      I have contacted MapQuest several times to fix my business listing. Nobody has replied after 3 attempts over a 4 month period. The only response is a canned email from MapQuest B2C Support that states 'Were receiving higher than normal volume '. The site steers you towards spending money with a 3rd party company (Yext) to get your listings fixed. After review of others that have filed a complaint against MapQuest, it looks like this is the only way to get a response. We have so many customers that are going to the wrong address. The address they have listed is our old address before we moved. The correct address is ************************************************.

      My name is *************************. Some one who I do not even know, intentionally left a dark, toxic, malicious and harmful review about me. It is causing my **************** ****** *********** Business, and my family's Bread a lots of harm. This was done in MapQuest under La **** Realty in *****************, ******* **. The picture in the review is another gentlemen with his wife and children from La ***************, but sadly it comes up under my full legal name and picture including Yelp. Here is the *** ADDRESS:********************************************************************************************* Please, Please help me and delete, fully remove this lie and defamation of character against me. First, the review states the man's wife. BUT I'm not married, *********'m I with La **** Realty. I'm with **************** ****** also I'm not ****, my name is *************************, neither do I deal with renters. I only deal with sellers and buyer. Another thing is the date given of the review 1/2/21. That date is false, I was not in *********** two years ago. I just got my lisence 10 months ago, not even a year. I've contacted ******* Yelp, all of them, AND MAPQUEST. It's been just over a month. My Broker at **************** Group has done his part to help me. And adviced me to let you know, because you can do something about it. Because this is legal false defamation of character. PLEASE, BBB, PLEASE help me out.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I need to have this defamation of character about me to be permanently removed. With much respect, this is very frustrating as it is a dark lie. And I'm not the person, it is very malicious. I've been trying to solve this for a long time. But I finally had to reach the BBB to assist me on this matter. The date placed for the review was done  on 1/2/2021. I was not a Realtor or an Agent in that date or year. I've had my License for approximately 11 months. Wow, this is not right, this very malicious and it has to be permanently removed. This is not something which I would even contemplate in doing to an individual. This is defamation of character, and it's not right.

      I am President of the ***** of ******** of ******************, a non-denominational church. Our church moved at the beginning of September of 2022 and we have tried unsuccessfully ever since then to get Mapquest to provide the updated address in their searches. We are no longer at ********************************, we are now at ******************************************************************. When we file the complaints we are always told "Sorry, there is a high volume of complaints" and the issue never gets fixed. Our new address was verified by ****** and is also listed on our website, unitylasvegas.org, and our ******** and ******* pages. Thank you!Best regards,***************

They are posting my personal cell phone and home address online. I do not provide services for my business from my home. I have no use for Mapquest for my type of business.       Our business address is listed incorrectly on Mapquest. I've notified Mapquest repeatedly about this issue for well over a month and have received no response outside of an automated response saying they'll contact me regarding fixing the iissue. Instead of our actual address, **********************************************************. they simply list a different road name, *********, and include directions that go to someone's home.

      Like hundreds of other complaints, I have been requesting for the past year that my home address to be removed from MapQuest. Clients or prospects looking for my business should not be showed my home address. In fact, I do not want my business address or any other info about me listed with MapQuest. There is always a promise to follow up, but that never happens. I have never authorized my information for use in their maps. MapQuest is forcing businesses into their directory, and the "opt-out" involves signing up for an account with them so that you may "manage" your listing. All that is allowed, however, is to change the address, not remove the listing. It's become a drain trying to get myself removed, and after a year, the listing remains with no follow-up. They are a disreputable company that should not be allowed to scour business listings in an attempt to force businesses to use their service.
