      Amazing experience from start to finish! Dustin spent tons of time with us making our feel good about our investment into getting solar panels, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable! The crew who did the installation were quick, clean and on time! And communication thru the inspection process has been great! Highly recommend

      It felt really good to work with a sales rep that was more concerned with the questions my referral had than they were in being pushy for the sale.
      I would definitely continue to refer them to other homeowners.

      The installation crew was knowledable, friendly, did a good job at a good pace, and cleaned up well. The crew boss gave a cogent explanation of what the crew would do and the followup steps for getting inspection and the power company to change meters.

      Freedom Forever, LLC, must be freedom from the ability to be satisfied with your solar system. After waiting 3 months to get my system installed, it took and additional month to get my system online and producing and, at a lower output that what I was sold, never trust a salesman! Due to the poor customer service and poor communication and/or management, my system still does not have reliable communication to my SolarEdge inverter due to the fact that they use a T-Mobile sim, and we have very poor T-Mobile service where we live. Freedom Forever is aware of this issue and have acknowledged this issue but want me to pay for the Wi-Fi gateway so it will work the way it is supposed to and be monitored by them. I have been fighting with them about this because monitoring is supposed to be part of the package and my system can’t be properly monitored the way it is.
      I have had two of their technicians tell me they ordered the part but it appears that management must have cancelled the order.
      Buyer beware, you will not get the output that they sell you, the number they quote you will be around 30% less than what they tell you.
      If you have an issue and call customer support, they only open a ticket to the department responsible and you will never hear from them again unless you call, and call and call….
      Their salespeople do not work for Freedom Forever, they work for Sunder Energy, and they don’t have a good reputation. Once they get your signature on the contract, they disappear and won’t answer your messages. I asked for his help at one point, and he did reply, said he already had his money, and his job was finished.
      They have the best price that I found, that’s why I went with them and the only reason I gave them 2 stars but, low price doesn’t equate to a good system, do your research and if you go with Freedom Forever, LLC, don’t expect anything from Customer Support, that way you won’t be disappointed.

      They will treat you well until you pay. After you pay. Nothing will get them to move forward.
      The sales representative stopped answering calls after we paid the company.
      Have been calling them weeks
      Week1: the personnel didn't upload the pictures so we have to wait for him to don't do it.
      Week 2: the person calls for me to take pictures and send him
      Week3: pictures still not uploaded. The customer service gets pictures from me again and sends it to interconnect.
      Week 5: kitties still not uploaded. No explanation given.
      They have been sitting on the pictures for 5 weeks for a simple paperwork to no filed to the utility.
      Do not recommended this company. Do not give money to these useless people.

      I Purchased Solar through Freedom forever here in Arizona in May and was up and running by July. Amazing speed for installing the 53,000.00 dollar system. Everything worked fairly well for a month, then the power output took a turn down and by the middle of September it stopped. When I called freedom forever monitoring (which is a huge selling point from them) they told me they did not even know I lost Solar power. I received the typical customer service run around about we will look into it and get back to you. A week and a half later no contact and Boone showed up to look. I called back and again got the “parts are on order and we will contact you”. Another week and nothing, so I called them. The reply was “parts will be in on the 10th and we will contact you. Waited until after that date and again nothing. Now I am on hold as I write this for over an hour and having no Solar for a month. I am paying the power company and the Solar company for a 14.08 KW Solar array that does not work. What a joke this company is and if I can help someone moving forward go with someone else. This company’s service after the sale is not worth the upfront sales pitch.

      I have talked to someone from Freedom forever only after them seeing negative reviews. Sad that it takes negative press for companies to reach out to customers. The company replied saying “sometime in November”. Meaning I will be without Solar longer then I had it working. When asked if a different brand or style inverter would work, it was a no and no other compensation or assistance was suggested by them. I will stick with my negative review and say choose another company, there are a lot to choose from these days. Glad I did not go with the back up batteries from them, I will be looking elsewhere for those in the near future.
