1 starMy system was down (inverter) after 5 months. I am 7 days without a system working and i am being informed that it will take about a month to have a new inverter ordered and placed. In the meantime, you are paying for every kwh you are consuming on top of the lease price.
The guaranteed production with the compensation you can expect to get is 1/ set at a lower price you pay the electricity for and 2/ it is accumulated over 12 montsh while buyback program nowadays resets each month. I am beyond upset with this company! I had my panels installed in July 2022, prior to that everything seem to be good and going. A month after we had inspection, we had failed due to them installing an extra panels and not having the plans updated. I've made already 3 payments and sent all my bills to them. They keep assuring me that I will be reimbursed for my non-operating panels but I haven't seen a dime! Fast forward to November 2022 and I still haven't gotten any updates, I've sent several emails with no response, and I am still left in the dark about when my panels will be running. This company is such a joke, if I can give 0 stars I would. And I am still waiting for an update!Freedom Forever, LLC

I was sold a Solar System for my home by Authorized Dealer from Dealer Company Sunder Energy Dealer Company subcontractor for Freedom Forever. I was sold a system basis on my needs to run my house based on the company's analysis of my electric bills for my home. Everything was approved for the amount of $34,806.06 and financed for 25 years. Once they started the installation, before the completion of the installation I was informed by the install team that the system they had installed would not cover my home as I was sold by the sell representee.
They were not able to complete the installation that day or the next day. I was able to contact my sales rep and informed him of the situation, he told me he would escalate the situation to his manager which he did, but no one contacted I had to call repeatedly to try to get resolution on my project for my home. I would get different answers every time I called from it's in the escalation department, to it's been resolved to several calls today stating they can uninstall to know they cannot uninstall, and I would have to pay for additional equipment. At this point I want them to remove their equipment from my home and repair my roof and siding on my home so I can move forward with another company. Thanks for your assistance in this matter. We started working with this company back in May and the solar panel design, permitting and installation have all been completed, albeit, with the installers scuffing up our ceilings and access panels. Still don’t have solar working. Our “salesman’s” don’t answer any of the phone calls or texts. We received bills for unworking panels. Trying to get a hold of someone at Freedom to check the issue out is practically impossible. They don't return calls or respond to emails other than to state that a ticket has been created. Please do NOT consider using this company - their post-sale service is horrible. If I could leave no stars I would. It’s almost to the point where I will remove the panels and have them sent to local office and fix the roof. Local side won’t answer anything nor will National.Freedom Forever, LLC

I have Freedom Solar installed 5 years ago. This year I had water leak under solar panels. The customer service was awful, I called and called left message after message. After more rain I finally got a call back and company finally sent an employee to check the water damage inside my house. The rep said yes damage coming from under solar. I was told a date that Freedom would send someone, no one showed on the day. After numerous calls again I was told a person was coming to check damage again. This time the new guy went on the roof and said yes damage under solar, but he could not remove panels. I was given a date someone would come. Once again no show and no call. I called and called again and finally Freedom came (just showed no appointment) and removed the panels. I was told that pigeons living under the solar caused the damage. I was never told of critter guards at time of instal and did not know of this problem (Pigeons living under solar). The freedom employee removed numerous clay tiles and told me that I needed new paper installed and he would be back on the following tuesday. I had surgery on that Tuesday and would leave everything open to do whatever they needed to do. That weekend more rain and more damage inside my house. I called on a Saturday morning for help and was told that Freedom could not do anything and for me to call on Monday. I had to leave work and tarp roof to prevent more damage. I called Monday and left message for help (no return call). Company did not show or call on Tuesday. I had to wait a few days after surgery to call again. Short version, Satia Abbott (Escalations dept) finally agreed to fix damage and I signed an agreement to release the liability and they would pay $1500 for repairs (cheapest estimate). 3 days later they changed their decision and voided agreement because they believe that pigeons living under the solar are not their problem. Meanwhile solar panels still sitting in my back yard (weeks later). I will see them inFreedom Forever, LLC

I'm extremely unhappy with the service. My solar is paid in full when I bought my house.. I get a call saying my panels aren't communicating so we set up an appointment however, no one showed up. Called twice to customer support on hold forever each time but no one could give me any information so I asked for a supervisor but no one available. I asked for corporates number and wouldn't you know, they don't have on. I suggest you don't invest with this company. Go elsewhere!!!!! Wish I could.Freedom Forever, LLC

This company is a joke. I called them to get solar in the summer. After going through paperwork and thinking on it i called my salesman to let him know we decided against it, we were told if we canceled we would have to pay 20k for the panels cause they had just ordered it. We constantly had to call them for everything. so not having 20k to spare, they put up the solar panels. we waited about 8 weeks for an inspection. we contacted them multiple times and was never gotten back to. We have now been waiting more weeks for them to give the ok to operate the unit. We contacted the salesman again and he said he is sorry but he has done what he can and moving forward he will be removing himself from the situation. LOL Are you serious. Customer service is as big of joke as he is. Not to mention they are taking payments out of my checking account for solar panels that are not even connected!!!Freedom Forever, LLC

The broker was fantastic to get signed up but after signing does not return calls, emails anything. i got new contact at corporate they do not respond i have spoken to several people and get run around i was told they emailed to me twice but never received any paperwork am requesting contract and the actual usage report on yearly usage they will not respond or send it to me. extremely frustrated system down 2 months they did not answer. i have left several messages on their facebook postings. i had to pay 1200.00 to edison for overage company will not explain or verify how that happened.Freedom Forever, LLC
