When I moved into this home, I put money down and it was through m. HP I and they were amazing to work with and I loved my home and I was planning on staying and retiring and purchasing it now. I have to move because they have now raised a lot rent so high that I can't even afford that in my house payment in my other bill. But when I've talked to them, they said that they had a right to do that and that it really hasn't gone up that much. But since I've been here it's gone up a $100. It was 320 lot rent and 536 house payment. But now the lot rent is going to 425 I can't afford that i don't make enough at my job to afford that the economy is we're all struggling as it is so unfair that i have to move somewhere else and give app what i was purchasing to be my home and was going to stay here and return. Tire and grow old.It's not, it's just not right.I tried to talk to them and they said that it really hasn't gone up that much.But that's not true at all.Cause I have all my statements on my phone from them.When I paid originally when I first moved in. But nobody wants to listen to me or help me. So I have to be out on the 4th of next month. En like I said, it's really unfortunate because I really did like my home. That's why I wanted to purchase it. And I've been making my payments on't think that they should be able to get away with this stuff. People people have to move for the same reason that I do. The economy, this is not the time to raise prices.It's hard enough to buy food and gas and pay electric and everything else.Now we have top of it.Have to pay extra for lot rent I live in high ***** Estates in Milan ********Yes! I can't really say anything good about Four Seasons! We have been here for almost 4 years. Yes we are buying, so have lot rent and mortgage to pay. The staff is rude as f*** and don't care about any of your issues. I wish I had never moved here, I regret it every day! ****** is the absolute worst site manager and I know she has been kicked out of other communities due to her behavior and lack of customer service. In the 3.5 years that we have been here our water and sewage has never been over 50 bucks. Now suddenly it's $108 for water and $133 for sewage. They are trying to say maybe we have a leak. The maintenance man came to look at the meter and said it's working and with no water running in the house the meter was not moving, which tells us we have no leak or else it would still be running. Plus we have had a plumber out here and he never saw any leaks AND we had a brand new water heater installed in November 2023. Even when we filled our kiddie pool several days a week and had sprinklers on for the kids last summer our bill has never been this high. Something isn't right. ****** needs to learn how to speak to people in general and provide better customer service. Shacoria needs to stop Mhmmming people cause that's rude too. Yes communities needs to do better!!! I shouldn't come home and regret living in some place I should feel welcome in and Be looking forward to the day I can leave.Yes! Communities

I've been trying to get ahold of someone for over a month now to check on the status of my application and no one from the corporations phone number or the local yes community phone number and no one answers or returned my messages I've left!Yes! Communities

Since i moved here a neighbor moved in behind me. has 8 motorised vehicles. half not tagged most are broken down, has to street park, he has occupents not on contract staying there with a very loud modified exhaust. *** made 8 formal complaints and nothing was done, i will have to move because the staff doesnt enforce the rules that they set up, 5 months later still a broken down car that the staff drives around every day, the loud exhaust everyday, i mean its raceway loud. its causing anxiety and ive explained to staff numerous times.Yes! Yes Communities ****. They charge more and more, often without even telling you and do less and less for residents, especially those who own their homes and don't fall for their ridiculous rental or rent to own prices. Potholes, dead trees, streetlights out, crime, hoarders with reeking homes.. won't let you elect not to have trash pickup (was always included with site rent, till they suddenly started adding ***** for it). Don't move here. I've contacted corporate several times.. they don't care either.Yes! Communities

I would like to warn anyone thinking about moving to **************** home park to think again. You would be better off buying land if you want to get a mobile home . If you move to ********* you will live to regret it . They treat us like we live in a concentration camp. You have to do everything they say or they threaten to evict you. They put water meters on each of our *************** than half the time they don't read them and make up readings and overcharge us and then tell you there is nothing you can do and if you talk to the Media you will be instantly evicted. When I told the Manager I had talked to Legal Aid and they said if my meter works he can't charge me more than My meter reads he said "I can estimate and charge you anything I want for anything I want to in this park and you can't do anything but pay it. Go Get Yourself a Real LAWYER and I'll beat them in court any day , I do it all the time !!!" I tell people to read reviews about YES! Communities and **************** home park or talk to people who would be you neighbors first, or you will live to regret it . I gave them 1 star , not because they deserve it but it won't take my review without it.Yes! Communities

I lived in Hidden oaks owned by Yes Communities for almost 6 years I asked about renewing my lease three months before my lease was up they told me to come back in December, December came around and they put a 30 day noticed on my door And told me that I need to buy it Or I need to leave now prior to that The roof had fell in and there was mold all throughout my walls they just patched the roof didn't even address the mold. Now understand the 6 years that I live there. They would do the gold key say they would come back to fix things and would never come back. They charge me **** in damages They basically Reruntivated the house to sell it on my expense because I wouldn't buy it and of course I paid because I was scared i didnt want anything to happen to me or my family. After that i moved into the sister park Plams of ****** also owned by yes communities because we had no where else to go we only had 30 days and the stress that the office was giving us didn't help the situation. When we moved in, our cabinets were uneven and we had expressed that to the manager and nobody did a thing. So with an a month of us being there I started taking pictures of everything. Just so we weren't blamed and charged outrageous prices for something we didn't do like we were at other. We stay there 2 years and are being charged again for brand new cabinets, brand new bathroom sinks that were ware and tare when we moved in.There was even a news report about the situation. Because it's not just me, they're doing this too. They're doing it hundreds of other families. I don't know if it's because maintenance and the community managers aren't doing their part And they don't want corporate to question why these amounts are being taken out or addressed. So They're marking it as damaged so we are at fault and they are not. I really wish somebody would look into this. So people like me don't get scammed into paying for something we didnt do Even if we have pictures it's still out fault.Yes! Communities

I live in a yes, properties community. I read through multiple reviews and complaints and noticed that every single response from yes, properties was a computer generated reply, and they were all exactly the same. My question is did Yes properties fix any of these issues because when my neighbors and myself call corporate you cannot get through And they refer you to the community offices. The reason we tried to call corporate is because the community offices are the ones that are causing the issues.Yes! Communities

Health **** deemed home unlivable and were under a current lease. Theyre refusing to clean it to iicrc national standard and fully fix the plumbing. They had no regard whatsoever for our families safety and wanted us to stay in an home that they literally made a sewage dump. Even after health inspector said no you need to provide housing until finished and reinspected they agreed while she was there then once she left said nope, we arent paying for nothing. This whole situation was due to the companys negligence. People are still without basic health and safety needs like working plumbing and their fix is lets wait until its warm vs hiring someone to fix it so it doesnt happen again. Funny how they can promote all the charity stuff yet, they allow their own tenants to go homeless and blatantly disregard health and safety hazards of their residents maintenance says its above my pay grade and leaves the tenant to deal with it. What are we even paying rent for at that point. Dont bother responding with call us at resident relations b/c theres already numerous messages from us that have yet to be responded to.Yes!
