      Seems the yes community corporate office only cares about the money coming in. They keep bringing people in that are tearing up property and not following any rules and still renew these leases without anything being done about it. They have turned this place into a terrible and unsafe place to be. If I could rate them with no stars I would! I wouldnt suggest getting into any place that the yes community runs!

      So I signed a years lease last year on 3/31/22. This year on 3/1/23 I went to the YES Portal to pay my rent ($412), the portal wanted $490. I anticipated a rent increase but felt that was a little much. My many telephone calls to the office went unanswered until 3/3/23 when I received an email from the manager informing me that my rent was increased to $440 and I was being charged $50 (month to month fee)for not signing a lease. She attached the lease to the email for me to sign. I had no notice whatsoever that the lease was due to be signed (until 3/3). I have made several attempts to pay the $440 I actually owe but the portal wouldn't accept any less than $490. After 3/5 they added another $60 late fee. They have offered to waive the late fee (an admission of culpability) but not the $50 month to month. I will NOT be scammed by these people. I will let them take me to court to evict me where I will present my evidence to a Judge. It will cost me at least 6x that $50 to miss a day of work but if we don't stand up to this outright theft Where will it stop?This is outrageous! I'm mad as h*** and I'm not going to take it anymore!

      I have tried to pay my bill I have the money to but management t one of yes communities here in ****** ** refused take it.. worst part is we tried pay it before due date she would not except our payment, so she files for eviction due to non payment but luckily we have proof To show the judge we tried, then on eviction papers don't match what corporate papers say for daily rate. Furthermore I have couple other tenants,past tenants eviction papers showing wrong amount the 10 days to cure don't match what eviction papers says for past due rent daily rate says $18.78 and another says $22.28..but we have letter from corporate stating the exact opposite of what truly is cant wait show judge how management has done this to other tenants aswell. laws state in ***** on eviction paper work must be filed out correctly and accurately.. so how many has managment done this to unfairly? right now gathering statements from others who been in our commuity who been evicted I am.prepaired to take this all way to.supreme courts if I have to and file lawsuit. For defimation of character wrongful eviction discrimination. I just can't belive they think they can get away with this when evidence will clearly show that we tried to pay before due date but we was blocked.out the portal luckily I take.picture and there video at the store showing me there so manager lied on the eviction not just me I have two others that will appear in courts that has been evicted now that they also same issues know there rights was blocked from.oaying as well so office can file eviction. These other two lost there case but didn't know there rights and proof showed them.we have proof did same but didn't have it at the time of there eviction. Now we have video picture corporate policy not matching the office manager does what she wants to.cant wait see look on her face when show judge all evidence. And we can't never get receipt and base rent monthly never same .hope they get on criminal charges

      Im going through a divorce due to domestic abuse, a friend offered to purchase a home for me in this **mmunity to keep me safe. However because my abusive husband is mad about my leaving he went had me charged with an assault of which the ** is dismissing. This management ** denied me living there BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN CHARGED NOT CONVICTED OF ANYTHING BESIDES THEIR OPINION. I feel victimized all over again.

      The policy your company has enacted is a serious problem. You have given Knights Towing free reign on our community to remove our property with no due process directly with you. There are no warnings being issued, there is no exact guideline for us as residents to follow.I have lived in this community for over a decade, the parking as never been a major issue. The initial letter we received outline being able to park in the street. Your company stated this as a way to keep room for emergency vehicles to pass through. This started as a disaster, and I would expect you to know it. People were having their cars towed for being legally parked on the street with no guidance of what the exact distance is required to comply.Then the rules changed again without notice. People got information from the extremely rude and apathetic tow truck drivers. People started parking on the street to stagger their vehicles, speaking with their neighbors, coordinating a path for emergency vehicles to keep Knights towing away, however, Knights Towing decided to make up their own rules and arbitrarily tow cars at their discretion. Then the rules changed again. People started trying to squeeze all their vehicles in to their driveways, and Knights Towing took it upon themselves to enforce this rule arbitrarily, and started towing the property of your residents off their property.Now the problem is exacerbating.The people with Knights Towing are fighting people over their property, showing little to no remorse to the community residents to fix the problem. Knights Towing is not allowing people to move their vehicles when caught, they are hooking up to cars, and stealing them from property, and there is no recourse.I contend that a civil rights lawyer will be soon involved in this issue unless you correct the problem, and the first correction is to fire Knights Towing as your enforcement and find a better way.I pray they find a better solution.

