      Terrible company. We went with them cause it says owner is Veteran!
      Worst company incompetence is amazing. Lacks communication with clients and updates.
      Failed to inspections.

      Started the process for solar over 4 months ago!!! Stiill no final decision to turn on solar . I was told maybe 2 months. Now here I am no solar and the first payment is due!!! On something I'm not even using but, I should be ok with paying for it! No way !!! I call fraud!!!!!!!!

      I started my solar process back in November 2021 and installation occurred in February 2022, installation was complete in a few days however the installers did not review the plan because they tried to put one panel outside of what was agreed upon in which it wouldn't have produced at capacity since that side was under shade, luckily I requested they re-assess and it was finished correctly. Communication has been few and far in between, the portal does not accurately reflect the status. Someone emailed in March to schedule a final inspection and when I called her back, she was overwhelmed with scheduling, scheduled me for an appt in which no one showed up. Over the next several months, we incurred multiple delays with inspections whether it be the city or Xcel, there is a solar election form that you need to fill from your utility company that no one will inform you about until you learn that's the reason for yet another delay. Twice inspectors/meter installers would randomly show up with no notice. Finally my system was turned on in August of 2022.
      Started my request back in May for reimbursement for payments made due to the system not being up and have followed up 5+ times and still have yet to receive a check.
      I truly hope others do not have to go through with this painful process. Beware.

      Horrible customer service! My system seems to not be working at all. I just got a bill for $3,000 from SCE. There is no way a house with 21 panels and only 3 people living here has such usage in a full year. As per SCE I’m just pulling power from the grid. When I try to log in into my app to compare usage my app is not working. I uninstalled it and installed it again to no avail. I went to their website and you can’t see your usage after you log in. I tried calling their customer service number and it’s DISCONNECTED! How am I going to be able to compare usage?! Very disappointed with FF. Do not buy any panels from them!

      Horrible company. They put the solar panels on my roof a year ago and they are still not connected. I have called many times and no one has yet to return my call. I would never recommend them to anyone. Thank goodness I advised my neighbors not to use them until I am set up as I didn’t want them to blame me if something went wrong.

      Very Good System! I 've seen other reviews and can only say these guys in Tucson Arizona are top notch! They were very professional and went above and beyond with a few items at their cost they did not charge me any extra and stuck with the contract price! Monitoring my system for approx. a week now and it is starting to balance after a few days and working Flawless.

      Nothing but A NIGHTMARE of company, used Vivint as thought they would not hire a bad company. Worst decision ever made.. horrible experience and 6 months later still not working..

      This is a horrible company!! I started with them 6 months ago to have solar installed at my home and am still waiting for them to do anything. There is absolutely zero communication and when you call them to find out information they tell you they will call you back and never do. If I didn’t have a contract with these people I would definitely go somewhere else. If you decide to work with this company get a guaranteed date that your system will be up and running with a penalty to Freedom forever if it is not then they might actually do the work that is promised in a timely manner

      we got a system at the start of the year and no the system does not work and i've called multiple times and are told that they are waiting on parts but wont even provide an eta meanwhile i have to keep paying both the solar bill and the utility company bill and they don't seem to even care. i've been down over a month w no resolution.
      before install they are great but after they got your money they are done w you feels like.

      Future Customers BEWARE:
      A system was sold way below the amount of generation I would need to completely offset my energy usage. Sales rep designed a 16,000kWH annual system when my annual usage for my home would far exceed 23,000kWH. @ 24cents per kWH, this would be nearly a 33% increase annually on my power bill.
      The result of this would lead to a higher electricity bill from the electricity company and would never yield net metering credits in any sustainable way. Eventually you would be paying the same price for electricity as you originally were, but are now "locked in" for 25 years.
      Fortunately I was able to cancel with the financing company very quickly (within the predatory 3-day cancellation clause). Canceling my purchase with Freedom Forever was not simple. Freedom Forever's "Contact us" number does not work (We're sorry this number is not in service) so you cannot speak with a representative of their company, and the dealer who sold you solar ignores your messages as Freedom Solar's contract ALSO has a 3-day cancellation clause in it. This required me to send a 100$ TELEGRAM yes telegram to their corporate office listed in the contract overnight to satisfy the 3-day cancellation clause on both contracts.
      Citizens are all looking for ways to limit our impact with potentially greener methods of energy that improve the life around us. This company does NOT reflect the values they claim to support with these predatory solar systems. Is it so hard to lay out facts on solar generation and make both parties contribute to a greener tomorrow? Solar (as we all know) literally sells itself, and yet you still proceed down that path of darkness for society, quite shameful. I'd say do better, but with 244 poor customer reviews its clear that this is by design from the top down. Fortunately deciding to do some late night reading and calculations at 3:00am revealed what I had signed up for. In the end I paid 100$ to get sold a exit scam.
      Very Shameful.
