Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They installed different panels than what our contract stipulated and never sent us the revised plans for approval (as stipulated in the contract). Their lack of planning has delayed the operation of the system now by an additional 2 months and we are not going onto the 7th month and still don't have the system operational. They don't reply to emails, are rude over the phone and point the blame on Sunrun and tell me to refer to my Sunrun contract.....I told them they are the ones in breach of contract! They installed different panels without our approval and don't provide us with any information regarding all the delays they have been responsible for. I would not recommend this company what so ever. I feel Sunrun needs to be aware of all the issues they have created. One last thing, they left a hole in the side of my house now for the past 7 week and just this week they said they would fix it when the inspection takes place in the next 3 weeks.... never mind that it has rained and water has now gotten into the house due to that hole.Freedom Forever, LLC

This is the third “specialist” they have assigned but they can’t answer these three questions I have laced in writing multiple times and no response:
1. Panels were installed on 8/19/2022 which meant that you knew several weeks before the installation that you did not have the panels and decided to install alternate panels.
Why was a new design not submitted then but rather submitted 6 weeks later 9/30/2022?
2. According to our Sunrun contract we are supposed to sign on off on design plans being submitted.
Why were the alternate panels installed without our signature as stated on the contract?
3. Why has it taken 6 weeks to get an update that things have been delayed for more than two months. I have made numerous phone calls to your company's customer service department with all that is stated to me is to speak to Sunrun even though you were the contracted company to install the original panel design which you approved first.Review fromKirby I

I have signed up to Freedom Forever's solar services early this year through a 3rd party company. After months of going back and forth, i finally have my solar setup. Based on our energy consumption, we are supposed to get a certain amount of solar power generated. However, we are not generating half of what we should be even in summer where the sun is out all day. I have reached out to them and they have sent a technician who also agreed that the power being generated is nowhere near what it should be. i sent them an email and still have no response. i am sick and tired of having to run after them for something they should be checking themselves. i am very unhappy and sadly, i can say this company is not one that i can recommend to anyone...Freedom Forever, LLC

Panels not working for the last 3 months. No reimbursement, no monitoring the production of energy like they said they would. I’m stuck paying the panels and my electric bill. 1 starIt been More then 2 months and still out solar panels are not working. No communication with employee,SCE and the client. Keep going in circles and nothing new. 1 starI can't say for other states but in Florida is a big scam.
What they promise on the sale will not be delivery.
They sold me a 17.5kw/h with only produce 11kw/h on top sun of Florida. I had to add a extra insurance to protect my house because an state law force for anything bigger then 10kw/h need to have 1M dollars insurance and I'm paying this just for the extra 1kw/h. on top of this if you have any problem ( with you have to notice by your self because the suppose monitoring system do not work) be prepare to be mounts with out the system and paying for both (solar and power company ) because looks like they order the parts on demand.
if they says "don't worry if we do not produce the contract amount you will receive a check with the difference" I'm still waiting for the check of 2021.
now my system is off (second time) for a mount now and they just told me, I wave to wait another 6 to 8 weeks so they can get the parts.Review fromAkili M.

After a hail storm I needed Freedom Forever to do a removal and reattach of their system. I was informed that only they are allowed to do this service or I will void my warranty with them.
Well after a month and a half of emails and phone calls they have done 2 no call and no shows after setting appointments with them. Numerous “we’ll have someone call you back” I have still not received any call backs. So now I am forced to write a review on the BBB and have another company remove the panels and go through possible litigation so that they will have to honor their warranty.
Stay away from this company cause once they have your money they will not honor their contract.Freedom Forever, LLC

Terrible and irresponsible company. Our solar panels weren't working for almost two months and nobody nofied us . until almost the two months we got a voice-mail their employee left made it sound like we were aware of the situation,she was telling us that a contractor was available on Saturday to come and service our panels .I called back to see what was going on and spoke to Miss L** she had no idea of what I was talking about because the person that left the voice-mail didn't note my account so I hanged up the call with no answers. On Saturday September 02,2022 the contractor called Me to tell me he was 20 minutes away I told him I wasn't aware he was coming because the company never confirmed anything but that ok I will be here waiting on him. When the contractor arrived I asked him what was he servicing on the panels he told my husband and I that our panels haven't been working he couldn't tell us since when because the company was close because it was Saturday. He replaced the whole control box panel or however they call it and he also mentioned that we didn't have enough panels for the size of our property and that has been one thing I been arguing with freedom forever since day one but no they promised we would generate enough energy for our household which that hasn't happened either. I called on Tuesday September 6 2022 to get answers and all I was told is that the panels stopped working on July 11 2022 and that they weren't responsible for my electricity of 1,700 bill with Edison. I tried getting a copy of the report of the contractor and they refused to give it to me,I also tried to speak to supervisors and all I got was they will return your call and that never happened. I made about 100 calls and every call I was ignored and told that per my contract they weren't responsible for anything and that I'm on my own with that huge bill. The last person I spoke to eas with Rosaura and claimed to me a supervisor she also send me to hell. Yep lots of money to thetrashFreedom Forever, LLC

I had solar panels installed on my house back in June. It is now October and they are still not turned on. I was also told that I would be getting a check to pay off my security system that I have and get a check if I was to refer somebody. I have referred someone and still have yet to recieve a check for either. I am so tired of waiting. Unless they get up and get going I will not be referring anyone else and I am about to tell them to come get their stuff off of my house and I will go to someone else.Freedom Forever, LLC
