      Yahoo server must not be working. I can login with my password on my phone, friends phone, tablet, and desktop PC but after I login the yahoo page does not open it just keeps thinking/buffering. Everything is blank. I tried calling yahoo to see if they are having issues on their end being that I get a technical error 15 on my end but they will not help me or let me know if they are having issues. They are requiring me to pay for a premium service/plan in order for them to tell me what's going on with their server.

      Yahoo is scamming people and making them pay to get back into their email accounts. I have my phone to do password recovery, yet yahoo still wants to direct me to another email account that I no longer have access to. This is clearly being done on purpose to force people to pay for "premium support."

      They charge you now to talk to support person to get help get into your account.i have a account that was hacked in 2020 before I could change my number on this account it was hacked.they want me to pay enormous price to be able to get my account back.in 2019 they were not charging.No other company charges for support.Google does not charge.i feel this is not right .they are charging and the guy told me it's to purchase their products.

      They let other people talk down to me yet they will not let me defend myself in about 2 months I plan to sue

      AOL (owned by yahoo!) refuses to help me with closing a hacked aol email that is being used Fraudulently. I have called and spoke to numerous representatives on several occasions with no results. I just want to close my aol email account so no one can use it fraudulently.

      I attempted to withdraw funds from yahoo's daily fantasy sports product. They withdrew the funds but never sent me my money. The hustory shows that they cancelled the withdrawla but then added a "refund" where they decreased the money in my account (see screenshot) - super weird. I tried to rectify on the site using their help function but was ignored.

      I do not regularly use my Yahoo Mail email account. Over the past week, I've been alerted that someone is trying to log in to that email account, and verification codes are continually sent to my other, AOL email address.

      I decided to try and terminate my Yahoo Mail email account. Easy enough, I signed in and completed it only to learn it takes 30 DAYS! to complete the task. I feel like someone is trying to defraud/steal my identity. I continue to get notices that someone is trying to access my email account and having verification codes sent to my other email address. In this day, with identity theft as prevalent as it is, HOW DOES IT TAKE 30 DAYS TO CLOSE AN EMAIL ACCOUNT!?

      I have attached a screenshot of my email box from the past 8 hours (irrelevant emails redacted) to show how often someone is trying to get in to my email account.

      When I called customer service, I was told there was no way to speed up the process (spoke to ** on 10/31/22 around 11AM) nor would ** escalate the complaint to a manager. He was completely useless.

      My yahoo account was hacked, I have tried several times to get back into it by speaking to yahoo customer premium service, but they have said that I can't get back in due to me not have a 10 year old phone number or no longer having access to my recovery email address, this yahoo account is linked to my old social media accounts that contain many personal photos of my late parents and children, all I wish to do is gain access again, I pray that you can help me in some way, my hacked yahoo account is **********************

      I have looked up my email address in a few different websites and it clearly states that it was part of a data breach in 2019, please help me get back my account, that's all I'm asking

      My Yahoo email was hacked or the Yahoo email intentionally let it get hacked, forced locked itself and is now requesting to UPGRADE to Yahoo Plus Support protection. Someone is attempting to hack my accounts. Even the newly one I just created.

      I want access to my email account without having to pay a forced fee for help.
      It is their fault my account was hacked.

      I am locked out of my yahoo account. The recovery email I have on file is an email that I don't have actual access to, and I cannot get access back into my account without paying a premium subscription free, which is absolute nonsense. This is completely unacceptable.

      Yahoo did not help me whatsoever. Apparently, "Due to the lack of information on the account, the only way to verify is to have access to the recovery option listed."

      I have already explained to them that my recovery email is inaccessible, because to get into /that/ email, I need access to the yahoo account I am trying to recover. These emails are each other's recovery options so I am stuck in a loop. I was able to tell them what my recovery email /is/, but for some reason, this isn't enough for them. Absolute nonsense.
