund, I must have 32 million coins in my account.On 4/6/2023, I called Customer Support again after I had achieved a 33 million coin balance and was told that since I used the 32 million coins from the purchase I did not make, I was not eligible for the refund because my coins were earned and not from the phantom purchase on 3/28/2023.This is a clear sign this company is untrained and the employees are not on the same page. On Feb 14, 2022 I was charged $435.49 by ********************************* Support. I'm very careful never to spend more than a few dollars on my games, certainly never more than $100. I was unaware of the charge until i found it while checking my bank statements to prepare my taxes. I checked my subscriptions on ****** and nothing like that was listed.Business Response

Watch out for ZYNGA!On 3/16/2023 I was checking my bank account and I saw 10 separate charges for the Zynga store for $52.99 each for a slot game called Wizard of Oz slots, thats a total of $529.90. Two of the purchases were made on 3/15/2023 and 8 of the purchases were made back to back on 3/16/2023. I then checked my email for any kind of receipts or notices and I found three receipts in my spam email. I did play this game but I have not had the game installed for almost two weeks. I noticed that my ******** had also recently been compromised which is how the fraudulent purchases were apparently processed as this is only how you get the link to their store. Ive since deactivated my ******** and I contacted Zynga to request a refund. I explained the situation and included screenshots of the charges that were pending as well as the three receipts I located in my spam mail. They stated they would be escalating the issue not once but twice and asked for my patience. They then returned an email stating that the purchased credits had been added to my account and apparently used even after I explained to them that I have not had access to the game in almost two weeks. They told me to contact my bank to file a fraud claim but offered me no help whatsoever other than telling me basically that I played the purchased credits when I didnt purchase them in the first place. I had contacted my bank after seeing the charges but they wanted to wait for Zyngas reply in order to see if the issue can be resolved between Zynga and myself but they also located additional charges I didnt make as well. I cannot file a claim with my bank until the charges post but if I can get a resolution from Zynga, I wont need to do that. The three additional from the beginning of March Im not as concerned with but the amount of money taken fraudulently from me on 3/15/23 and 3/16/23 that they are refusing to refund me is a lot of money. On the Zynga Poker game I made 3 purchases in the same day for $10 to get $45 in Game Cash. Therefore I should have received $135 in Game Cash. I sent emails back and forth with their Support team no less than 12 times and twice I included proof of purchase. Every time they would send me a boiler plate response saying my issue had been resolved which wasn't true. I am no longer going to work with Support to get this issue resolved and I would like the full $30 refunded because I no longer have confidence in the company.Business Response

Spent money and invested time into an online game on my computer. There was no monetary gain, just faith that in depositing money I would keep up with, and remain on, my "team". Following a consecutive crash- FIRST with WINDOW'S operation- Window's would no longer support this game. THE SECOND in October '22 when I received "download the latest version" hard halts. I began communication via game support, and Email with Zynga. I have saved their requests( all of which seem to be "generic" and repeated, based on every complaint formally listed ) During my "Game Play" complaints; I was asked to constantly reply to Emails, I was told by their IT team to provide them with additional access to my ****** Account, Facebook Account, and I don't know what else. This company collects Money, data, responds to complaints generically, does not have an actual phone number, or human contact to discuss billing issues, or complaints. They they manage to circumvent laws governing Monetary collection by a third party, by blaming others. I have been requesting a $200 US dollar refund for months.Business Response

The audacity of Zynga for trying to blame me for their technical support insufficiencies over the past 4 months is appalling. The latest email claims to be the "escalated" response. The Company Respondent failed to read the attachments with my claim, and has failed to confirm with the technical support team, that back in November, while accessing my personal accounts,( through online- realtime support)they deleted key information needed for me to access my account. The request for refund should be the only clear option, for resolution, at this time.
