      OMG, i can't believe this company is charging me 4x more than the amount that i should paid monthly for 11 months. I have solar and the Grid c credits they acted like they didn't know and they said i can't get no refund because i canceled my services

      There needs to be an option to choose NO stars. My husband was approached at Menards and after asking several times he was also assured that our electric supplier would not be changed and they lied through their teeth. Our electric company contacted us to tell us that our supplier had been changed so we had to straighten that whole thing out. THEN the supplier we had previous chosen notified us that they had been cancelled and then sent us an early termination invoice for about $200 that I have to make yet another call to get straightened out. Inspire Energy has horrible unethical dishonest business practices and needs to be shut down.

      The Inspire reps are In Giant Eagle stores. They approached me gave me information, took my address and assure me 3 times that I asked, you are NOT switching me, no we are not switching you to Inspire. I told him I needed to discuss and go over it with my husband. Well, I received a welcome letter from them in the mail. I was Livid. My electric co called me, she knew these reps were at Giant Eagle, and have done this to several
      People. She did switch me back and told me I should contact the manager of Giant Eagle. These people are liars and tell you what you want to hear. Don’t fall for this scam.

      Lied and said “we can reduce your pseg bill by using in state energy we can cut your bill in half “ turns out they switch you from pseg entirely and then double your bill. When i called i got “you should have read the rate we sent in the mail and not go off the word of our sales person “ like what ? You lied To make a sale and do nothing to rectify it. I feel this should be illegal.

      I’m shocked! So many bad reviews with words like fraudulent, scumbags, lied to by inspire and this company still has a A+ rating?!
      I saw a huge spike in my electric bill.. noticed my supplier was different and my bill states now supplier is inspire paying 34 cents a KWh ..when I was paying 9 cents.How did this happen? Contact inspire and told I switched at a BJs in haverhill Ma.. not only am I not a BJs shopper or member, I have never been to one in haverhill I say…then they send me a document with the details of enrollment with sales person Evan p****** .. complete with my signature.. it wasn’t even close to my signature and they didn’t have email right either but had address and phone number right.. so did someone impersonate me I ask inspire and they conduct an investigation that they never tell me the results of but when I inquire again I’m told it’s inconclusive wether it was a valid enrollment or not..you did not have my permission to switch and I want to know how this illegality took place
      Then I’m told my son did the switch which is totally legal in mass for a friend or family member to give permission to switch
      I do have a son, 2 actually how did they know this first of all?? My son did not do it nor have they been to a BJs in haverhill mass.. we live in western mass far away from haverhill
      Lies at every contact with this company
      And the run around
      They won’t admit any wrong doing
      what about all the other consumers out there paying with autopay or not noticing the increase in their bill?
      This company is stealing money from people
      Stealing using fraudulent methods
      Where is the help for the consumer??
      I’m contacting the protection agency the BBB sent me in their response email as well as the Massachusetts attorney general and I encourage anyone else that has been taken advantage of by this company to do the same

      Complete scam! Electric bill TRIPLED!! The door to door guy was very aggressive and didn't leave my house until I went through the whole process and accepted. When I called to cancel the representative, she lied through her teeth about all the other electric suppliers and their pricing even though I had already called those companies about pricing. If anyone reading this is a lawyer, there's a case here.

      I have used this company for about 9 months and have not had any problems. Charges have been correct. They are a little more expensive but had the best rate for a green energy company when I was looking to change suppliers.

      I got stopped by a salesman in the BJ’s store and got offered to switch from eversource to inspire promising a better price and now they are charging more than double of what I used to pay using the same kw !! Total scam !!

      Inspire sales persons caught me walking out of a Menards. I listened to their pitch. I was able to pull up my electric account on my iPhone. My current rate through First Energy Ohio was half of the per KW rate Inspire was quoting me. They pressed me to fill out & e-sign their forms so I could "receive a quote". Afterwards it was evident to me that I was being 90% signed up to switch to them despite their rate being double. I called & canceled. But I'm afraid someone not as careful could be converted & pay much more.
