Zero stars if I could. I just found out I’ve been paying .40 cents a kilo watt. My bill says .14 cents. I’m sick over it. I have paperless billing and honestly just thought my household used a lot of electrify. I can’t imagine how this is legal and would love to take action against this company.

The woman that took my call was very friendly and helpful. She answered my many questions with knowledge and efficiency. I have been with inspire for about 2 years and I'm happy with the Company, and its clean energy.

Unethical Business Practice: A rep offered a $50 Giant Eagle gift card to my tenant's son and said if he gave the address of the building and signed the authorization paper he could get the gift card. They change my current supplier WITHOUT our knowledge,
WITHOUT our consent, WITHOUT our Supplier Agreement Number. We received a letter from them the day after the effective date.
We could not stop the transfer. We have to go through the process of cancelling, and reapplying to our desired supplier.
That Rep got her commission on false pretenses. That company is UNETHICAL!!!!!

A person with an Inspire shirt came into my yard, didn't identify himself. Went into neighbor's yard and scared her. She had to scream to get him to leave her property. When I followed the person and asked for ID, he refused and said he doesn't have to show it. I said you certainly do. You are going through back yards in my neighborhood. He was very rude, doesn't understand what private property means. Inspire should provide training that respects people and their property.

Real company, but they are liars and scam artists. 1 approached me at home claiming they work for PECO and another in bjs claiming they are a bjs manager. Both claimed they wanted my my account information to see if I qualify. They were in fact trying to sign me up on the spot without telling me. They said they would lock me in at 11cents/KwH to"save me money". I checked my last bill when I got home and I'm currently paying only about 5cents/KwH. They'll try to fast talk you into a bad deal while convincing you they're helping.

How is the star rating 4.2 when I’m seeing all of these 1-star reviews. This is a scam and the salesperson is lying about their association with Peco and using very deceptive tactics to try to get people to sign up for something acting like someone has to take action now to change their energy supplier.

My bge bill never went over $220. I ran into an inspire energy rep at BJs with the promise of a lower energy bill. After signing up and never receiving the $100 gift card, I also was promised. My bge bill was over $600 for three months. I canceled this service, had to pay another $870 bill while waiting for this service to fall off of my bge billing cycle. Now my bge bill is back to $200. When I was cancelling the service the inspire rep keep mentioning how I was getting unlimited electricity for the price I was paying. I have a family of 5 and we never had a bill that high in the last 2 years of living here. Getting this service was a huge waste of money.

      Hello everyone
BUYER BEWARE **** DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE****
i was paying .1489kwh for the last 17 months then March 2023 instead of using this rate they applied a flat fee of $485 when my usage went from 1770kwh in FEB-MAR to 840kwh
      supplier usage should 840kwh x .1489 = $125.07 WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS !
called customer service and tried to get it fixed they would not do anything . asked for a manager and was told they would call me back in 24-48 hours.... NO CALL its been 72 hours
WHY COULDN'T THEY APPLY THE FLAT RATE FEE IN THE WINTER TIME ? THEY HAD NO ISSUE CHARGING ME $900-$1000 MONTH THEN ?
NOW THAT MY SOLAR KICKED IT AND MY USAGE DROPPED THEY DECIDE TO GOUGE ME?
I AM SURE THEY WILL NOT DO ANYHTING OR EVEN CARE IN ANYWAY ABOUT MY ISSSUE!
JUST IF I CAN GET THRU TO SOME OR YOU TO AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ITS A WIN FOR ME !

I wasn’t going to write this because I rarely write negative reviews about any business as I try not to spread negativity but this particular case might help others avoid themselves to be potential victims in the future. So after a long exhausting workday an inspire salesman came knocking on my door about a month ago saying he’s from the PUC (Public Utility Commission) saying there’s an automatic extra charge on my utility bill and he’s sent here to have the unnecessary charges be removed from my current bill. Now I recently signed up for constellation energy a few months back after my long term contract with Verdi green energy recently ended and told him I’m happy with my current supplier and absolutely do not want to change it. He verbatim said he’s not here to change anything for me and as soon as I heard that part I was interested in what he can do for me. I showed him my bill and he pointed out that I have two charge (from my distributor and supplier) and claim to have the ability to have one removed. I was skeptical at first but he and his fellow coworker he called over convinced me that they are capable to remove that extra fees off my bill as he claim. After a few text message and online signatures back and forth it was over (I didn’t read the long fine print disclosure , partly my fault). And less than a week later I got a notice from PECO and constellation that I’ve chosen a new supplier for my electric supplier. I immediately called inspire, constellation, and PECO to have it reinstated to where it was before. I’m sure inspire is a great energy company but the experience I’ve had with their fraud salesperson was enough for me to make this experience public to allow others to be more aware of shady salespeople they hire. By the way I do have the whole interactions on my Arlo video camera and they knew that too because I told them that they’re being recorded but I guess that wasn’t enough for them to back out of the scam and make that commission sales.
