      83 days since end of lease, still no sign of our security deposit. Left the home in excellent condition. Wife got the run around via phone. Terrible customer service.

      We would like to thank Mr. **** for bringing his concerns to our attention.
      Our records indicate that the security deposit refund was processed and mailed in March to the forwarding address provided at move-out. Multiple attempts were made to follow up, including voicemail messages, but we have not received a response.
      If there are concerns about delivery or if the forwarding address needs to be confirmed, we encourage Mr. **** to reach out so we can assist further. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter.

      Was assisted by ********* at Tricon Residential and she was an amazing representative! She answered everything perfectly, had an amazing attitude and helpful personality and I would absolutely want to recommend and work with her going forward with my rental application! I cannot thank her enough for encouraging me to apply and now Im more interested than ever!

      Tricon Residential, they do not answered their phone your are on hold more than an hour. I requested a document back in April, still haven't received it, call serveral times still don't have my document. They didn't know what I was talking about. I requested maintenance still haven't gotten my requested filled. This management company is the worst.

      We understand how frustrating delays in communication can be and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience she has experienced. A voicemail was left for Ms. ******* in an effort to connect directly.

      Our records show that all maintenance work has been dispatched in a timely manner. We are currently awaiting an estimate for a cosmetic garage door repair. At this time, its unclear which document Ms. ******* is referring to, but were hopeful she will return our call so we can better understand the issue and work toward a resolution.

      We appreciate the opportunity to assist and look forward to resolving any outstanding concerns.

      We used to have such a pleasant time renting from this company when they took over for *********. However in the last month we have had nothing but issues. In January our Ac/Heat stopped working, someone was sent out and "fixed it". Then every month since we have had to put in work orders for them to fix it every time we were told nothing was wrong with it, or it was fixed. Finally on April 30th it completely stopped blowing and the outside unit started making a loud sound. It is now May 19th it is still not working we do not know when it will be fixed. There have been days where it is 87 degrees and humid in my house. I have a baby and a dog that have to sleep in here. I had to buy an A/C unit. We have been contact them multiple times a week to let them know we need this fixed not just patched up but fixed or we cannot pay rent as we have to buy A/c units and fans out of pocket. Nobody mentioned in the multiple times we spoke to people that we are going to be evicted then we get a call today saying we are being evicted. And the A/C/Heat is still not fixed and no communication from the staff about when it will be fixed or why we are paying very expensive rent for a house with no A/C or heat.

      We sincerely apologize for the frustration and discomfort she experienced. We understand how difficult it must have been to go without reliable air conditioning, and we acknowledge that we did not meet the level of service she deserved during this time.
      While the necessary repairs have since been completed, and the vendor informed us that Ms. ******** was satisfied with the work at the time of service, we recognize that the delays and lack of consistent communication were unacceptable. Our team has made several attempts to follow up directly to confirm everything has been resolved, but we have not yet received a response.
      We remain committed to improving and ensuring that all residents receive the prompt and respectful service they deserve. If Ms. ******** still has any concerns, we welcome the opportunity to speak with her further.

      Im so hurt right now I have a 25 weeker in the hospital so my job started paying on the 8th of the month but the deposit will be 3-4 days after Ive spoke with someone on the 2nd and they told me they would put the info on my file woke up to not accessing the app to make a pay and then to receiving a text message saying Im being evicted. Ive called did got through. Upon returning the call from one of their agent letting me know I need to go to ****** and go pay it anywho I explain that Im in **** I cant leave why cant they open the app she then said I need to find someone to go do it how rude like people do work smh Im late but Ive never owed a dime I just feel like they are some bullies I just see that they dont never wanna help they rather you out side with your kids smh waiting this lease to end so I could left

      We understand that Ms. ***** was facing a very difficult personal situation and experienced challenges accessing the payment portal while staying at the hospital with her child. After learning of the issue, our team reached out via phone and email to provide app support and help explore alternate payment options.
      Ms. ***** was able to remit payment in full on May 13, 2025, and as a gesture of support during this difficult time, we waived the associated late fee.
      We appreciate her communication and sincerely hope her family member is on the road to recovery. Should she need any additional assistance, we remain available.

