      11/2019 installed solar with promise of at least 10% overage in production. Solar system has not worked correctly in the subsequent years. Each true up bill is between $2600/3950. System does not work, is not functioning as promised and company refuses to repair or rectify the situation. Company will not return calls or emails. I wish to sue this company for fraud. In no world should electricity for a house of 3, no central AC or pool or other large electricity user, cost in excess of $550 a month plus cost of panels at $200/month. I need this no working system removed.

They reached out to you on February 11th, 12th, and 14th, 2025, to reassure you that we are actively looking into your concerns. They will attempt to reach you again on February 18th, 2025, to further address your concerns.

      After reviewing your project, we confirmed that a System Performance Claims Request was completed for your system in 2023, covering each year from 2019 to 2023. We found that your system did not meet the Production Guarantee outlined in your contract, and as a result, we compensated you for the difference as specified in the agreement.

      Additionally, we completed a service visit on January 19th, 2023, and an add-on system was installed at no additional cost to you, following the results of the System Performance Claims Request. This was done to ensure your system meets the Production Guarantee year over year.

      It is also important to note that Freedom Forever does not guarantee savings. We do however guarantee production, and your contract comes equipped with a production guarantee through which you were compensated and provided additional equipment.

      I need to haI need to have work done on my solar system soon, including the exterior of my house. I have been trying to contact the company to schedule this work, but all they do is take my information and say that someone from the customer service team will get back to me. I have been trying to reach them for over a week, and no one has responded. They told me it could take 30 to 60 days to get back to me, which is an unreasonable amount of time. We were informed that they pride themselves on customer service, but my experience has been anything but good. I urgently need to speak with someone to schedule the work on my house, but at this rate, I feel it may never happen. We are extremely frustrated and stuck.

      I purchased a home with solar on the home. I was told by my realtor the solar transfer has gone through. I am a first time home buyer and as many know the process is stressful and confusing. I signed to have the solar from the sellers transferred into my name. I thought all was good. I tried to call the company, freedom forever, to gain access to the app, as I didnt realize there was an app until someone told me about it when I mentioned I thought maybe the panels werent working as good as they used to. Come to find out I am not the owner, and when I tried to send info that I am, they said because I was past the 90 days that the transfer could not take place. The previous owners never disclosed any information to me regarding the contract they had signed, I didnt even know freedom forevers name, I had the call around to figure out who I was even supposed to contact. While I know I was late to call the company, I had no reason to call, as it appeared based off my electric bills it had been working and I thought I was the owner. I have been trying to work with getting the solar into my name, but they said now the warranty is voided even if I do get it transferred into my name, which it still isnt. A 25 year warranty voided on a new system for no fault of my own. And the previous owners have complete access. *** filed a complaint with the attorney general and have an appointment with a lawyer next week. This is absolutely no way to conduct a business. I am the owner. Im paying on a loan to an account I have no access to.

      I have been emailing freedom daily for updates as I know the previous owners did reach out. As of now I have not heard back in 3 days and still am not considered the owner of the panels. I also do not accept the response you gave to the previous home owners that because they did not disclose the contract information to me, which they were required to do based off what you write them, that the 25 year warranty is now void. I have requested information on how this can be resolved so that the warranty is still in place. If you stand behind your work and the quality of your work then you should have no problem putting the warranty into my name for the remaining 21 years. I have offered to have the equipment inspected, which I am doing through a third party. Based off the reviews and complaints it seems you will do anything to get out of following through on a warranty. It seems that you do not stand behind the quality of your work. The lack of warranty transfer was not the fault of mine.

      Solar company committing fraud I have a loan for solar I never even had installed i I have proof of it and cancellation yet they still told the loan company to pay them and denied my cancellation and I never got solar now stuck with a loan for something I dont have. I havent talked to solar company in over a year and then now in 2025 they are lying to loan company to keep money and keep me stuck with loan. I will be filing a law suit.

