Horrible customer service. Take your money and bands your accounts. They will not take out the scammers, and the people that harass others. However, they will take your money when you pay and ban your account with no explanation.Zynga, Inc.

They banned me for NO reason literally NO reason. I have sent emails several times and no reply!! When I log on to my account it says Im banned for one hour but every hour I check it still says Im banned and its been two days.Zynga, Inc.

Horrible. For some reason I can only sit at tables where the minimum bid is 100k or plus. So when I purchase coins Zynga decides how I spend them. This is insane. If I want to bid 10k I should be able to. What is this?Zynga, Inc.

I have been playing Golf Rival for over a year now. I've invested well over $50,000 playing this rip off game. It's completely rigged with replay bots and they have their algorithms set up so you not only lose after winning a few times, just to get you hooked and make you want to make purchases so you can keep winning, but the algorithm will also make a perfect shot miss the hole in Kingdom if you haven't purchased the extra rewards package for the season. This theory has been tested time and time again by many players. This week beats all though. I made a purchase by mistake and haven't used any of the items in the purchase. I immediately notified customer service and per their policy they're suppose to refund my money and take back the items. They sent me a message saying, I'm truly sorry for this. This transaction can't be rolled back. I did everything the rules said to do. I want my money back immediately.Zynga, Inc.

Empires and Puzzles on going hero nerfs. I have over $20,000 invested in pulling to get specific heros that were released out of beta. Only to be nerfed months later by Zynga. This has been going on for around 4 years. It's bait and switch and it is illegal. I get maybe every now and then one gets through, but this is repeated behavior on their part. They know whats going on and are doing it on purpose. They need to be held accountable for their actions. You can see with a simple ****** search and through there reviews the amount of people losing money to this. I want my money back.Zynga, Inc.

I'm leaving 3 stars only because my rights have been taken from me. I've been chat banned for no reason. I did t swear. I didn't say anything about the people I was playing. They need to give me a reason and show me exactly why I was banned from speaking, other than my opponents getting mad I beat them so they report me. This is the third time this has happened.Zynga, Inc.

I have been playing the Wizard of Oz slots for about 5 years now. I have spent 1000's of hours and dollars playing. I was considered a VIP and had my own dedicated account manager. That's how loyal I was to this horrid company. I was nearing the end of Album 2 on the lucky cards game, with only 2 big pictures remaining. Once I completed Album I could have collected the 16 trillion credit prize. I had just completed a big picture and received credit for that when there was a glitch and I was automatically switched over to Album 3. So, I lost the opportunity to complete Album 2 and collect my final prize. I reached out to support hoping they would investigate this and see the glitch and correct it. All I wanted was my Album 2 back so I could finish. The rep that emailed me back basically accused me of lying and trying to say I did not get credit for my big picture that I completed, when I stated in my email that I had, and that was not the issue I was having. I just wanted Album 2 back so I could finish and collect my final prize amount on it. I emailed her back and explained the issue once again, and wouldnt you know I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD BACK!!!! NOTHING!!! I was not asking for anything but for the glitch to be fixed. Thats it. But i was basically called a liar and a thief in the process. With the amount of money that I have given to this company I will not be treated like that. I am done with Zynga, I will go play games with a different vendor. Bet, that will get Zynga's attention then. And when my dedicated account manager reaches out to me as they have so many times in the past to encourage me to spend more money I'll gladly tell them the same. Zynga currently has a **** star rating on here. I now know why. Trust me, the numbers dont lie, and contrary to what their reps have instilled in their heads their customers dont lie either.Zynga, Inc.

My account has been down for over a week in both ****** and ***. Contact with help does nothing. They say we are aware of the problem and are working on it. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe. They NEVER ************* questions. You call their HQ numbers and can not speak to an actual person. BTW- these reviews here do not affect their rating. It looks like the only way to get their attention is to file an actual complaint (see the bottom of this page). That is my next step if they do not solve my issue and I suggest others do the same.Zynga, Inc.

Recently I got back into the game and spend around ***** dollars with challenge passes and stuff. I started to win legit hands and got myself all the way up to **** at one point. The 2nd day I was at a table just playing against others, and this one dude joins in and started to have huge calls. What people called "****** ******". Like 15b - 20b preflop. The interesting is, I checked this guy's profile and he would have no chips besides the ones he had on the table and he will go on to win EVERY SINGLE hand he bet in. People will call his bet with Aces kings and queens and we will all lose. I put him all in with Queens twice on the same table and he wins twice in a row against my queens with pockets 5s and 7,8 off suites. This person went from 10B to 110B in around an hr and just left the table without saying a word after he cleaned about 4 players out of most of their chips.This isn't the only time I ran into "players" like this. There are so many insanely "lucky" players showing up on higher-end tables all the time. Quite a few of them are people who play multiple accounts but a lot of them, I believe, are bots created by Zynga to take away chips so we will end up buying more.On top of bots, there are also so many times that the table will set you up for horrible bad beats. In just a few weeks of playing, I have experienced full-house getting beaten by full-house at least 9 times and almost all of them happened after I go ALL IN after I have obtained the best hand on the table. I will go all in with tible Kings (pocket kings in hand) just to have someone river a bigger full house on me. It seems like whenever I give up control of my hands by going all in, the chances of me losing grow significantly.Personally, I will never give another ***** to this company in the future; this is a firm that scams its player to get a profit.Zynga, Inc.