      Been waiting 50days for them to return our deposit. The reviews are very true. Its disheartening as we loved renting from Tricon. We loved it so much that we took really great care of the property, even hiring a cleaning company to come do a total move out cleaning so they would have very little work to do to prep it for new renters. Yet still, we are treated like trash. This company is fraud through and through.

      I have lived in my home rented out by Tricon for going on 2 years. we love the house, but the customer service and the maintenance department are horrible. I have been waiting 9 days for someone to even call me and come look at the issue. We have mold growing under our sink and there is no sense of urgency. They just keep giving me the run around. They keep telling me someone will call me to schedule, and no one does. MOLD is growing under my sink. I pay a very large rental payment every month for them not to even send someone out. I would not advise anyone to rent from them.

      Ms. ****** submitted a maintenance request on April 30, 2025, for plumbing concerns and suspected mold under the sink. While the issue was ultimately resolved on May 9 after reassignment to a new vendor, we recognize there were unacceptable delays and miscommunicationincluding incorrect contact information being provided. For that, we sincerely apologize.
      Weve taken steps internally to ensure vendors are reassigned more quickly in the future. In recognition of the inconvenience, a $250 concession has been applied to Ms. ******* account.
      We truly appreciate her patience and remain committed to improving her experience.

      From Pathlight Properties to Tricon... they are both absolute garbage.They REFUSE to fix ANYTHING. I've rented my house for about 7 months now and everything in this house is broken. Their entire maintenance department is an absolute s*** show. Every time i have completed a work order, it takes about a week for them to respond, and then another month to get someone out to LOOK at the problem. Even when they do happen to get someone to come look at the problem, it is the absolute cheapest bid they can find and mostly very unexperienced "technicains" if you will.......When i moved in my house i had the following problems:downstairs A/C unit had no power, no hot water, ice maker didn't work, garbage disposal didn't work, dishwasher leaked, no power to the laundry room, the hot water heater leaks all throughout the garage, Air filters had not been cleaned in 3 YEARS!, YES I SAID 3 ENTIRE YEARS THE A/C UNIT AND DUCT FILTERS HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED! The gas fireplace wasn't hooked up, the outside flood lights do not work, the outside outlets do not work, I have not had a kitchen light in 3 months, (i use a portable light when i need it), the backyard fence was laying on the ground, the gate wasn't even attached, it was just laying in the brush that i had to go find, the majority of the windows would not close all the way leaving large gaps that let in bugs and killed the A/C bill.Those are just the problems i can name off the top of my head. I have filled out about 58 "work orders" and maybe 2 of them have been completed. The representatives are extremely rude and never answer your calls or questions. Overall this experience has been an absolute disaster. Thank God i only rented it for a year. Counting down the days to get out of this piece of s*** house with terrible representatives that ignore you.

      We understand how frustrating this experience has been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delays. Many of the issues appear to have originated prior to Tricon assuming management of the property, during the period it was overseen by *********. Unfortunately, we do not have access to historical maintenance records from that time.
      Since the transition, our team has worked to address all maintenance requests submitted. While some initial delays were caused by scheduling challenges, weve completed multiple repairs, including the **** system, kitchen light fixture, outlets, and garbage disposalwith the most recent work finalized on May 7.
      We remain committed to supporting Mr. ***** and have asked our team to reach out directly to gather any outstanding concerns. Additionally, our Operations Manager for Maintenance will follow up within 30 days to ensure that all issues have been fully resolved.
      We appreciate the opportunity to improve Mr. ****** experience and are here to assist in any way we can.

      If i could give negative stars i would!There was a slab leak in our house that started in the master closet. They took 7 days to send someone out just to look at it. Now every room in the house is flooded.They finally came and ripped up all the carpet. No remediation, no fans, no mold check nothing even though we sat in water for over a week!I have called daily for 2 weeks since the carpet was removed and they will not call me back. I have no floors, tack strips all around the walls and little kids i have to keep from stepping on the nails.Absolutely worst management company out ******** NOT RENT FROM THEM OR THEY WILL S**** YOU!!!Working on a lawsuit as we speak.