      I left this company June 20th of 2024. I had a ****** dollar LOC (credit limit) that I could use to advance my **** for money and this would be clawed back out of my overrides/commissions check. I had this LOC paid off at ****** dollars when I left. They locked me out of my account and I still had access through another app that hadnt kicked me out yet. I then saw the ** and other divisional took my name and attached my name to their debt which equated ****** dollars. This means any overrides and deals that I had coming in would then pay towards this debt that I didnt create. I have screen recordings of everything. They then said my account is under an audit because I got paid too much in overrides which is hilarious because my partner ****** ******* and myself split overrides 50/50. It was just a way to freeze my account and pay, without any date and time as to when I would receive my money. Around ****** is owed. The ** ******* ****** is notorious for doing this and abusing his position. I never cross recruited or broke contract. I have nobody on my team that is working with me that I have recruited from freedom forever. This isnt right, it happens to everyone after speaking with others, and it will continue to happen. I want to get paid this or I will take legal action with the months of proof that I have from being in leadership and from messages from the higher *** along with voice recordings. They wont even send me my commissions statements. They have stolen deals from me that they put in other peoples names that I have proof of as well.

      I was quoted a 10.4 kW system at x** dolars a month. Freedom built me a 7.8 kW system, which is 1000 kW under the 85%. The 85% guarantee covers you if the system under performs, not that they can built a system that was never going to meet the 10.4 kW that was quoted. For me this is pretty cut and dry. I was quoted a 10.4 kW system, I should have gotten a 10.4 kW system or at least you built me a 10.4 kW system that I paid for. This is almost like bait and switch. All I want is the system I was quoted and should have gotten. I have plenty of roof to add the 9 more panels I would need to be whole. In short, I have complained about this to my sales *** and internal sales, all I want is money back for building me a 7.8 vs 10.4 or add 9 additional panels to cover the difference.

      I received a solar system of 18 panels and a 10KW battery installed by Freedom Forever in June 2024 for my house located in *************, ** at a cost of $25,000. I got permission to operate in September 2024 and immediately had multiple issues with the install even though Freedom said everything was done correctly. A tech ended up coming out 3 times to 1. Collect the garbage left on the site by techs. 2: to connect the coms which were told by Freedom Forever were done correctly and were infact not connected at all. 3: to correct the wiring on the invertor so that the flow of power is reading correctly on the app so that the charge and discharge of the battery could happen correctly (Freedom insited this was all done correctly). Lastly and my ongoing issue since November 2024 (now 31JAN2025) is that I cannot access my battery settings on my app for a system that I have fully paid for. I require this feature not only because its a standard feature but allows me to control levels of the battery so I can power my house as I see fit. The battery was installed at a discharge limit of 35% meaning every day I cannot use 35% of my battery to power my home during peak hours. I have reached out to Solar Edge (Manufacturer) and Freedom Forever (Intaller) to have this corrected and both compaines are pointing fingers at each other for who is responsible. I have filed following complaints with Freedom Forever: ****** (*********), ****** (20SEP2024), ****** (12NOV2024), ****** (11JAN2025) and with Solar Edge ******* (15DEC2024), ******* (07JAN2025), ****** (27JAN2025) to resolve the ability to access my battery settings as intended from the maunfacturer. I am looking for the product that I paid for to function as expected and for Freedom Forever to finish the job they started.

      9/23/24, Contract signed. Type of roof (beams and decking, ******* house) for half of the installation stated prior to signing the contract. Re-roofing was done just before signing the contract. The other half has normal rafters style roof that can accommodate conventional installation.09/27/24 In person site survey performed on 09/27/24 also explaining the type of the roof.11/04/24 FreedomForever completed the design 11/04/24 I provided comments that the design will not work for the type of the roof 12/31/25 ***************** arrived on site, drilled through the roof for safety harnesses, drilled the side of the hose for battery installation and then realized that they do not have the right hardware to install on the beams and decking side of the house. The installers left.1/7/25 I proposed a stand-off based solution typical for this house. Freedom Forever rejected and stated that I need to re-roof with a different type of structural roof, which I cannot do as I just spent $36,000 on re-roofing.1/31/25 I received an e-mail that I need to re-roof again and they cannot install. They are not responsive and stated that cancelation may take 60 business days.

      I paid for solar panels on or around the 27th of August, 2024 through ****** which the finance company for Freedom Forever. Mosaic told me that the paperwork to show that the solar panels were paid in full go through Freedom Forever. I have asked both companies when I will receive the paperwork showing everything was paid of and fully in my name. I paid 56K for the solar panels. To date neither company has placed the solar panels in my name.

      Started process for solar. Canceled within the time period. They will not cancel my loan and it has been 6 months. They keep giving me the run around about why its not canceled. Just want it canceled so it falls off my credit. No money was dispersed to me or anytime else.
