      I keep getting phone calls multiple times a week from this company for a nonexistent account. The first time I returned a phone call to inquire about the Debt I got hung up on because I would not verify my information. I Started receiving phone calls again and return the phone call for the second time and was told that I had no active accounts and when I inquired about why they were calling they could not give me an answer. I was then told I would be placed on the do not call list. Then the phone calls started again. I returned the phone call for the third time and I stated that I did not have an account and I was supposed to be on the do not call list and asked again why are they calling me and he still cannot give me an answer. He then stated he would put my phone number down as the wrong phone number. I have gotten no answers as to why they keep calling and repeated harassment from this company for an account that does not exist.

      This company keeps sending me text messages saying I owe money. Yet, they refuse to send a letter. It seems like a scam. I told them if I owed them money to send me documentation. They kept asking for my personal information. I refused to give them details.

      They called me out of the blue and said I owed money. When I asked for it in writing, they refused. They continually harass me. I do not owe these clowns a *****.

      I have been contacted about a debt collection in my name from ******** **** for a ambulance company in which I have never rode in an ambulance nor have I even left my home state ********** in more than 10 years I believe I am either being scammed or a victim of identity theft/fraud they gave me the info on the ambulance company I called them they sent me to a billing company that they used for 3 months in 2020 so not even their current billing agency what can I do

      Would leave zero stars. No information about the supposed debt via mail or even who they are contacting left I. Voice mail Just calls. This company needs to be investigated and leave people alone. Time for them to be put out of business.

      Keeps calling to verify, I set up a payment arrangement but they will not combine the bill together. It is very difficult to set up a payment arrangement, as they have two different websites to pay on that so not communicate with each other. The bill amount was exactly the same but I need to pay it twice every month. This sounds like a scam and has caused so many issues.

      This company sent me a letter say I owed an amount for a 2 year old bill. My insurance company paid the bill and the hospital confirmed that I had a zero balance! The person I spoke to at Wakefield and Associates llc did spoke broken English and was impossible to understand! I think this is a scam!

      Keeps calling and asking me to verify my personal information stating that I have unpaid debt that they are collecting. I have no overdue debt so this is a SCAM.

      This company will make you pay over what you actually owe when you pay the company you owe in full payment and then they turn around and charge you even more when you've done paid everything off with the company that you got collections from And then they can't tell you that you can get a refund on your money and you should be able to And then they I'm letting it turn around and charge $ $300 to get it off your credit report And I've got the receipts from bills at other companies have set me and it shows that I overpaid to them so what should I do

      Shady business practices. Calling at all hours of the day. My phone says "scam likely" so even ******** recognizes the terdburglery going on here.