      I live at ************** in **************** ********. I moved here five years ago from ***** and couldnt be happier! At first the manager we had, ******, was a huge jerk and so was the secretary *****. I never went into the office or call them because they were so unfriendly. ****, we have both a new manager, ****, and a brand new secretary. I can say that a dark cloud has been lifted since they took over the office. **** answers my emails and questions so fast I have a hard time believing he is a manager. Last week I had to sign some papers and the secretary was so nice too. Its like a different community.I love my little home and most all neighbors are quiet and friendly. They always keep it spotless. If I had a complaint, it would be my neighbors barking dog, but Im dealing with that. I love this place!!!

      when i first moved heater did'nt work air didnt work *************** with them after all that just passed 30 day warranty thay told me well you own your responsible before the 30th day they were trying to charge me for repair [*** maintenance] now i had alerted management i was going to be late with *************** told me that it be fine went to pay with late fee included now thay field for eviction and want court fees that came to $694.00 plus my lot fee of $600.00 and any other fees that might accumulate during due process . i was late with my rent what makes you think i have $694.00 for court fees its still January not even 30 days late [26 days late]

      My name is ******. J. I live in Yes Communities in Snellvillle *************************************************************** I purchased a home 2 years ago in 2020 from an elderly lady named **************** submitted a paper application and a $50 money order in which it was never processed.by ***************** Who no longer works there. 2 years later I had an accident which cause me to have emergency back spinal surgery on November 27, 2022. I could not work and I am waiting on my disability appt by phone January 31st 2023. I am behind in December and January rent. I went to court yesterday Jan 25th, 2023 at 9:00 am. The lady ****** (rent collector) and her lawyer said they want the land and I have ten days to vacate. I have communicated with ****** about my situation and have even asked her to call my family in ******** on my behalf. This is crazy to me. So the home I purchased with my 401k money is being taken away from me. I can not afford to move the mobile home. This is unfair and unjust. ?? The judge said I have to pay $2,105.71 for the back rent , late fees and court costs. I am trying to sell this home now. Every year the lot rent increases and that is crazy as well. ???? The struggle is real. Why is this community always evicting people and doing them wrong? I could not get anything fixed because I am told I owned the mobile home. If I was renting it then maintenance would fix things. Make it make sense!! I am a struggling mom and now I can not work. I have ten days to vacate with no where to go. No money , no savings and these money hungry people are trying to take the home I brought because it is on their property. I truly believe in karma. No weapon form against me shall prosper. Shame on you ***************************** the manager of this yes communities mobile home park in ********* **. ***** on the judge and the lawyer as well. This is all about money. Shame on my kids and family not helping me when I needed them as well. God sees all what we do. In ***** name I pray. Amen ???? **************

      I purchased a home from ************** They did an inspection and thought there might be a water leak. It turns out there wasnt. But, they made a hole and patched it up. They said theyd be back to paint, but never did. I overlooked it. Asking when they would come out, but never returned call. Approximately seven months later, there was a leak. I called them. They wouldnt send anyone to come look at it. They told me I owned the home. Its my problem. So, I hired a plumber and got it fixed. I noticed when I got home after work the couch was moved where the leak was. I called and asked who had been in my home. They denied coming in there. I have proof and will be making a police report. Maintenance has been there, but has told community manager otherwise. So, Im getting **********;

      If I could 0 stars I would. I have been living in this community for over 10 years and lately the service have declined tremendously. I have had a water leak issue and was told several times by professional plumbers that the issue was with the main line. The local office continued to dispute those facts until recently when they finally decided to bring the City out to confirm it. The issue is still ongoing, the rent lady ****** tore my yard up and broke my shovel. Her response was Its just a shovel. She refuse to acknowledge the rest of the damage to my home and yard and will not do anything about the damage she caused. She started harassing me about a tire on my car and making threats. I got it fixed and now she is looking for other reasons to be a nuisance. I am tired of going through this mess with Yes Communities. I called the corporate number multiple times and was told I would receive a call back about my complaint and I never do. Something needs to be done, meantime I am seeking legal counsel for the harassment and damage done to my yard.
