      This company has placed a collection on my credit report that has coated me a home. I don't know how they got my info but I don't own any debt to anyone. Never took out a loan and they refuse to remove it!

      I have been getting texts from this "business." Saying that there is a debt to be collected. I have been deleting and reporting as junk. We have had recent hospitalizations, but everything so far has been paid in full by us or our insurance. SCAM.

      got a notification that I have 2 collections from Wakefield and Associates. Both are scams as I have no outstanding debt! Remove this off my credit report!! Look at all of the people who have been scammed by them and shut this company down already!!

      Someone somehow has gotten my information. I have a collection from Wakefield and associates/Sapientes LLC that took 26 pts off of my credit score, there is nothing stating why this collection has been placed, I have no outstanding medical bills, this is a scam!

      What does it take for this company to be investigated. Have paid off bills from Wakefield/Sapients Funding only to be sent more letters saying I owe more money.

      Called to make payment arrangements on an ****** dollar bill they claim my husband ****. The man, *******, extension ****, took my card info and then had me download an app. I didn't realize this let him into my phone. Then, through Vrbo, he sent someone named *********************************** in **** 2 different transactions totalling $300 from my banking account. I froze my account and had to buy new phone and get new bank card. Called Wakefield and Associates to inform them. They were very ho-hum about it. Never heard back. I wish I could *** these people for all of the frustration and lost money and sleep this has caused me. What ****** me off is that I know that They sleep good at night scamming good people out of hard earned money. This company SUCKS!!! Don't fall for their lies.

      I have been harassed by this company for months. I finally call them once i noticed my credit score dropped drastically overnight due to some supposed $1902 hospital bill?? Back frm 2020???? I was never seen by no doctor nor is there any itemized receipt for any bs bill. Wakefield and associates LLC/ Sapientes Funding LLC are scamming ppl left and right. The company says i need to write them a letter and they will remove the account. I have tried disputing it for months its a bit rediculous at this point. They need to be SHUT DOWN!!!

      Just received a letter stating I owe ********* ******* *** ***. I don't know who they are much less owe them money! I have enough on my plate due to ****** and their ** Bankruptcy and everything that goes with what happens to employees who are on ******* Comp for this!!

      When I got to the pay my bill website my computer absolutely would not let me on the website because it is unsecured. So I called the number listed to pay by phone. I got a call center which was very noisy with lots of background noise. That and the very heavy accent of the poor man trying to help me made the 35 -minute process arduous at best. It was obvious he didnt speak much English, because every time we deviated from the script, he became confused. The required conditions and authorization paragraphs were read so quickly in a very low voice making comprehension impossible. Wakefield and assoc say they are debt collectors, but they make it very difficult to actually pay the debt. I was subjected to several commercials for various products all giving a free trial with payment taken from my account after, during verification breaks and to top it off, I was instructed to call another number to record the payment ( I thinkhe was very vague about it, but insistent that I must call) only to hear more commercials. I dont mind paying my debts, but these people are smarmy and sleazy at best. Because they have my credit card number, I wouldnt be surprised to find I have several new authorized payments on my statement in the coming months. Are these people actually legit? They need investigating.

      ************ calling me multiple times a day for no reason. Saying I owe money from 2020 from a visit my son a 9 year old was at. I work it that hospital and I talked to the insurance he has he is fully ********% covered. And ******* threatening me to move forward thats ok ****************** fake name of course, because when I get done sueing your scam company not only for phone harrassment, but also obtaining a under age childs information. Also scamming people out of money that they dont owe!!
